Location of the hotel is very good. Less than 10 minutes walk from/to the train station, about 10 minutes walk to shopping district and to attractions like World Museum, the Walker’s Art Gallery and to do dock.

Maybe a slightly bigger bin for us to dispose waste.

It was my third year in this accommodation and I truly love it. The location is perfect, right in the centre, and a few steps from the places I was attending. But despite being so central, the room is perfectly silent, which is really an achievement in this location! The staff is exceptional. Everyone is nice and ready to help. A special mention for Piotr, who helped make our stay even more pleasant. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and quiet, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We have already recommended the place to friends who have booked too and will book next year. And we will definitely go back.

After three years, we can see that the rooms start showing signs of wear and tear. Some things were broken and needed repairs. It was nothing major, and nothing that would negatively affect our stay, but they shouldn't neglect these things or they risk to see a rapid decline in the quality of the customers' experience. Also, the cleaning was not that good. The walls of the kitchen showed food stains (especially behind the induction plate) and the walls of the toilet were not very clean. It takes very little to fix that with a more attentive cleaning between stays. Paying more attention to these details will help preserve the quality of this excellent accommodation.

We booked as a family of 4. Two adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment wasn’t clean. In need of tidying. Marks to walls, chips out of walls and skirting. Marks to sofa which my one child was expected to sleep on. Marks on quilt cover.

Que estuvimos 4 noches y no hacen nada de limpieza hasta la noche 8. Creo que al menos deberían limpiar un día si un día no. Eso no me gustó, me dejó un sabor agridulce

Todo, la comodidad del estudio, la proximidad al centro y la amabilidad del personal , se esforzaban por entendernos y muy amables, en uno de los turnos había una empleada española. El desayuno bien, posibilidad de rellenar tu botella de agua en un dispensador de agua, volveríamos sin dudar.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara.

Erittäin hyvä huoneisto hotelli keskellä kaikkea. Baareja, ruokapaikkoja, julkinen liikenne ihan vieressä. Joka paikkaa helppo liikkua kävellen, Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja hyvin varustettu. Hotellin henkilö kunta super kivoja ja avuliaita Keskustan läheisyydestä huolimatta huoneisto oli tosi rauhallinen ja sai hyvät yö unet.

El personal és molt amable. Vaig tenir un problema amb el televisor i m'ho van solucionar ràpidament després de comunicar-ho a recepció.

La neteja no hauria de ser de pagament per una estada de menys de 8 dies. Algunes coses de l'habitació on era (com el microones) no estaven del tot netes.

Everything was perfect, the location couldn’t be better, so near to Lime st Station, only a 5 minute walk into the town centre where you will find all the shops you need. This is now my 4th/5th time here & when planning my next trip to Liverpool there’s no doubt where I will stay.

La limpieza, nos alojamos 8 días, lo que nos incluía una limpieza extra, solo. Ambiafon sábanas y toallas no realizaron limpieza alguna. Tampoco se dispone de escoba, recogedor etc par poder hacerlo uno mismo. Los rellenos de los nórdicos estaban sucios...una lástima

The room was clean and comfortable. Piotr on reception is a gentleman. The location is ideal for exploring the city and it's good value.

Locatie, hygiëne, personeel. De accommodatie ligt midden in het levendige, gezellige centrum van Liverpool. Veel winkels, restaurants en barretjes op loopafstand. Ook alle soorten OV zijn op loopafstand. Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker nog een keer boeken.

De douche. Hele zachte waterstraal en het water was of heel heet of heel koud.

The floor was very dirty upon arriving to my room. And the kitchen had some doors of the presses that were broken. The TV was a little slanted on the wall. Apart from that cant fault my stay at all. Everything else was fantastic!

الموقع ولا غلطة وقريب من كل شيء .. وأفضل شارع مطاعم بليڤربول بوند ستريت ومحطة القطار تحتك على بعد دقيقتين فقط. وسوبرماركت سينزبيري بالمحطة وغيرها الكثير .

* لا يوجد غسالة ملابس داخل الغرفة .. لكن يوجد بديل بمقابل مالي بسيط وهو غرفة غسيل مخصصة في الدور الثاني فيها غسالات ونشّافات . * وللإقامات الطويلة لأكثر من أسبوع أتمنى ان يضيفوا يوم للتنظيف الشامل للغرفة فبدل أن يكون مرة واحدة في الأسبوع يكون مرتين .. وشكرا

The location is the best and helpful staff

We booked this one-bedroom apartment for four adults, but the space was far too small to accommodate four people comfortably. It was barely suitable for two adults, and our eldest son had to make arrangements elsewhere because the room was so cramped. The property should not be advertised or marked as suitable for four adults, as this is misleading for guests making a booking. The furniture appeared worn, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, the bedroom door did not close properly, and the bathroom washbasin drain repeatedly became blocked. As we stayed for only three nights and had a very tight schedule, we did not have the opportunity to report these issues during our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed and strongly feel that the accommodation capacity should be reviewed and corrected.

Very central. Good buffet breakfast. Lily, the lady who does the breakfast, is a big asset! Quiet rooms once the singing outside subsides.

