die Lage ist wunderbar, ein Zimmer mit Balkon lohnt sich!

Es war an unseren beiden Abenden (anfangs Woche) kein Abendessen möglich, da durch Anlässe gebucht :-( Wussten wir erst bei Anreise. Frühstücksbucung ist lohnt sich nicht - besser und günstiger einen, zwei Kaffee mit einem richtigen Croissant oder Pain au Chocolat (am Buffet gibt es nur die Mini-Variation, wohl aus der Packung) bestellen.

Staff were exceptional. Restaurant was awesome. Included breakfast was great! Close to the lake ferry to visit Montreux and/or Geneva.

Room size was just too small.

La vue était spectaculaire.

Les deux coussins n'étaient pas identiques (dont un était vraiment mou) et nous n'avions qu'une seule capsule à café dans la chambre.

Atmosphère très « cosy » dans l’hôtel , excellent emplacement sur petit port paisible. Bus - climatisé - pour Lausanne proche et pratique. Embarcadère pour navigation sur le Lac à 2 pas de l’hôtel.

Pokoje bardzo ciche, łóżka wygodne. Woda wręcz gorąca pod prysznicem. Hotel spokojny, pokoje ogarniane niemalze codziennie. Śniadanie super. Może ciut za dużo słodkiego jak na mój gust i za mało warzyw. Ale było syte. Hoel położony tuż nad mariną. Do stacji kolejowej zaledwie 6 minut na pieszo. Miejscowosć urocza.

Nothing - Saturday night the restaurant was a bit noisy but it stops rather early. We enjoyed the atmosphere sitting on our balcony and drinking wine

Fantastic location. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Asked for additional pillow and it was no problem. Ate in the restaurant and it was very pleasant. All staff with the exception of one were extremely friendly and pleasant.

Nothing other than staff member who wasn't a little curt and not overly friendly.

Wunderschöne Lage am Hafen. Terrasse unter Bäumen, richtig toll. Ausgiebiges Frühstück, hat nichts gefehlt.

Des travaux n’étaient pas fini dans cette pièce, dommage, le reste était vraiment très bien

Our room appeared to have been recently remodeled, very spacious, and included a lake view balcony. We were directly on the lake, no streets to cross. Staff was very accommodating supplying items for us to borrow during our visit

Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hotels sehr schön. Personal freundlich. Betten bequem.

Man merkt, dass bereits eine Weile nichts mehr am Hotel gemacht wurde. Es entwickelt sich in Richtung eines Budget Hotels (Zimmer mit Balkon nur mit offenem Schrank und wenig stauraum). Wir kommen trotzdem gern wieder, da die Lage einfach hervorragend ist. Der wassersparende Duschkopf ist sehr unangenehm fanden wir.

Avons été surclassés. Vue sur le port. Petit déjeuner copieux et décoration de la salle travaillée tout à fait à notre goût. Literie confortable et surtout le calme de l hôtel. Personnel souriant et accueillant ! Nous reviendrons.

Peut être le mobilier de la chambre un peu abîmé

Right on the lake. We were initially placed in a courtyard-facing room which was a bit small, dark and not updated, but we requested to me moved to a lakefront room with a balcony which was worth the extra cost! Staff were helpful, location is beautiful and Lutry is a cute town on Lake Geneva. Hotel had e-bikes for rent; they were a bit pricey but there were no other places to rent bikes in Lutry so we were grateful they were available. Nearby towns like Lausanne or Montreux may have more affordable bike rental options, and if we’d stayed longer we might have looked into those.

Pretty big difference between the courtyard budget room and the lake view room for not much difference in cost- worth keeping in mind.

The hotel is at a great location. The staff at the entrance were really friendly and likeable. Breakfast was really decent as well. Totally recommend it! Lovely place.

De ligging aan het Meer van Geneve is prachtig. Er is veel te doen voor jong en oud in de omgeving.

De auto moet wat verder weg geparkeerd worden en de kopkussens mogen een keer opgevuld worden.

Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung aber Kaffee war leider nicht geniessbar …Das Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Auf künstliche Blumen im Treppenhaus/Empfang würden wir verzichten aber das ist schlussendlich Geschmacksache

La salle d eau était très propre et refaite à neuf sauf le bac de douche très petit le robinet côté eau chaude était brûlant et les joints à refaire

Beste und ruhige Lage am Yachthafen, tolle Aussicht, gehobene Ausstattung mit schönem Frühstücks- und Abendrestaurant, Bar und Terrasse unter Bäumen. Super Eckzimmer mit Balkon und dezent klimatisiert. Barfuß 100 Meter zur Badeleiter, etwas weiter zum Strand.

We still enjoyed our terrace view of the harbor each morning.

Our terrace was not perfect because the terrace awning was not working. We could not sit outside on the terrace until the sun was almost setting. The option to protect from excessive sunlight would normally be expected. Perhaps an umbrella option would be a simple solution when needed?

L’emplacement est très agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l’accueil de l’ensemble du personnel, de la réception jusqu’au personnel du restaurant. Tout le monde s’est montré aimable et attentionné.

La chambre est un peu vieillotte et mériterait d’être modernisée. Par ailleurs, les rideaux assombrissants ne sont pas suffisamment occultants et laissent passer beaucoup de lumière dès le lever du soleil, ce qui peut être gênant pour dormir.

Le situation au bord du lac est très joli. Le personnel est très accueillante et à l'écoute

La chambre, comme s'ils n'ont pas fini de rénover la chambre: une plinthe manquante sur 1.5 m à côte du lit. Multiple trous de 5 mm sur la tapisserie. Au mur derrière le lit, on voit le pourtour d'anciens tableaux suspendus même les crochets sont encore en place. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme qu'avec beaucoup de force et un bruits qui réveille à coup sur le partenaire...

Un emplacement au top et un super personnel

Die Lage am See ist natürlich einzigartig. Das Hotel hat seinen Charme und viel Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung ausserhalb der Zimmer.

Das Zimmer im Dachstock mit Blick auf den See und Berge war soweit okey. Sehr klein und etwas ins alter gekommen. Vielleicht sollte wieder mal ein Handwerker durchs Zimmer und ein paar Dinge in Ordnung bringen. Zum Beispiel die Türe zum Kühlschrank anschrauben oder die Frotteewäschehalter befestigen.

Aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage am Wasser, freundliches Personal

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Der Preis für ein Mansardenzimmer - zwar mit Blick auf den See- als Superiorzimmer anzubieten, ist frech. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt hätte ich mir mehr Komfort gewünscht und auch erwartet. Die Kopfkissen sind nicht besonders. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Ablage dort ist nicht sehr groß. Das Frühstück ist für das was man bezahlt, auch etwas überteuert. Dafür ist das Abendessen aber sehr gut und das Personal äußerst freundlich.
