Well located. Staff helpful and room clean. Booking didn’t include breakfast but when we arrived were told it would be which was a bonus and good as well

A szálloda tisztaságával nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A személyzet nagyon udvarias és segítőkész volt. Elutazáskor a csomagok megörzését is vállalták, a kicsekkolás és a vissza indulás között nem volt gond velük így. Bőséges reggeli választék volt a kirándulos napok indítására. A hall-ban egy itató is fel volt állitva a kutyusoknak. A Stansted repűlőtérről könynen elérhető volt vonattal-metróval. A Central Line metróval könnyen elérhető volt minden látnivaló.

Tulságosan puha volt az ágy. Egyszer bent ragadtunk a liftben, de az is a mi hibánk volt.

Great transport links to the central areas and also makes places like Hammersmith easily accessible. Well placed comfy hotel.

Rooms we good and well maintained

Our room was next to a park where groups gathered throughout the night and early hours, there was also some kind of stereo being played. Made it hard to sleep. Though I understand the hotel can not control this, it did make it uncomfortable for us.

Excellent location. Super clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Green choices by 1 big towel a person. Changed when left on the floor, otherwise not. Nice view. Climate controle in room.

The hotel was located conveniently for my purposes. The room was modern and clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff was friendly at the check in and during breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of options from English to continental.

The general information of the hotel services was only available online, and it was difficult to find all the information.

Posizione strategica a 3 min a piedi dalla metropolitana. Stanze super pulite e letto comodo. Colazione super abbondante. I ragazzi della reception assolutamente adorabili e disponibilissimi.

Muy limpio todo , excelente ubicación , cerca del Metro y buses a Londres. además de conectividad al aeropuerto Heathrow.

Perfect for what we needed

Colazione buona, molto varia, copriva praticamente tutti i gusti, ma la la parte salata/ english breakfast era sempre particolarmente fresca. Aggiungerei qualche torta per irrobustire la colazione dolce/continentale

La struttura è vicinissima alla stazione della metro di Shepherd's Bush. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare ed è anche a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Westfield White City.

La struttura in sé è bella ma i servizi non vanno bene, la pulizia è avvenuta solo parzialmente. L'unica cosa che veniva pulita era il WC, per il resto la doccia, il lavandino e il pavimento in camera non sono mai stati puliti. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani possono essere cambiati a richiesta.

La posizione va benissimo , vicino alla metropolitana con la linea rossa . Personale gentile e disponibile alle informazioni. Camera pulita, grandezza nella norma, Non abbiamo preso la prima colazione.

Hotel was lovely and clean, very comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was fantastic, great range on offer.

The only thing we didn't like were the bathroom doors. They were a push/pull fitting so were very noisy to open and close especially during the night.

It was conveniently located for what I needed.

This hotel is quite run down and old fashioned, and has seen better days. Bulb was broken in the bathroom and no-one came to fix it despite reporting to reception. Extortionately priced - you can stay in much nicer areas of London for cheaper, and I would have if I didn't have such an early start in the vicinity the next day.

The staff at reception were lovely! Friendly,helpful and sweet. The breakfast caters to all, everything got topped up every few min. The hotel was very clean throughout and it is one of the best Ibis hotels I've stayed at. Well maintained, no funny smells, the room quite spacious and very clean. Good water pressure in the bathroom, basics provided. The location is very good if you're travelling for business because of the good intercity and intracity links. It is not in a tourist area,so nothing to see around, but very close to Shepherds Bush tube station. Also, convenient for Notting Hill because you can be there within 15-20 min at most (bus/tube) without paying a fortune to stay in Notting Hill. Travelling that same route but 10 min or more brings you to Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park.

The staff were warm and welcoming and explained everything very well.

I booked an accessible room. Two red emergency cords in the bathroom were tied up so high I couldn’t reach them in my wheelchair, let alone if I had fallen. Clearly some training is needed in accessibility. The room itself was clean but the bed base and mattress were filthy. The stains were horrible and were all down the side of the bed, I didn’t even have to life the bedding to see it. The whole place is tired with water damage in the bathroom and cut off metal around the sink which is rusty and sharp. The bedside tables are low, but the bed is a standard height so that made no sense. Plug sockets are across the room and not enough. Tv is so old it didn’t even have a guide function, remote is so worn you can’t see the power button anymore-not very accessible. Generally it doesn’t look like the room was designed by someone who knows anything about accessibility. It is tired and worn and generally stained and filthy. The carpets in the hallway are also stained and filthy. The breakfast can only be described as disgusting. Hardly any vegan options despite being told by email that there is. Cross contamination on anything that is. It tasted like the food was actually cooked by the hot plates, not just on it for hours but actually cooked there, it was gross.

My daughter wanted to go to Westfields and this hotel was perfectly placed. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were spotless and we were very happy to see there was air conditioning too!

I dont think there was anything I wasn't happy with.

Close to Shepherd Bush Tube, had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed for Six Days and the hotel is comfortable enough for a stay of this length. Room was quiet. Air conditioning was amazing in the Summer London heat. Gent on evening staff was lovely and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast we certainly did not go hungry.

If i could suggest improvements Towels could do with replacing they were anything but fluffy. Rooms could do with a fridge. More fruit at Breakfast.

Location, staff, value, cleanliness all very good. Location is good for the Central Line (change at Ealing Broadway for Lizzy Line to LHR) and Nextdoor to the Sixt car rental depot.

The products in the bathrooms ( soaps and shampoos) were not very good

Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage war sehr verkehrsgünstig, Bis und Tube gleich um die Ecke. Einkaufen gehen konnte man gleich nebenan.

