The room was good and the housekeeping lady was amazing. Breakfast was okay nothing fancy but okay

Well reception 0. Its like they dont want to accommodate you. On the checkout day early morning my internet cut down and I mentioned the problem they didn’t acknowledge. In the middle of the day someone knock and my wife was inside answered but the person with the key still open the door and try to walk in my wife barely shut the door. Pool was disaster it was clean but stupid rules . Have to wear bone decent swimsuit etc.

Все понравилось, спасибо отелю и сотрудникам за помощь в расселении дополнительного человека.

Не понравилось, что когда оплачиваешь проживание до прибытия через букинг, то отель говорит ,что инвойс предоставляет букинг. А букинг пишет- все счета на месте размещения. Впервые столкнулись с такой проблемой.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer.Das Zimmer hatte eine große Terrasse und wir hatten einen Traumhaften Ausblick über Istanbul.

Das einzige was ich nicht so toll war das waren die warmen Speisen beim Frühstück die waren teilweise nur lauwarm .

Morgenbuffet war lecker und gross.

Hotel ist für die Preis-Leistung top. Im Detail aber alles etwas unsauber verarbeitet (Hotelgebäude). Aber das ist die einzige negative Nebensache.

I was disappointed with bar in prices were very expensive and no enguragment to make it special big sun umbrella outside in new patio this is my second time here I like hotel but you need to do something about your bar area make it more inviting I manage a bar in ireland so I know what I am talking about generally great hotel with good breakfast and swimming pool gym

What a surprise to have such a wonderful breakfast spread. Reception was great and informative metro was close with an enjoyable walk

Otelin konumu, odanın temizliği, imkanlar ve özellikle personel arkadaşların ilgisi gerçekten çok iyi. Ailemle birlikte bu konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık.

Barely anyone spoke English? Including tourist sites, where they misled to make more money. I would never come back to Turkey. I come from a country where it's much harder to earn money but we do not have such an attitude towards foreigners. You want to earn usd $, learn to speak English!

Las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y limpias. El masaje que dan en el spa es espectacular.

Algunos momentos de alto tráfico para llegar al hotel. No se habla nada de inglés, se debe llevar traductor en el celular.

The room service was excepcional. They was able to prepared food when we arrived ar 2am.

Bar service not good, waitress spent too much time to attend and we have to go.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Ataköy. The hotel offers great value, especially with the open buffet breakfast and wellness facilities like the sauna, hamam, and steam room all included in the price, which was a big plus. I’d especially like to thank Emre and Zehra at the reception — they were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. I would definitely consider staying here again.

الفطور ومكان الفطور كان جيد اشكر الأخ طه موظف في الفندق طلب لنا اوبر وتفاهم مع السائق باللغة التركية.

1- حجزت الفندق عبر بوكننج قبل وصولي ب 3 أشهر وأهم طلب طلبته انه في حال مكيف الهواء لا يعمل احتاج مروحة لأنه لا استطيع النوم بدون هواء في الغرفة ، لم يهتمو لطلبي واخبروني بأن افتح النافذة بعد دفع قيمة الاقامة كاملا ولم يراعو حالتي الصحية . 2- الغرفة كانت تحتوي على موكيت متسخ 3-لاحظت في اقامتي لمدة أسبوع بعض العنصرية ضد العرب والمسلمين من موظفة علاقات الضيوف في صالة الافطار حيث كانت توزع ابتسامتها على الضيوف الأوروبيين وبعض الضيوف من بعض الدول الأسيوية الغير مسلمة وتستمر في سؤالهم عن مدى سعادتهم بالإقامة في الفندق واي خدمات ممكن ان تقدمها لهم بينما اي طاولة فيها رجل ملتحي او عائلة فيها سيدات محجبات لا تهتم بهم ولا تعطيهم اي اهتمام كأنهم اقامو في الفندق مجانا. 4-موقع الفندق غير أمن للعوائل الذين يصطحبون أطفال عند قطع الشارع إلى الجهة الأخرى بسبب سرعة بعض السائقين القادمين من الجسر

Non volevano darmi le camere per cui avevo pagato. Pagamento presso la struttura. al mio arrivo hanno preso l'intero importo dalla carta di credito che avevo dato a garanzia Booking (no hotel) senza che io gli dessi la carta di credito e senza la mia autorizzazione..praticamente un furto!

