My experience was absolutely terrible. Every day, they knocked on my door twice at around 8:00 AM while I was sleeping. Even worse, they opened the door and disturbed me despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed outside my room. This completely ruined my stay. I came to the hotel to relax and get some proper rest, but because of the constant interruptions, I couldn’t get enough sleep at all. A very disappointing experience. I strongly believe the hotel should respect guests’ privacy and take the “Do Not Disturb” sign seriously.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Zell am See center. The balcony has a beautiful view of the mountain and the town center. The AC was great and really helped during a couple of hot days, and the staff were very cooperative.
بالنسبة للسلبيات، المواقف ليست ملاصقة للفندق لكنها قريبة (حوالي 3 دقائق مشياً)، ويوجد مكان أمام باب الفندق للوقوف المؤقت لتنزيل الأغراض. السعر أعلى شوي من المتوسط مقارنة بمساكن مشابهة، لكن الإقامة كانت ممتعة فعلاً. On the downside, parking isn’t right at the hotel but it’s close (about a 3-minute walk), and there’s a spot in front of the hotel entrance for temporary stops to unload luggage. The price is a bit above average compared to similar places, but we genuinely enjoyed our stay.

ياريت لو يركبو شطاف في الحمام، خاصة للجناح، بما أن كثير من السياح عرب ومسلمين

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Staðsetningin er frábær, í hjarta bæjarins, í göngufæri við veitingastaði, verslanir og vatnið, sem gerði allt mjög aðgengilegt. Starfsfólkið var vingjarnlegt og hjálpsamt og morgunverðurinn góður. Við myndum hiklaust gista hér aftur og mælum eindregið með hótelinu fyrir alla sem heimsækja Zell am See.
Eina atriðið sem hefði mátt vera betra var að dýnan í rúminu var aðeins í stífari kantinum en okkur hentar. Fyrir utan það var allt til fyrirmyndar og við myndum hiklaust gista hér aftur.

لم يكن فندق انما شقق فندقية موزع في مبنايين ، نظيفة في سنتر زيلامسي- التكيف ليس بارد بما يكفي. عليك اضافة 20 يورو للمواقف بالإضافة لسعر الغرفة المرتفع- يوجد مواقف عامة تبعد دقائق عن المكان يمكن ايقاف السيارة فيها في فترة الليل فقط اما فترة الصباح يفرض عليها رسوم

Окна выходят на ночной бар. До 23:00 столики стояли прямо под окнами номера и было очень шумно. Затем столики убрали, люди зашли во внутрь бара и стало потише. Но если вы любите ложиться рано спать имейте это ввиду, до 23:00 вам не дадут)) Нам это не помешало, мы чувствовали себя частью праздничной тусовки ))

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026موقع الفندق بالسنتر على شارع المشاه وسط زيلامسي غرف نظيفه ومكيفه الإفطار جيد بالفندق المجاور وهم نفس الاداره موقف السيارات 20 يورو لليوم في موقف عام يبعد حوالي 200 متر عن الفندق والموقف جيد وعبر بطاقة دخول من الفندق تستخدم عند اي دخول الموقف او الخروج
عزل الصوت ضعيف من الخارج من الشارع وتسمع الأصوات وخاصه ايام الاجازات أصوات المشاه حتى آخر الليل

Personnel is very helpful and friendly driving into checking in zone in a small street and later getting out requires driving skills as street is narrow breakfast is plentifull and varied (omelettes were cold)
parking is underground at the rathaus parking and costs 20€ extra
