The entrance in the street was hard to find you have to buzz an intercom and then they will open the large black metal gates. I was looking for a hotel foyer so it took a while to work out how to get in to the hotel

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ottima posizione molto vicina a Stazione Centrale di Napoli. Pulita, camera nuova e confortevole. Valore aggiunto di questa struttura è senza dubbio lo staff, specialmente Francesca.
Aria condizionata molto rumorosa e poco efficiente (non raffreddava veramente niente ed era impossibile tenerla accessa per il rumore). Connessione Wi-Fi inesistente.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Am Abreisetag war ich wegen der Lage des Hotels sehr schnell bei der Alibus-Haltestelle am Bahnhof Garibaldi. Die Managerin des Hotels war nett und freundlich.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster Richtung "Vico Ferrovia". Leider hatte ich keinen Balkon. Extreme Lärmbelästigung durch diverse Geräusche von draußen (bis 3 Uhr nachts; mitten in der Nacht wird scheinbar die Straße lautstark gereinigt) und anschließend dann morgens ab ca. 7, 8 Uhr von den Gängen. Es gab somit nur ein kurzes Zeitfenster von ein paar Stunden, in denen man ein bisschen schlafen konnte. Sonst war die Lautstärke auch mit eigens fürs Schlafen angefertigtem Gehörschutz nicht zu ertragen. Viele lange schwarze Haare im Zimmer, die die Putzkraft, die morgens ununterbrochen laut geredet hat, verloren hat und scheinbar einfach dort liegen gelassen hat. Das Doppelbett war sehr wackelig. Aus dem Duschabfluss kam ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Man kommt nur ins Hotel, in dem man unten an der Straße beim Tor läutet und dann oben jemand öffnet. Die Zahlenkombination für das Torschloss wird den Gästen nicht mitgeteilt.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Emplacement a 5min de la gare centrale et du centre historique. Hôtel d'apparence moderne. Personnels peu professionnels mais sympathiques. P'tit déjeuner correct dans son contenu. Tout comme Naple, hôtel dépaysant.
Entrée d'immeuble vétuste. Gardiens qui s'absentent et donc nous avons dû attendre plusieurs minutes dehors sans excuses et ce plusieurs fois. Le lit superposé n'avait pas d'échelle ( barreaux desoudes). On devait isser notre enfant. Pas d'excuses du personnel ni changement de lit. La barre de douche non fixée. Travaux de fixation réalisés après constat. Personnels non désagréables mais non professionnels. Horaire du petit déjeuner tardif (8h) et salle exiguë.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Personale molto disponibile, sempre presente, anche di notte. Avevamo bisogno di prenotare un taxi per il mattino seguente e sono stati molto disponibile nel prenotarcelo loro. Inoltre, ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare colazione alle 6.40 previa richiesta, nonostante l'orario ufficiale della colazione partisse dalle 8. Cani ammessi, l'importante è non lasciarli mai soli. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Location was extremely close to the central train station. In Naples. Perfect for going to Pompeii and for other connections to the Metro.
The room had a horrible stench of sewer gasses. The recent renovations to the bathrooms were obviously done incorrectly as the sewer gasses building up in the room were overwhelming and nauseating. I’m glad I have a strong stomach. There was a metal cover placed over the shower drain to try to keep the gasses from entering the bathroom, but it wasn’t helping enough. Had to move the metal cover to allow the shower to drain. If the bathroom exhaust fan was left running with the bathroom door closed and the window on the room open for a bit, the main room would air out a bit and wouldn’t be as bad. It was clearly apparent the smell and gasses were coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately the staff turned off the bathroom exhaust fan and left the bathroom door open to the room when they made the room on my 2nd day and I was forced to endure an obnoxious stench for a 2nd day. The Air Conditioner would also make a loud intermittent knocking noise that kept waking me up all night. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told there were no other rooms available. If I wasn’t coming in so late at night, I would have been on the phone with Booking.com to find a better solution. Breakfast did not start until 8 AM. Sorta useless if I had a guided tour in Pompeii at 9 AM. Breakfast should have started at 7:30 or earlier.

Het matras was volledig doorgelegen, echt slecht. Daarnaast douchedeur kapot, geen zeep in de houder en er liep een afwatering door een alkoof in de kamer waardoor je dag en nacht water hoort stromen, wat uitermate hinderlijk was.

Petit déjeuner maigre avec peu de choix. La chambre propre mais petite. Le personnel est infecte, parle très fort et cris la nuit à 23h quand l'équipe de foot marque un but. Fume à côté de vous alors que vous prenez votre petit déjeuner, ne font que crier. On se croirait dans un camp de gitans au lieu d'être dans un hôtel. A fuir.

La chambre n’était pas propre. Les draps de lit avaient des taches. Un verre en plastique avec des mégots de cigarettes dedans a été trouvé dans la salle de bain. Le fœhn ne fonctionnait pas et l’échelle pour grimper au lit à étage n’avait pas d’échelons. La porte de la chambre n’isolait pas avec le couloir et avait du jour laissant passer le bruit et la lumière du couloir. Une lumière led de couleur bleue s’allumait dès que quelqu’un se levait, ce qui réveillait les autres personnes dans la chambre.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026It is close to the central station with multiple transit lines. The rooms were new and had configurable AC. Mc Donalds and a good Napolitanian restaurant are just 5-10 minutes walk away.
The immediate surrounding looks a bit run down and most importantly: inside the room were insects and ants. The breakfast is from 8 to 10 which is too late for me but more importantly: it is pretty disgustingly set up. Cheese and meat were lying in air without cooling.

