There will be 2 streets to the left of the Starbucks and 2 streets to the right of it. Go down the leftmost street, heading toward the 109 Building. When the street splits at the 109 Building, go left. Stay on this main road for about 600 meters, and the hotel will be on the right.
Please note that an additional charge of 2000 JPY per hour will apply for early check-in outside of the scheduled hours.

The room is a little small, and sound insulation is not very good. So many guests, but there is only one elevator.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Gli unici aspetti positivi della struttura sono la pulizia e la posizione ma purtroppo gli aspetti negativi relativi alla dimensione del letto superano anche ciô che rimane di positivo.
La camera è piccolissima tanto che non c’è spaIo per sistemare le valigie. La cosa più grave è che letto è estremamente piccolo, molto più piccolo di un letto matrimoniale alla francese e per tale motivo in due non si riesce a dormire. Siamo stati 3 notti ed ogni notte è stato un incubo perché non abbiamo dormito. Inoltre l’hotel ha un solo ascensore e camere su 13 piani e questo crea un disagio perché ci si ritrova ad aspettare molto tempo l’ascensore.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Staff gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e super disponibile. La posizione è ottima e molto comoda per muoversi e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno, abbiamo apprezzato!
Le camere sono abbastanza sacrificate e non molto spaziose: con le valigie può essere un po’ complicato avere abbastanza spazio. Noi però usavamo la struttura principalmente come appoggio per la notte, quindi ne eravamo consapevoli e non è stato un problema.

窓から外が見えない部屋だったので天気の判断ができないのが不便 眺めは良くなくても良いが晴れか雨かの判断は部屋でしたい。 エレベーターが遅い。 外国の方の宿泊が多いためか強めの香水の残り香が少し気になった。

The 15m^2 room size is way slower than expected. The washroom is too small to event stand for face-washing. The sink is tiny, and face towel hangs directly above the toilet, which makes me worry about their hygiene. The windows can be opened but there are no scenes, since my room faces directly to the wall of the next building by one meter.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Bella struttura in ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro nevralgico di Tokio , e dalla stazione centrale , camere molto molto piccole ma penso sia uno standard di Tokio , stanza pulita e ben curata , rifornita giornalmente con tutti i prodotti , unica piccola pecca la colazione , a mio avviso veramante troppo giapponese , Anastasi e mangiare salmone fritto con riso o un ramen con il waghiu .. si buono ma … non più di un giorno … ma questo è un commento personale.

A bit small, although this is common for Tokyo! The room was still very efficiently organized. No free breakfast, but they do have a coffee shop on the second floor.

Smallest rooms with tiny washrooms, no water bottles available everyday even if you stay for a week, no courtesy for checkout at 12 noon and charge of 4000 for staying two hours from 10 am in morning , where in the world check out time is 10 am ? So quite disappointed

I also really appreciated the option of an early arrival and a later check-out time, plus the ability to store your luggage and pick it up later, which was great. The room was well laid out, with storage under the bed for suitcases; the TV home page could be changed to English, and there were great amenities provided. I would definitely stay here again!

La pieza chica, compacta como suele ser allá, eso sí con todo lo esencial y souvenir todos días. Fuimos con dos maletas grandes, por lo que las paramos a los pies de la cama y arriba poníamos las bolsas organizadoras con la ropa de llevábamos así era más fácil y práctico no lidiar con el espacio.

Il pomeriggio quando ci batte il sole la camera diventa un forno. Rifanno la camera 1 volta a settimana… ok non cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, ma almeno andava sistemata tipo rifare il letto, mettere in ordine insomma. La colazione è scarna e solo giapponese, non un problema per me perché amo il cibo giapponese, ma potrebbe essere un limite per altri.

Região agitada, muito cheia e quartos silenciosos. - Muito conveniente ter a opção de pagar horas extras para early check in e late check out.
Quartos muito pequenos como a maioria dos hotéis nos bairros mais centrais da cidade. Fomos cientes.

The WiFi was an asset. They have video on demand. If you didn’t want those shows then we would stream movies on an iPad.

Room way too small. Nowhere to keep your luggage for 2 people. Bed extremely small. Only 1 chair in the room. It was difficult to keep the water in the shower while showering so everything on the bathroom floor got wet, despite keeping the shower curtain inside the shower. The reception area was tiny with no chairs to sit on and got very overcrowded. Only had 2 set breakfast menus to choose from which only catered for Japanese tastes (ie no cereal, crossaints etc).

Oh when we requested for a little extension ( maybe an hour) for check-out they refused and said we have to pay extra. We stayed for 7 days and I think they should have given us at least an hour of extension complimentary.

Nur 1 Lift für 14 Stockwerke, hält deshalb immer wieder, man wartet lange. Zimmer recht klein, kein Schrank, einziger Stauraum ist unter dem Bett. Dafür hat es extra Beleuchtung unter dem Bett

For the 3 nights we only used 1 breakfast voucher due to the lack of choice for breakfast. We would have preferred the other restaurant so we could have had toast and yoghurt but we were told we could not change. Also the room was extremely tight for the price. The room we had at comfort hotel for two nights was a bigger room for less money.
