My room at a funny nose like there was water in celling and so nosey outside work man

The location was perfect. So close to the tube or within walking distance of many areas. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet and very clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Not the largest of rooms, but that's me being picky because we had two suitcases. And it would have been nice to have two chairs at our table since there were two of us. Neither of these was a real issue.It's a nice room.

Location . We could easily access the train station on our return trip to Cork via Gatwick airport which is ideal when you’ve got an early flight. Walking distance to Tate Modern was a bonus.

The room was actually more spacious than I anticipated, which surprised me, given how London rooms can be like. Very central location in zone 1, only a few minutes of walking away from the Southwark tube station. Friendly staff who helped me amend my booking and were friendly, polite. Comfortable beds, soft pillows, plenty of charging ports, and quiet rooms - did not hear much noise at all despite being directly opposite the elevator. If you have a night flight, do check out the late check out, which gets you a 5pm check out time for 50 pounds. Internet was fast.

Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch die Anbindung Bus und Zug war gut. Wir konnten auch gut zu Fuß zur Themse oder zu Restaurants laufen.

Location was excellent. Easy access to all public transport and lots to do within a short walk of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, shower was good. Hotel had option to hire umbrellas at front door. Would stay again

Good location on a bus route for those who need it. Nice, clean facilities.

The aircon was very noisy so we couldn’t have it on when going to sleep. The room was warm when the air con was not on.

We asked for a twin room and were given a double which as two men wasnt ideal. We booked on behalf of our team and had significant problems checking in.

Die Lage ist direkt an der Jubilee Line ist super. Ohne umsteigen direkt ins Zentrum oder einfach über die Brücke. Insgesamt ist die Gegend auch toll mit lustigen Pubs direkt daneben Frühstück ist auch super für England und diese Preisklasse

Die Zimmer sind halt ibis like. Die Nasszelle ist wirklich sehr basic. Aber alles sauber.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was quiet good although the dining room is a bit frantic in the morning.

When we arrived we could only be offered a choice of two rooms - neither was great. They only provide 2 towels and don't do hand towels. The room itself had no proper wardrobe. No vanity unit - you have to stand up. There's no real storage so no matter what you do you'll spend your time tripping over your own stuff. The bathroom is a modular unit and you have to step up and out ot it - not ideal. My wife used the hair dryer for 5 minutes before the fuse tripped and we had no power - she ended up out in the corridor drying here hair. I had to plug my phone into a plug in the corridor as well. This was 9am and we reported it to Reception. 15 HOURS LATER WHEN WE GOT BACK TO OUR ROOM, AFTER A DAY IN LONDON, THERE WAS STILL NO ELECTRICITY IN OUR ROOM. ABSOLUTE SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! When we checked out there wasn't even an acknowledgement of the major issue we encountered.

Great soundproof rooms. It’s rare to stay in a hotel where you can’t hear noise but it was so quiet which I really liked. Really modern hotel in a central location. Breakfast was tasty as well. Only a 2 minute ish walk to Southwark tube stop and only about 15 min walk to London Bridge. Other tube stops around this hotel as well making it very convenient.

Just a personal preference but I found the bed too hard, I like a slightly softer mattress. I also found I had to slam the bathroom door and not soft close it.

Excellent location, very friendly welcome on reception, able to check in early as room was ready which was very appreciated.

We had a twin room, one of the duvets had blood a stain on it which we asked for it to be changed, eventually it was after speaking to housekeeping and another call to reception. Only 2 large towels and a bath mat provided, we could have done with some hand towels and 2 more small towels as we washed our hair, bit annoying trying to dry yourself and long hair with 1 towel each. Tea and coffee in the room could have been more varied. Kettle lead doesn’t reach the nearest plug to where the kettle, tea and coffee sits on the shelf so this has to be plugged in elsewhere, not a massive issue just a niggle.

The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door and/or try to announce that they are entering the room properly, this happened twice on different days. Also we never got our towels replaced at any point of the stay, we kept using the same towels every day, which hasn’t been the case at other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Twin beds were very narrow and they had a thin mattress, which kept sliding off. Also, I'm a front sleeper and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. I'm 5'9 so if you're taller, maybe not the bed for you.

