Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Location was great. Everything around within walking distance. The staff were very responsive and helpful. There was coffee and tea almost all time. We even asked for early breakfast since we were travelling and they arranged it.
The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and comfortable.

However, what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you for preparing a sandwich for me in the morning, even though I wasn't signed up for breakfast. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. This is by far one of the most recommendable places to stay. I would definitely come back!

Personalen är otroligt duktiga och hjälpsamma, dom gör värkligen att man känner en välkommen! Hotellet ligger på en sidogränd vilket gör så att det är väldigt lungt på kvällarna även om det är högljudd ute på vägen.
Städningen var bra, men kunde varit bättre.

"City view" was light shaft or back walls of adjoining buildings, with many fans running nonstop. Room was noisy 24/7 from outside fans through bath and bedroom windows, although bedroom window was sealed well.

It is within walking distance of all the main attractions..5minutes to Galata bridge, 10 minutes to Galata tower and 15 to 20 minutes to Istiklal street. It is also super close to the metro..so nothing can beat the location. It is very clean. My deluxe room was big and had a very nice terrace.

El hotel ofrece un servicio de taxi por 40€ desde el aeropuerto; lo recomiendo mucho, ya que los precios en las apps son solo orientativos y al final terminas pagando casi el doble.

El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran muy justas, pero el baño estaba bien.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The location is excellent, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they even allowed me to check in early, even though I arrived well before the official check-in time. I really appreciated that after a long flight to Istanbul.
I happened to stay at this hotel during cold weather and noticed that the heating is provided through the air conditioner.

El baño tenía un problema en la ducha, el desagüe al parecer estaba tapado porque se rebalsaba y el agua salía hacia el piso y tuve que poner toallas. No tenia ventanas la habitación que me asignaron, el ruido exterior es muy sonoro, se escuchaban risas, conversaciones, el personal de aseo. El personal de atención poco amigable.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Für mich sind Bewertungen sehr wichtig, deshalb möchte ich hier auch eine hinterlassen. Wir waren als Familie dort und waren von Tag eins an sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre insgesamt sehr familiär. Unser Zimmer war für ein Boutique-Hotel überraschend groß. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Zum Galataturm sind es nur etwa 500 Meter. Von Karaköy aus erreicht man Taksim bequem mit der historischen unterirdischen Standseilbahn. Mit der Fähre kommt man direkt nach Üsküdar, Kadıköy oder Eminönü. Mit der Müzekart kann man von Karaköy auch zum Kız Kulesi. Die Straßenbahn bringt einen nach Eminönü, Sirkeci, Sultanahmet oder Kabataş. Zu Fuß erreicht man schnell den Galataport. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und auch die berühmte Galatabrücke ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist nicht teuer. Es ist zwar kein Luxushotel, dafür aber sehr sauber und gut geführt.
Der Aufzug ist wirklich sehr klein. Das Internet wurde laut dem Personal erneuert und funktionierte auch gut. Allerdings musste man sich jeden Tag neu anmelden, was etwas nervig war, auch wenn das eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist.
