Good location, simple room.

Very tiny box room, bit of a struggle with 2 people, suitcases etc however not the worst thing just having to climb over cases to get to the bathroom.

Location is good. Close to town centre. Room is relatively clean.

The room is quite compact, with the bed taking up most of the available space, so there isn't much space to move around.

The room was brilliant. Breathtaking views. Large comfy bed. All amenities you would require. Great self-contained kitchen. Fireplace was nice. Close to town. Quiet. Perfect for our 8-night stay. Would definitely recommend

The one bedroom apartments are really nice, but expensive with very good facilities and plenty of space. Location is OK, being about a 15 min walk from downtown (though there's a decent hill to walk back up on the way home) There's a nice hot spa and a gym too (for all guests)

Ok, this is a tough one. They call themselves Highview Apartments, but if you are getting the studio, it is not an apartment I can tell you. No cooking facilities, no dining area (only a very small 'study' table) but it does have a small fridge and a microwave, and a kettle but it's very small. Also, when we were packing up to leave (you need to leave at 10am) we took some luggage to the car at about 9:55am and at 10am were locked out of the room. Seriously? For goodness sake, give guests a bit of a buffer to leave - don't lock them out of the room on the dot of 10am! That's just not acceptable. Then at 10:15am, we got a phone call asking when we were returning the key! They knew damn well we'd been locked out of the room and lost 10 mins or so because we had to walk up to the Management office to obtain a new keycard so we could get back in! We would not stay there again, I'm afraid.

Best location for conference at QT. , Check-in at 2pm is great. Studio had all the services you need. The fire makes it very cosy. Great views from the studio (although this was the result of an upgrade)

The location was great, situated just above the town with beautiful surroundings and only about a ten-minute walk into the centre. it was really convenient being close enough to walk into town while still feeling nice and quiet. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay and was an okay size. The bed was comfy enough.

Th eshared entrances can be quite loud when other guests arrive home late, and we could also hear a fair amount of housekeeping from the room. The shower over the bath is quite narrow. We also noticed the fridge is inside a cupboard with little ventilation, which made it very warm. We had to leave the cupboard open to keep everything cold, but it was accidentally closed again when our towels were replaced. This may simply be something the property is unaware of.

Shower over bath splashed water all over the place and there is no shelving in the closet to unpack suitcase which was really annoying living out of the case on the floor

Stunning room with lake view. Room 304a is recommended. Lovely sofas. Comfy huge bed. Great kitchen amenities. Heat pump and log effect has fire to be cosy in winter. Didn’t get a chance to sit out on the balcony as it was rainy but would be lovely in nicer weather. I didn’t need it but the on site parking is a bonus.

Convenient location, tidy rooms and facilities

The walls of the room felt like cardboard, we could hear the people in the apartment next to us. The corridor door was too loud and would jolt us out of our sleep. The hinting to do most of our housekeeping or face a cleaning fee was unexpected and not what we’d expect when paying for accommodation facilities such as this.

Good location. Free parking. Spotlessly clean. Would use again. Pleasant 10 min walk to town.

Room had a locked access door to link to the neighboring apartment. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, and I assume they could hear my loud snoring.

The room was incredibly clean! And getting a full clean service, with fresh sheets twice during our stay was extra nice. The property is kept in very good condition and what a beautiful view. We were very very happy with our whole stay! Bed was comfy, maybe slighty on the firmer side for me personally.. but was not an issue i still slept well. Parking was limited if you come in late, however the whole time we were able to get a spot. Walk into town was easy and short. Bit of a hill on the way back up. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Shower wasn't good

Safe. Parking availability. 10 minute walk to the city Center. Staff were ready friendly and tried to be accommodating.

A little dated. Constant water running noise which interrupted sleep. Certain areas in this repair such as: toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly, basin plug did not seal. Even though somebody was sent to have a look there was no attempt to actually make repairs. sealing attempts around the bath and shower were not very good and were unsightly. Cleaning and vacuuming was only done once in the week that we were there which is unhygienic and disappointing.

Proximity to the town.

Very bright at night curtains very poor. Misleading rooms not an apartment, ( no kitchen sink, stove top, couch etc... ) No Fan in bathroom and MOULD was present. Zero Housekeeping fresh towels and tea, milk etc... Expected to empty small bins, never had to do this in the passed. Threated in welcome book charges would apply to things like this. Customer service was poor. Rude and didn't feel welcome. Also, we arrived slightly early around 30 minutes asked very politely if she could check if room was ready she did not at all. As we witness another couple arrive at the same time and get there room.

我们住的是最底下那一层，没有电梯，需要领着行李走楼梯。公寓里有洗烘一体机，但是洗起来声音非常大，一般只能出门的时候打开来洗烘，不然没办法休息的

The apartment is in suite A and B both with bathrooms. The view at the lakeside is fantastic. And it is only 10-15 minute walk from city centre. You can park the Carl and walk to the centre.

Our room was exactly what we needed. Well equipped equipped, heated floors and a bath! The view was like something from a postcard.

The constant loud noise from the extractor fans throughout the apartments that are on 24/7. We bought ear plugs and it took the edge off the noise but if this is something that would really bother you then it's likely to ruin everything else that's good.
