La ubicación a 25 minutos caminando de lomprincipal de Londres, justo en el medio, a un lado , westminster, al otro Boho, coven garden…. Te puedes mover andando y tvien excelente comunicacion tren, metro… la ubicación es excelente

The room and the overall hotel areas were very modern, beautiful and functional. The breakfast was great - and kids love the self-made pancake machines (there were two of them!). Very good overall care of the staff. The location is OK - Southwark underground and Waterloo station bus stops are within walkable distance, but not much useful transport right outside the hotel.

We had a bit of a blunder with our breakfast to the room (since we needed to depart before regular breakfast time) - so make sure to clarify the details (and even better fill the order form together with the staff to avoid misunderstandings) if you need to go for this option.

The breakfast was good

Overall not very clean. Dirty floors in the staircase, the rooms were also not very clean (bathroom had water stains and looked old) We were put on the first floor after we asked for a higher floor, they didn’t even check the reservation before giving us the key. So after making a mistake with our reservation they gave us a crappy room on top of it. The price is outrageous for this basic hotel with Nothing special nearby.

Excelente ubicación, a un paso de todo (para lo que Londres). Es un hotel bastante moderno y todo está perfecto. Estuvimos 4 en la habitación (2 adultos y mis hijos de 15 y 13 años) nos pusieron 2 camas supletorias muy cómodas. El desayuno bastante correcto.

Il bagno aveva una doccia con lo scarico che non funzionava bene spesso si allagava il piatto doccia perchè l'acqua non defluiva bene ed in tre persone questo è un problema

Hotel je v centru, takže je všude blízko. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý. Postel pohodlná a na Británii i dost široká. Pokoj byl skvěle odhlučněn. Snídaně výborná - velký výběr studené i teplé kuchyně. Vše doplňováno. Možnost nechat si udělat omeletu dle přání.

Sauna not hot enough as a sauna... jacuzzi not a separate jacuzzi so was as cold as the pool

Victoria welcomed my family and I in a warm and professional way. It was a good start to our stay. All staff were helpful. The pool was great and the room was spotless.

Staff were amazing hotel is beautiful 3 min walk from main tube line, staff were so welcoming even remember I had stayed before and upgraded my room . It had no view but the room itself was amazing. Hotel is very stylish fabulous staff ideal location to get tk anywhere in London

Room was very clean and fully stocked. location of hotel was very good with lots of public transport options and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. All staff were very pleasent and helpful.

For me the pool had too much chlorine, it stung my eyes.

Hôtel de qualité, propre et bien entretenu, parfaitement situé pour visiter Londres (très proche des quais parfait pour se déplacer a pied). Chambre pour 3 spacieuse, breakfast très bien !

The location of this hotel is great. Just a few minutes away from a tube station and Waterloo train station as well as walking distance away from the South Bank and Blakriars Bridge. The staff is really friendly and was helpful with all the questions we had. Big thanks to Erona (hope I remember her name correct) who helped us with the check in and the request to extend the stay. The room was a good size and furnished well for a longer stay (reasonable size wordrove, mini fridge etc). The breakfast was decent though could have had a wide variety and the restaurant would get too busy at certain time. But it was convinient to have it at the hotel. Hotel has a swimming pool, which was an advantage during the hot days. And though we didn't use it, other guests seemed to enjoy it.

The housekeep staff could be more efficient. In a few occasions we had to insist a few times to address the requests. The carpet in the room needs and ugent change. It had lots of stains of unknown origin which made it unppleasant to walk on it. But those a just small details and overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

C est tres bien d avoir des créneaux a réserver pour la piscine pour éviter d etre trop nom roux, mais malheureusement as vraiment respecter un soir on etait 20 avec des enfants qui sautaient malgré l interdiction. Une employée est passée 2 ou 3 fois et n est jamais intervenue

Servicios de personal (algunas de las personas) en recepción, preparación de habitación, cama sofá no estaba hecha, y tampoco nos dieron las sábanas y fundas de cama sofá, sofa cama tuvimos que ponerla nosotros , el sofá cama hacía mucho ruido y se movía al dormir, no había toallas necesarias para todos los huéspedes.

Nota positiva vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e metropolitana, buona colazione, personale gentile anche con Italiano perfetto

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la estación de metro de Southwark, pero si quieres dar un paseo, en 20/25 minutos puedes ir andando al Big Ben o a London Bridge. El desayuno es abundante y variado, el único problema es que en las horas más comunes para el desayuno, hay mucha gente, y en alguna ocasión tuvimos que esperar un poco a que nos asignaran mesa. Todo muy limpio, y personal agradable.

Estábamos en una habitación triple, y la cama supletoria es muy incómoda

Struttura comodissima vicino a tre fermate della metro, una a pochi passi. Personale gentile e camere pulite. Ottima la piscina per rilassarsi dopo le lunghe camminate per Londra.

El desayuno muy bueno. Tiene desayuno inglés muy rico. También otras opciones. El comedor del desayuno es bastante agradable y lo tienen bien organizado. Cama bastante ancha, lo que es difícil de encontrar en Londres. La localización está bien, a cinco minutos de la Tate Modern. Se puede ir caminando al centro dando un paseo.

