Il bagno, molto piccolo, necessita di un po' di rinnovamento. Complessivamente, purtroppo Roma è diventata eccessivamente cara in tutto, alloggi e ristorazione compresi, e il prezzo di qualsiasi cosa è eccessivo per i servizi e la qualità offerta. Questo posto è semplicemente nella media. A parità di prezzo, a Roma non troverete niente di meglio

Son gün eşyalarımızı birkaç saat daha içerde tutmamıza izin verdiler. İletişimle ilgili hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Etrafında yemek yenecek güzel yerler var
Odaya girdiğimiz andan beri tuvalet gerçekten çok kokuyordu. Son duvarlar inceydi gece kalabalık bir grup geldi ses oldu ama çok sorun etmedik . Olanakları azdı ama bunu bilerek gittik.

Room was clean and we slept well! We were there to see Catholic events and St Peters Basilica is walking distance. Sistine Chapel/ Vatican Museum is just across the street! I love that they have hot water/hot showers. The manager Pasquale is very nice. He made sure we were comfortable.
At first we had trouble with the bathroom key - it's a big old key but my son and my nephew figured it out no sweat! There was also no microwave. We ate in a restaurant and brought leftovers to eat the following day but there was no microwave. The elevator is a little bit small esp if you have luggage.

Purtroppo, per il resto, l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente: la stanza era molto rumorosa, si sentiva tutto dalle stanze adiacenti, il bagno estremamente stretto (fare la doccia era complicato) e privo di bidet. Inoltre era presente solo un bollitore appoggiato sul tavolo, senza alcuna bustina di tè o tisana.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Struttura accogliente e ideale per le famiglie (anche con bambini più piccoli). Situata a pochi metri dalla stazione metro consente di poter girare comodamente tutta la città. Il quartiere è davvero l'ideale per le famiglie, dotato di tutti i servizi e sopratutto sicuro per una passeggiata in famiglia lontano dal traffico. Ottimo lo staff, davvero cordiale e presente.

В номере есть отопление, горячая вода с хорошим напором, чайник и чашки, фен, мыло и шампунь. Нам досталась комната с окном во двор, было тихо. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный хозяин, который готов сделать Ваше пребывание комфортным. Мы благодарны за внимание.

Aconsejando lugares para comer y coordinando el traslado al aeropuerto. La ubicacion impecable, se llega caminando a todos lados. Buenos lugares para cenar cerquita del hospedaje. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Praticamente difronte ai musei vaticani, a meno di 200 metri dalla fermata Ottaviano e da piazza San Pietro, in zona tantissimi ristoranti e negozi...praticamente non si può chiedere di più. Una nota particolare va ai proprietari Pasquale e Francesca sono semplicemente fantastici!!! Simpatici, professionali e sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Complimenti davvero!

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025El baño esta muy sucio, con hongo negro en las paredes, te dejan una cafetera, pero no café. La Reservacion dice con desayuno y me dijeron que no ofrecen desayuno desde la pandemia que terminò en el 2022. En la pared hay una nota escrita que dice que si quieres limpieza en la habitacion tiene un costo de $25 . Sin embargo el host Pass fue muy atento y cortes y hace arreglos para la llegada y salida al aeropuerto. Estuve en otro hotel 4 días antes y ofrecian todo pagando un poco mas.

Many restaurants and shopping spots around you and feels very safe even at night. All the major landmarks are within walking distance as well as the train and metro stations. Pasquale was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here!

Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi (7 dorosłych i 7 dzieci poniżej 10 lat) i obiekt był dla nas bardzo wygodny. W każdym pokoju lodówka, klimatyzacja, sporo miejsca w pokojach. Możliwość dojazdu windą, chociaż my najczęściej korzystaliśmy ze schodów. Wygodne otwieranie drzwi telefonem. Bezpieczna okolica, czysta kamienica i okolica. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje itd. Wygodne łóżka, czysta i świeża pościel i ręczniki, wydajna klimatyzacja, gorąca woda i dobre ciśnienie wody w prysznicu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem Pasquale zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w czasie pobytu. Dzięki jego uprzejmości mogliśmy zostawić plecaki na kilka godzin w dniu wyjazdu gdy szliśmy na audiencję na placu Świętego Piotra. Dziękujemy! Grazie Pasquale per tutto! Cordiali saluti!

Host is nice and friendly with quick response to request. I love their digital assess to all doors. Lift is neat and fast. We enjoyed a lot and had good time staying there.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025I loved that it was very safe. With a lock for the building door, the flat door AND the room door. I also liked the supply of tissue paper and how accommodating the hosts were to address any issues we faced.
The AC was not very cooling but it was okay. The curtain rod fell. The toilet flush had a leak issue but it was fixed within an hour. Overall excellent service!
