We didn't get to stay in main building, view from that one is beautiful for both sea and pool. You have access to all of the resorts facilities. They have many food places inside/near resort as well as mini market. Overall is good
The night we arrived, following early morning fire alarm went off. We were so confused what to do with the kids specially I had infant and toddler. No one arrived until 45min passed. We were out in our nightdress someone will come and explain or sort us out but very delayed service for an emergency, we had to go to main reception to explain what happened. though luckily it was false alarm.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Familienzimmer: groß, gute Küche, sogar Aussicht aufs Meer vom großen Balkon - trotz seitlichem Parkplatzblick. Lage: Tolle Lage in der Nähe eines schönen Strands (Praia Maria Luisa, ca. 15 min zu Fuß), ruhig und praktisch mit gutem Parkplatz. Frühstück/Abendessen: Wenig Abwechslung, aber für uns gar kein Problem. Wir haben leckere Gerichte und Lebensmittel gefunden und diese selbst variiert. Alles frisch und qualitativ völlig in Ordnung, auch die Mengen waren sehr sehr ausreichend für alle Gäste. Service und Personal: Sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Kompliment! Ausstattung: Toller Rutschenpool, coole Unterhaltung und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder bei der Bar. Hotels: Unser Hotel wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wenn man es mit den anderen zugehörigen Nachbarhotels vergleicht. Trotzdem war die Anlage insgesamt toll!
Der beworbene Hochseilgarten für Kinder ist leider seit 2024 gesperrt, was vor Ankunft nirgendwo ersichtlich ist. Hier und da benötigt das Gelände etwas mehr Pflege, was bei der Größe der Anlage (Hotel + zwei weitere Hotels) sicherlich sehr schwierig ist.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We love to go to the other alfagar hotel and enjoyed the pool and the kids park. The children loved it. And there is mini supermarket below our room. The apartment is big and we can cook our own meal in the kitchen.
We stayed at room no. 118 and there is NO internet inside the room. We use our data all the time. We request for a official receipt, with my husband NIF no. The receptionist told us they will send through email but they didn’t send. Means they will not give you an official receipt. Which is not right at all

The staff could have been friendlier and more forthcoming about other areas to visit nearby. We were told there were no restaurants close by but in fact there were several within a 15 minute walk.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026This aparthotel was amazing! It exceeded expectations in so many ways. The room was lovely and spacious with all essentials included. The pools were lovely and not too crowded. Getting to use the facilities of 3 hotels meant that every day was different. The food was lovely in various restaurants. The best was cafeteria. The sunset bar was lovely too and did the best cocktails, we went twice. The breakfast was ok, it did the job of setting us up for the day. The location was great. Lovely walk down to the beach. We walked to Olhas Dagua and that was lovely. We took an uber into albufeira old town. We walked to the tree top adventure park which was perfect for an over cast day. Overall a great holiday and somewhere I’d like to revisit.
There were a couple of times when we were in the room at 3/4 in the afternoon and the cleaner came to do the room, so we had to turn her away. I would prefer it if the rooms could be cleaned earlier in the day. There were bits of rubbish outside the room which were there for a couple of days. So it’s not cleaned as thoroughly as I would expect. The other thing was the lifts there were only 2 small lifts for everyone. one then went out of service for a couple of days. We could use the stairs thankfully but I imagine if you had a push chair it would’ve been a bigger issue.

A limpeza, a meu ver, podia ser substancialmente melhor. Alguns canais infantis só darem inglês também não me parece bem. Algumas animações serem no outro hotel do grupo, que não o alto da colina.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Las instalaciones están muy bien; tiene varias piscinas (en los diferentes complejos Alfafar) a las que poder acceder (dos de ellas con toboganes). Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.
En general es un buen sitio para alojarse, pero hay algunos puntos mejorables: La limpieza, por ejemplo. Encontramos unos calcetines usados en una mesita. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y había diferencia entre las dos; el mobiliario de la habitación de la planta 3 era más nuevo. La calidad de la comida no es muy buena. Sería mejor que hubiese menos variedad pero que fuese de mayor calidad. El personal de recepción portugués no fue demasiado amable. Todo lo contrario que Pablo, por ejemplo; fue muy amable.

La propreté et le personnel. J’avais laissé le liquide vaisselle pour remplir, ils ne l’ont pas fait. J’ai été réclamé à l’accueil, la femme de ménage est venue remplir et a laissé ouvert. Aucun sourire, aucune hospitalité. J’étais venue 2 fois il y a 3 ans et ce n’était pas le même personnel ! Je ne reviendrais plus ! Ça ne vaut pas le prix !