La habitación tiene una decoración estándar de hotel de cadena. La moqueta de la habitación se veía sucia.

Lokalita Southwark je v Londýne bezpečný výber. Chodíme každý rok konkrétne na túto ulicu.

Zariadenie izieb je už opotrebené, ale samozrejme chápem, že nie je jednoduché rekonštruovať.

The bartender Cleofas made the BEST mojitos, I have had in this country for a long time!!! And server Anwaz was more than attentive. Great staff all round at the Blackfriars

Tres surprise par la séparation entre le salle de bain et la chambre avec une parois qui peut devenir transparente et qui n'est jamais parfaitement occultante. Manque également d'une brisse pour nettoyer les toilettes

kahvaltı çeşitli ve yeterli, ancak kahvaltı salonu misafirlerin tümüne yetecek büyüklükte değil. Ayrıca kahvaltıda görevli personel sayısı da yetersiz. odalar biraz dar ama konforlu. Odaları temizleyen personel iyi değil. Çay kaşıklarımızı hiç yıkamadılar, kendimiz yıkadık. minibar boşaldığında eksik dolduruldu. bir gün kahve koymayı unuttular, diğer gün süt. lavabo gideri tıkalıydı.

Familia de tres. En general nos gustó todo. La ubicación estupenda, está muy cerca del centro. Todo muy limpio y la camas son cómodas.. Respecto el personal muy amable, con disposición a ayudar en todo lo posible. El tener la piscina es un gran punto a su favor. El desayuno estupendo y la atención en el restaurante también fenomenal.

La ubicación. Se puede ir andando a muchos sitios que hay que visitar y tiene una boca de metro a 5 minutos. La piscina con la sauna viene genial para relajarte después de mucho caminar por el día. El buffet del desayuno muy aceptable.

Solo encontramos una persona en recepción que hablase español.

The bathroom could have more hooks to hang the towels and we didn’t like that the glass was in the shower was still partially see through.

Location was really amazing, walking distance to metro. Plenty of restaurants around the area, also a flat iron nearby, which was awesome.

Staff, facilities included gym and pool. Breakfast was lovely.

No bin in room other than small bin in bathroom.

Die Lage

Das Zusatzbett für unser zweites Kind fehlte bei der Ankunft. Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt und auch während des Aufenthalts ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Für vier Personen wurden teilweise nur drei Handtücher bereitgelegt. Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich und die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant leider nicht besonders freundlich

Nice and clean hotel. My daughter was excited for the swimming pool and it was a nice break in the evenings to be able to swim before heading to bed for the evening. Would recommend.

Great location for Waterloo Station and access to the Southbank area, tube a short walk away. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and an added bonus of being able to leave your bags in a secure locked room before checking in and after checking out. Pool was nice, can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat in the hotel. Would definitely use again.

No me gustó el panel translúcido que separa el baño de el resto de la habitación. Es muy molesto cuando alguien se levanta por la noche o a primera hora de la mañana al baño porque deja pasar mucha luz que despierta a los que están durmiendo

L'emplacement permet de découvrir l'autre rive et de profiter de l'ambiance festive entre Waterloo et le London Eye, ou bien d'aller facilement à pied jusqu'à la Tate Modern et Borough Market. Proche de la station Southwark. Le bar / restaurant est sympa. Et pour un budget plus serré, possibilité d'aller manger juste à côté à l'Ibis, le personnel est très sympa.

L'accueil est vraiment peu chaleureux. On a l'impression de déranger chaque fois qu'on demande quelque chose. Le principe du créneau piscine à réserver est un peu pénible mais d'un autre côté cela évite une piscine bondée. La chasse d'eau a tendance à fuir si on n'appuie pas plusieurs fois dessus. Et pourquoi n'y a t il jamais de brosse dans les WC anglais ??? La chambre est un peu étroite pour une famille de 3. Le sèche cheveux n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de ce standard ... Marre de ces pauvres sèche - cheveux qui soufflent un pauvre filet d'air.... On n'est plus en 1990 !!

The staff, especially Katie at reception. She was always professional, patient, kind, supportive and made us feel comfortable. The staff in this hotel are wonderful. I would definitely come here again, and I am recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. There is no better place to stay in London!

Everything was better than we expected.

זרם המים במקלחת מאוד חלש היינו בשני חדרים, בחדר השני היה צורך לסדר מחדש בכל פעם את המזגן. המיקום נחמד אבל לא קרוב למרכז, גם המסעדות שיש בסביבה הן במרחק הליכה של 10 דקות לערך

Great location — close to stations/attractions, plenty of restaurant options and yet away from heavy tourist locations. Very friendly staff.

Probably just to manage pool booking as it was overly crowded at time of booking when we tried first time but other than that, everything was great.

Tout Surtout les dames de l’accueil qui ont été si gentilles sachant qu’on est arrivés très tôt . Et surtout nous avons été surclassé. Le petit dej était complet! Tout était vraiment parfait!

Rien à dire de négatif ! Tout était parfait L’eau de la piscine légèrement froide mais c’est tout.
