Die Anlage ist wunderschön, groß, gut eingerichtet und ein schöner Swimmingpool dabei. Ganz toll das Meer, paar Schritte weg und schon im warmen Wasser! Wir kommen wieder.

Es gab eine Ameisenstraße von winzigen Ameisen. Wir haben die Eingänge mit Zahnpasta versperrt. Dann war's gut. Ideal ist die (Warm-)Wasserversorgung nicht, das hat uns nicht gestört, weil das Meer super ist. Die Straße vor dem Haus etwas störend - aber egal- wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war gut.

The house was fantastic, clean, really spacious, safe, close to the beach and super quiet. The owner has been super nice and helpful. Good kitchen althoufh some appliances where quite old. I spent 6 days here and would come back. Definitely recommend.

Given that you are in the middle of nature, you will have to fight with nature: ants will attack anything edible you see around and you see the occasional cockroach. I live in the campo in Ibiza most of the year and it's the same, it has not been an issue for me.

Facility/house is horrible, owner obviously do not care. Do not go there/find other house in this location

The swimming pool was not clean to swim in.

location is quiet away from the main tourist area of the northwest coast, this suited me and my elderly family. it was clean and secure

it was a bit run down , need some tlc, but the bones of it are good arrival was non optimal, but owners aware and keen to improve the process , also very doable

There is no restaurant or supermarket nearby.

Overall great value considering it was a villa with 3 bedrooms. This was the first place on the island we stayed at (out of 5) and it seemed great initially but in hindsight it was not the best: it felt like a place that would have been very luxurious in the 70s and the rooms/facilities were fine but there were too many (large) cockroaches near all sinks (kitchen and bathrooms), which turned out later no other place we stayed at had. Finally, I had the impression the place would have direct beach access which was slightly misleading - it was across the street from the beach but one had to walk around the entire compound to exit first and then get to the beach. All that said, it is actually great option if you need a place to get over jet lag since you can drag yourself to the beach and lovely swimming pool without driving.

no AC downstairs, upstairs A/C worked well in one room but not the other. large cockroaches in the property. crockery and cutlery old and limited.

Big house on the sea side with 2 storeys. Ground floor is hall, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Upper floor is 3 bedroom, a bathroom with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Situated right across Palmar public beach, this place is a comfortable place for staying near Belle Mare beach in Mauritius. The owners greeted us with a warm welcome & came to meet us in the evening and guided us about local shops, places to visit, supermarkets and transport.

On the down side, this place is a little far from restaurants and supermarkets. So it is recommended to have own car or a taxi person contact number to be able to commute to nearby places.

Numa Villa com 3 quartos duplos para 6 pessoas deixam 3 toalhas e acham suficiente. Foi dificl convencer que cada adulto precisava no mínimo de 1 toalha... Mau serviço!

We choose this villa, because it was rates with 4 stars, but it should only be rated with two stars in our opinion. No sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool, located away from pool (not as on the picture in hotels.com) and directly to the Road (noise), old bathrooms/toilets, felt insecure because of earlier break-in attempts.