La calidad-precio es extraordinaria. Si mantiene esta línea de precio-calidad, cuando volvamos a Londres repetiremos aquí. El personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación muy buena. El aire funcionaba genial y más en ola de calor.

A mi pareja no le gustó que se escuchaba la cisterna de otras habitaciones en mitad de la noche. Pero la habitación, salvo eso, estaba muy bien insonorizada para estar tan cerca de una calle concurrida y de una estación de metro.

The staff were absolutely lovely! So friendly and helpful!! Very central location close to supermarkets and tube. Room was very comfortable.

It would have been so nice to have a little refrigerator in the room. The cooling system in the room was very noisy.

The hotel was ok , staff are poor . We were in the rush to go out as our taxi is waiting, the morning staff at 8am on 14/8/26argued with me infront of the other guests since he refused to let us put our luggage in the cloak room . He stated “you are nothing , outside you are nothing , I don’t care about you “ . This guy definitely need to go to Heartist training or just simply get sack since he cannot even give the simple customer service in uk. Please take action

Chambre climatisée et spacieuse, Le personnel était adorable, accueillant et toujours disponible. le petit déjeuner était très bon, copieux et varié, la salle confortable. L'emplacement est idéal et très bien desservi, à 5 minutes à peine des stations de métro et de bus.

Manquait un peu de rangement dans la douche pour placer nos produits et le tuyau de la douche fuyait un peu.

Personnel serviable et agréable, chambre propre et fonctionnelle et climatisée. Hôtel situé à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro reliant rapidement le centre (entre 5-10 min à pied des métros), plusieurs petits restos/cafés à proximité. Bon rapport qualité/prix !

Stayed at Ibis Shepherds Bush for 1 nights. Room was clean, staff were polite, and location is great — 2 mins from Shepherds Bush station and market. Only downside: TV had only UK/Freeview channels. No Indian channels like Zee, Colors or Sony. Would be really helpful for guests from South Asia if they add an Asian TV package. WiFi worked well though."Thank you

Ibis är alltid ett bra val (särskilt om man har hund ) då man som kund vet vad man får, dvs. ett rent, bra boende. Ibis Shepherds Bush var fint inrett med bra rum, skön säng och god frukost. Läget är bra om man vill besöka västra London t.ex. Portobello Road Market, Holland Park etc. Tips! Mycket livat på gatan utanför så ta med öronproppar.

I had stayed in an ibis before and it was bare minimum so I was expecting the same. This ibis was so much better: decently spacious rooms, good space to put your things and clean. The staff were so friendly and we really appreciated the 12pm check out time and the breakfast also went until 12pm! Area was fun, close to the tube and anything else you could need in terms of shops and restaurants. Great location for the O2 venue.

Barely provided two rough towels for 2 people (one in bathroom one out on a shelf), otherwise everything was great!

The hotel was great and well maintained. Pleasant staff. Nicely located next to the Central Line which made accessibility easy. I stayed here to attend a concert in Wembley and it was perfect. Breakfast was also a nice added touch - great variety to kickstart your day. There are also many eateries on your doorstep in Shepherd's Bush. Sainsburys supermarket is within walking distance too.

I don't have anything negative to report here. We were satisfied with our stay.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and wasn't too hot in the room. I enjoyed breakfast and felt very comfortable in this hotel.

The television controller didn't work. I left some towels on the floor to be cleaned and they weren't picked up. Homeless person outside smoking drugs felt a bit unsafe.

I was charged twice for breakfast. I selected a higher-priced room rate which included breakfast, and then when I arrived at the property I was informed that the reservation did not include breakfast. I then had to pay for breakfast separately. I contacted customer service, which simply repeated what I had been told at the reception desk, which was that the reservation did not include breakfast, without recognising that this was an error in the booking. I am deeply dissatisfied by the fact that, having selected the higher-priced rate (there was a lower-priced rate which expressly excluded breakfast) there was an error.

Great location. Right next to metro and bus stations - easy to access from Victoria rail and coach station. Between the W12 and Westfield across the street, and other shops around, there are plenty shopping and dining options. It's also nice to have a park next to the hotel, it's nice to see some greenery. The hotel itself is typical ibis - nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. I trust this brand when I travel.

My one and only issue was that the USB wall plugs didn't work and I had to go buy an adapter to charge my devices. Even then, the charging took twice as usual, but I don't know why. I have informed the staff when leaving.

Locatie was ideaal : in de buurt van groot metrostation, restaurants en shoppingcenter. Kamer was praktisch ingericht met opbergruimte. Ontbijt was goed, geen liefhebber van Englisch Breakfast, maar genoeg alternatieven.

The hotel is pretty handy location wise, as it's a very short wall from Sheperd'd Bush tube/overground/bus stations. Needless to say that the area is a bit dodgy in the night time, which it can't be helped as it's the area it is in London.

Our sink was clogged and the drain was blocked. We reported it to reception, which advised us would have been fixed during our day out. Upon our arrival it wasn't fixed because "the handyman doesn't return to work until Monday" - we stayed during the weekend. They asked if we wanted to swap room, which we decided to do so, however the room provided was not an improvement at all.

Elevator malfunctioning

Удобное месторасположение, рядом находиться метро, автобусы, поезда. Нам не составило проблемы передвигаться с места на место. В номере было тихо, хорошо работал кондиционер.

В принципе всё нормально, только лично мне не хватило полотенец, было всего одно на человека, не было для рук и ног