Great location and terrific value for money. Designed for longer stays with the very useful kitchen but worked great for us even for the one night. Quiet and clean; very close the Lime St Station and the center of things. It's not posh but it is perfect in its simplicity.

Very central to the city centre. Great set out as a room that is great for a couple. This is going to sound bad because we just didn’t get his proper name, but talked to ‘Big Boy’ on check in, we loved the conversation and he was superb enough to upgrade our room due to a birthday and also recommended some great places to visit, so thank you for that, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The Aparthotel Adagio in Liverpool is in a great location. It is an easy walk from both Lime Street and Central train locations. There is a lot happening in the area (bars, pubs, and lots of music). Easy walk down to Royal Albert Dock as well as the many places to go shopping if that is your thing. Helpful staff. Good A/C and the room is large.

This hotel can be a little on the louder side but honestly we didn't notice it too much. It is right by some pubs that stay open late but it was fine overall.

The room was splendid. It was clean and while there was an issue with the toilet, it immediately got fixed. My issue however is with the location and the way staff handle that. So keep in mind the hotel is right by a bunch of pubs/bars that stay open very late and tend to have live music. Especially during summer, when I was staying, the doors and windows are opened wide so it is loud. Very loud. So loud in fact that I couldn't sleep at all as the noise was filling my room until 2-3 am. I didn't have an issue with it on Thursday but during the weekend it was unbearable. Now, as any sane person would do who couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk and asked if perhaps I could move rooms because it was just too loud. His response? "All of the rooms are dealing with the noise, that's how the hotel layout is. This (the loud bars) is how it is in Liverpool. If you're awake anyway, you could always just join them instead." So instead of being professional about it, he decided to take the piss. Mind you, I'm a female solo traveller who was exhausted due to lack of sleep. Instead of looking for a solution, he decided to make a snark comment out of it. I sincerely cannot believe all of the rooms are located on that same road. There's just no way, not with how the hotel layout works. My room was right on the crossing of two roads and there was a hallway on my right and my left. So either one of those hallways would've been quiet. And I'm not claiming that the bars should close early or they shouldn't exist, I know they've been there way before the hotel even, but as a place to primarily sleep at you should really provide your customers with a better sollution than just "suck it up". I might sound like a Karen now, but I've always been nice to the staff. I've got nothing bad to say about any of the others and I had even had a laugh with the rude guy the day before, but guess he's just incompetent when there's issues to be solved.

The staff were fantastic in particular Joseph who checked us in and Piotr who gave us some useful tips re Liverpool. We found that the room which was a studio with two twin beds was a very good size for the two of us. It was super clean and the A/C was fantastic, in particular as there was a heatwave. We also liked that the room was very quiet and we had a good view of the Liver Building even though the room was in the back.

Although the shower and bathroom were lovely, when getting out of the shower you had to be careful as it was slippery as the anti-slip did not go all the way to the door. Also as car park is about a 5 min walk, make sure you bear this in mind as the Mount Pleasant car park the lifts do not work. However, you can access the street onto Brownlow Hill from level 5 or 6 ( I can't remember exact level) saving you carrying the suitcases down flights of stairs.

التكيييف للأسف كان حار جداً و قمت بإبلاغ موظف الاستقبال و لم يفعلوا شيئا رغم وجودنا 9 ليالي ، كما أنه كان يتم إطفاءه من قبلهم في الساعة 9:30 صباحاً بشكل يومي ! حيث لديهم بالاستقبال غرفة تحكم على التكييف !

Everything was absolutely amazing, the location was bang on in the centre and amazing price. The staff are extremely sociable and always happy to help, my fav was piotr (can not remember how to spell his name so sorry) but he was amazing and we had a great chat about tattoos.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and easy to explore the city. Facilities were great, the staff were warm, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Piotr in particular was amazing, it was a pleasure to meet him, and all the team. Facilities were great. Our room was spacious, comfy bed, little kitchen area with fridge and cooking facilities, room was fully air conditioned and really comfortable.

Given the price, I would have expected to be able to open the window and adjust the air conditioning myself. I also wouldn't expect the room to have a persistent food smell at this price point.

Great room. Comfy bed, nice TV for late world cup games, nice bathroom and shower. AC was very comfortable for the England heatwave. Nice view over a city intersection of Liverpool.

Semi questionable area down an alley way. Liverpool seems to have a homeless issue ongoing. Needed to use my card to get into the place and ring a bell to initially check in. Not the best of feelings, but only applicable to that one alley. Surrounding area was relevant for touristy things.

I stayed here whilst visiting Liverpool for a conference. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful at reception and at breakfast. My studio was a good size and well equipped. The air conditioning was excellent which was definitely needed this week! It was conveniently located just 5-10 mins from Lime Street and about a 15 minute walk to the conference venue at the Albert Dock. It was very handy to have the option of the buffet breakfast and there were was a good sized Tesco nearby for buying other food as well as plenty of other places if you wanted to eat out. The building is very secure, requiring swipe entry and there wasn't any noise disturbance at night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

everything, the guys on the frint desk where so lovely and helpful, so hapoy to see a wheelchair lift made it so much easier getting my daughter in and out, the room was fantastic,spacious, everything we needed to hand, would highly recommend.