Les animations le soir sont de mauvaise qualité (les animateurs du mini disco ont l’air de vouloir s’enfuir, les spectacles suivants sont vraiment très très amateurs) Pour accéder aux animations il faut se rendre dans l’hôtel principal à 5/10 minutes de marches dénivelée)

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Nous avons apprécié le complexe en général. Plusieurs piscines, toboggans, activités sportives etc. Vraiment adapté pour les enfants. Top! Idéalement situé et proche des rues principales d’Olhos de Agua et d’Albufeira.
Le ménage était bâclé voir pas fait malgré nos demandes, nous avons discuté avec une femme de ménage qui nous a indiqué qu’il y avait un manque de personnel. Le personnel, sauf quelques exceptions, manquent réellement de sourire. Nous étions au fin fond du bloc 2 avec un enfant de 2 ans cela fait beaucoup de marche pour arriver au petit déjeuner et/ou à la piscine des enfants.

Los horarios de las espectáculos y animación muy mal, están con horarios para ingleses pero exageradamente temprano. No es normal que un espectáculo empiece a las ocho cuando solamente puedes cenar hasta las nueve y media

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Excellent séjour en famille. L’hôtel était complet pendant notre séjour, mais nous n’avons jamais eu l’impression qu’il était surchargé, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Les espaces sont agréables, les équipements très bien et l’ensemble est bien organisé. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous reviendrions avec plaisir.
Notre chambre donnait sur la route et nous entendions un peu le bruit de la circulation le soir. Cela restait toutefois tout à fait supportable et ne nous a pas réellement gênés pendant le séjour.

Piscinas muy limpias. Aparcamiento al lado del apartamento. Buen supermercado. Si vas con peques es buen sitio, familiar. Hay varias piscinas y no hemos tenido problemas ningún día para disponer de tumbonas.
El buffet, justito y excesivamente especiada la comida, bastante repetitivo. Mala imagen que se tenga que pagar aparte la bebida (lo que sea, incluso agua). La animación algo sosa. Lavandería no es 24 horas como en otras estancias y solo dos lavadoras y una secadora.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Everything about this place is spot on! The hotel itself is always clean and the splash pools for the kids are fantastic. The location is excellent, 10 mins from the old town and close to the beach as well. Top all that off with a staff that are so friendly and always willing to help. No wonder we've been to 3 times now!

Lo único que me incomodó un poco fue el estado del cuarto donde nos alojamos, se puede invertir un poco en arreglar o cambiar unas cosas cómo la cortina de la ducha o la propia ducha

The sea views from the balcony are breathtaking, and having access to such a beautiful swimming pools made our trip complete. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury getaway with premium views!

Quite far out, so need to get taxis to Albufeira and Vilamoura but users are very reasonable

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Lots of pools to choose from and close to a lovely beach. The kids loved it and want to go back! Parking was easy. The breakfast buffet was really good with the best oranges we’ve ever eaten.
The furnishings were a bit outdated and it had a touristy vibe.

The beds were like rocks hard to sleep , pillows way to soft even with having 3 . You definitely need to replace your beds . My back was in agony the whole stay

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026O tamanho grande dos quartos familiares é algo raro de se encontrar na Europa e deixa a estadia muito mais confortável, inclusive se quiser fazer refeições rápidas no quarto. Além disso, diante da disponibiidade me deram um upgrade para quarto com vista mar, o que foi um plus.
Gostaria de ter opções de jantar diferentes, além do buffet e dos restaurantes atuais, que são praticamente iguais em qualidade. Além disso, o horário de encerramento do jantar às 22hs no verão (praticamente dia) é muito cedo. Acabamos indo jantar fora.

Les Normes están ben explicades quan fas el chek-in. Els clients fan el que volen sense problema. La neteja del apartament al entrar va ser deficient, els armaris de la cuina estaven bruts.

Choice of different things in the different complex that are interlinked. Beautiful walk on the beach in the mornings, once you find the way down.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026It's a big complex where you can go to different pools if you wish. Two pool areas for kids whichwas wonderful.
The shows left alot to desired for the kids. From a 9 days we where there only two shows we liked. Then most of the shows are on the main complex which means having to walk to reach this area. Then watching a show which was not good was a bit tirin.

Det var ærgerligt at området omkring hotellet ikke blev brugt mere til lege og initiativer fra hotellet eller gæsterne. Det var på søstrehoteller, der fx var fodboldturninger. Nogle gange 55 børn om en bold, mens fodboldbanerne ved dette hotel stod helt tomme. Derudover vises der billeder af tree tops climbing på booking.com. På skiltet på hotellet stod der, at den havde været under reparation siden 2024 (2 år!?). Juicen til Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe kvalitet.

Trop bruyant , certaines familles ne respectes pas les logements qui ne sont pas très isolés au niveau des murs et dans les couloirs de l’hôtel . Touristes irrespectueux des autres .

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Ambiente familiar, todos éramos familias con niños. Todo muy limpio, buffet completos tanto desayuno como cena. Habitaciones amplias con todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas. Terraza grandísima. Escogimos sin vistas al mar y nos dieron unas con vistas al interior pero con una panorámica preciosa también. Esta es la 4 vez que vamos con niños de 5-8 años se lo pasan genial.

The sunbeds can’t be reserved, so it was a big plus, avoiding people putting towels and keeping the beds busy foe the whole day. The food: was not very much variety, but everythint fresh, delicious deserts. Room spacious, comfy beds. Nice parking.