The room is quite fresh, the wi fi is good, most of the staff members were friendly. There are shopping centres and a nice walking area by the sea nearby (and a great view of the sea from the room). The breakfast was also OK, not that varied, though.

Honestly, the first impression was not really good for 2 reasons 1. The front manager who met us when we just arrived wasn't really friendly: he wasn't smiling, he didn't ask how we felt after the trip and more importantly, he didn't even bother to show us around or tell us anything about the hotel and facilities. Just gave us our key and 👋 2. I booked a room with 2 single beds, but we saw that they were prepared as one with one blanket only, so we had to ask the staff to separate the beds and bring extra blankets. Everything else was fine overall, except maybe a little detail about breakfast - for example, one day, the only eggs available were boiled ones.

朝食会場は大変広く、メニューはローカル素材を含めて大変豊富、卵料理はシェフがその場で調理してくれます。 受付時にご配慮いただき、上層階で部屋からは海が見えました。 歩いて2分のところにショッピングモールがあり、食事や買い物も大変便利です。

隣の部屋で利用されたルームサービスの食器が廊下に出されていましたが、かなり長い間放置されていてちょっと気になりました。 ホテルからショッピングモールまでは大変近いですが、通行料の多い道路を渡らなくていけないので注意した方が良いと思います。

Las personas del lobby no fueron amables, en un punto nos dieron una hora de check out y luego de un momento a otro lo cambiaron pero lo peor de todo fue que nos dieron un cuarto para fumadores que OLÍA a HUMO DE CIGARRILLOS sin avisarnos ni preguntarnos

Были во второй раз, в первый раз все понравилось, решили повторить, заселились поздно ночью, хотели на следующий день продлить до 18:00, так как рейс поздний, в прошлый раз без проблем так сделали, оплата была за каждый дополнительный час. В этот раз девушка на ресепшен не пошла навстречу и попросила оплатить продление на 6 часов как за полную ночь, иначе как она сказала, Вы вынужденны будете съехать в 12. в итоге оплатили такую же стоимость как за ночь с завтраком на двоих, хотя нам завтрак мы физически бы не успели. Странный подход, во всем мире без проблем продлевают до 18:00. Мы приезжали на очередную химтотерапию для мамы, поэтому разбираться не стали, но было очень неприятно, так как при первом заселении пару недель назад, мы писала в отель о возможности продления, мне ответили положительно, а по факту так. В том же Титанике рядом продлевают спокойно до 18:00.

Very nice hotel with the great sunset view! Very polite staff, excellent breakfast, fully equipment room, also nice bonuses were spa center and 24/7 gym.

It was a pity that the windows were not so clean, but I understand, that it is hard to keep it clean all the time for such high building.

Great customer service especially from mehmet ali and erol, well furnished rooms and excellent location if you know istanbul and aren't looking to stay directly in the historic centre.

Would suggest more variety at breakfast e.g baked beans. Swimming temperature should be increased from 26 degrees to make it more comfortable for children.

The buffet is the most incredible spread of both Turkish and Western European food. Its the biggest selling point of the place. We stayed here 2 nights for free as part of the Turkish Airlines “free stopover”. The rooms were clean and were fine.

It is much further away from the sites in the city center than I realized so you can either spend nearly 1 hour trying to navigate public transportation (walk to train station, take train, then a bus) to get into Istanbul, or take a 30-minute taxi.

Очень приветливый персонал на ресепшн, мужчина, который работает днем, очень вежливый, помог с решением вопроса, он сгладил неприятное первое впечатление при заезде, когда нам дали не тот номер, хотя я заранее списывалась с отелем, персонал не беспокоет без конца, как бывает в некоторых отелях, довольно сытный завтрак, хотя мы после дороги не так были голодны, но выглядит все хорошо. На входе в дневное время стоял комплимент от отеля в виде холодной воды со льдом, лимоном и мятой. На завтраке персонал довольно не навязчив. Кровать и подушки удобные.

Все хорошо, но при заселении нам дали не тот номер, мы прилетели поздно ночью, пришлось попросить заявленный, так как дали зачем то номер с тремя кроватями для двух человек, в котором и одеял не было, к сведению в номерах нет халатов. В нашем номере не было и тапочек, и зубной пасты с щеткой, но мы были уставшие и уснули, а так думаю это все надо просить при заселении. Мне показалось, что персонал по уборке и подготовке номеров слабовато работает.