La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño y para dos es perfecta para pasar unos días. Tiene secador y una pequeña tabla de planchar. También hay unos cuantos USB donde dejar cargando dispositivos sin necesidad de tener varios adaptadores para los cargadores. La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, con un monton de opciones de transporte muy cerca y con barrios agradables alrededor para tomar algo o pasear. El trato del personal es estupendo tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. El restaurante también es muy recomendable. El desayuno es muy completo con muchísimas opciones y los productos de la carta para comer o cenar también están muy ricos.

Por poner un pero, la habitación no tiene armario. Sí que incluye un pequeño colgador con un par de baldas y una barra pero no tienes opción de guardar las cosas en algún sitio para no dejarlas a la vista.

The location was perfect and the staff were helpful. The room was also clean.

We could have used a small fridge to keep our medicine/insulin cold. It would also be useful for people who want to have fresh fruit/veggies. The room is not carpeted, so slippers, though not necessary, would be quite useful. One other thing that could be addressed is that the main switch has to be on in order to have any light in the room, so at night you should either sleep in total darkness or with the lights on. Although the lights are not very bright, it would be more comfortable to be able to have dim lights and not have to choose between total darkness and sleeping with the lights on. Having the switch on also means you hear the bathroom fan all night.

The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk to Waterloo Southwark train station. The staff is friendly and the property is good for short stay as most of the time is spend outdoors.

The rooms are a bit small, as expected in london with no cupboards.

David was amazing! He organised a card, balloons, a dessert voucher and a lovely room with a great view for my daughters birthday weekend. Much appreciated. Reception and bar staff were also lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very clean and modern hotel. The shower was a good size and lots of hot water. Overall great quality.

Great location / loads of restaurants/cafes/supermarkets nearby. Tube station must metres away was on perfect line for Wembley concert.

The bathroom and shower isn’t great but everything else made up for it. Room was much bigger than I expected.

That we weren't able to get into our room until 1 hr 15 mins after check in was open. Got woken up by housekeeping banging on the door at 9am and we were only there one night so not necessary! Also husband made a coffee and put it on the table but the table wasn't stable and it went all over him and his shoes

We liked Rachel in reception. She was amazing. As I was in the Hotel business for so long myself I can appreciate exceptional employees. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her smile and happy temperament put us in a good mood. Thank you so much Rachel and we will be back because of your service. She should get a raise.

The twin beds were a bit to narrow.

La stanza era spaziosa e funzionale. Il bagno - apparentemente modesto - è stato in realtà particolarmente comodo (doccia molto grande). Il personale è stato super gentile e accomodante. La colazione fantastica!

Staff and location were great and the aircon worked in the room, the entrance was an open space.

The room had a few long curly hairs in the shower on arrival, which wasn’t a great first thing to see, it made me question the rest of the room. I didn’t realise that Ibis was a budget brand as the prices weren’t that cheap but the rooms felt cheap. Small room, questionable soundproofing, no carpet on floors, bathroom was rounded but with a flat door - poorly thought out. It was nice to have an ironing board and hairdryer. The hairdryer had a lot of dust in the back vent, had likely never been cleaned!

Tolle Lage und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sight Seeing. Moderne Einrichung des gesamten Hotels, schöne Lobby und Bar. Zimmer wie erwartet - modern und ausreichend groß. Das Bad war klein aber sauber und völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück vielfältig, gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Frühstück bis 11.00 oder sogar 12.00 am Wochenende und Check out bis 12.00 - toll!

Die Aussicht meiner Schwester auf die gegenüberliegende sehr nahe Mauer. Insgesamt etwas wenig Platz beim Frühstück.

The over riding power light switch! You can’t have just one light on to go to the toilet as it will turn all the lights on. It’s an all or nothing lighting system and It’s a silly design fault.

Ci hanno permesso si lasciare le valigie alla mattina presto del primo giorno permettendoci di girare Londra senza valigie. Gli zaini sono stati etichettati e mi hanno dato senso di sicurezza. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose con tutti i comfort La posizione é strategica. Vicino alla stazione di Blackfriars (arrivare da Gatwick é facilissimo) e a Southwark per prendere la metro. É già la seconda volta che vengo qui e tornerò di sicuro Colazione ECCELLENTE

Nel bagno la ventilatione non funzionava bene ed era un po’ caldo dopo la doccia , ma è una cosa davvero poco rilevante