Uno de los colchones tuve que cambiarlo. Estaba muy duro, pero pude resolverlo. El ruido en las noches. Pero no se puede hacer mucho, dado que el entorno donde está el hotel es ruidoso. El resto todo muy bien.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική με όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μετακίνησης σε ελάχιστη απόσταση. Το πρωινό προσφέρει εκτός από το κλασικό ιταλικό καφέ και κρουασάν αρκετές επιπλέον επιλογές. Το προσωπικό πολύ πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικό έλυσε όλα τα αιτήματα.
Η καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη.

Reviewed May 24, 2026La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación central, a 8 minutos escasos a pie.Es una zona muy bulliciosa, con diversidad étnica, y olores de todo tipo de comidas.El hotel en sí, es el típico ubicado en un edificio clásico, en el primer piso.Tenía un pequeño y típico balcón. El baño pequeño pero correcto, limpio, con secador. Ofrecen un discreto desayuno .
...el ascensor minúsculo, situado en entreplanta y que casi no se puede ni usar...yo iba con ciática y las maletas fueron un poco problema. Y pensé que había reservado dos camas sencillas, y era una litera, que más bien parecía para niños, por lo que se movía . El colchón de arriba era muy duro, el de abajo bien.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Ubicación EXCELENTE, cerca de terminal de tren y colectivos, (200 metros). Habitación sencilla pero cómoda, televisión, aire acondicionado, balcón, un escritorio, espejo de cuerpo completo, camas y almohadas confortables y limpias, muchas toallas limpias . Personal de recepción disponible 24 horas, muy gentiles, serviciales. El barrio parece inseguro pero está la policía y el ejército en toda la ciudad así que tranquilo, no hay ruido de noche, se duerme bien. . Nos cuidaron las valijas hasta la hora de nuestra partida.
El baño tenía olor, funcionaba todo perfecto aunque había una pequeña pérdida de agua limpia. Desayuno muy pobre, café que tenías que esperar porque la cafetera era de uso doméstico, croissant común simple, después unos pequeños snack envasados, muy muy limitado. No tiene lobby de recepción, tocas timbre en la puerta de calle y subis directo al primer piso.

Liegt in heruntergekommenem Straßenteil. Treppenhaus wie Baustelle. Zimmer sehr beengt. Minidusche. Matratzenteil und Sprungrahmen stehen auf wackeligen Füßen im eigentlichen Holzrahmen. Mäßiges Frühstück. Nur Barzahlung möglich.

A 1h du matin des personnes ont fait irruption dans notre chambre. Les personnes avaient un jeu de clé douteux... Le lendemain à la réception le personnel de l'accueil insiste pour nous faire payer les jours réservé ainsi que la taxe touriste. En lui montrant les "clés abandonnées" de force... le réceptionniste nous à dit de partir... La saleté des rues et de la ville sont impressionnantes. Bref lieu à éviter fortement

La posizione dell' Hotel è vicina alla stazione centrale: questo è sia un bene che un male. Il bene: molto comodo se si arriva in treno Il male: non è colpa dei gestori dell' Hotel, ma lo devo segnalare: la strada su cui si trova è tenuta in modo indecente: materassi, mucchi di rifiuti ecc. Anche l'ingresso dell' Hotel in cui si andava a fare colazione (peraltro buona) andrebbe migliorato. Meglio invece il b&b in cui abbiamo dormito.

La camera quadrupla con letti a castello era molto stretta. Un materasso della seconda camera quadrupla era molto sporco.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Maravilloso el personal. Creemos que es un hotel familiar. Así que nos dio mucha confianza. El señor y la señora muy atentos. Salimos antes del desayuno y nos dieron algo para llevar. La habitación muy generosa. Grande. La cama principal muy amplia. El baño grande. Queda a 5 minutos caminando a la estación central.
Lastimosamente la calle es muy sucia (la entrada queda al lado de un basurero) más de lo normal y es Napoles!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Это было просто ужасно. Персонал неадекватный (кроме мужчины на ресепшене) . Никакого уважения к гостям. Неадекватные работницы орали с 7 утра, нельзя было спать. Тоже самое было ночью. Работницы на завтраке на нас орали и грубили. Это было ужасно.
Удобства в номере ужасные. Интернет не ловил все 3 дня. Теплой воды вечером уже не было. Ванные принадлежности не меняли все 3 дня. Завтрак плохой и выдают сами в том количестве, как они считают нужным. Персонал грубит клиентам и оскорбляет их. Кричат и рано утром и поздно вечером. Никакого уважения к гостям

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026A reggeli megfelelő és finom volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és aranyos volt.
A szállás foglalásánál annyi volt feltüntetve, hogy 2 db egyágyas szoba foglalása. Feleségemmel utaztunk. Az első szoba rendkívül kicsi, és az ágyak amiket kaptunk emeletes ágy volt.... A szoba tisztasága és karbantartása eléggé elhanyagolt. A fürdőszobában szőrszálat találtunk mindenfele, az ágyon is, a ruhásszekrény ajtaját amikor kihúztuk csak a fiók ajtaja jött ki a polc a helyén maradt. Átkértük magunkat másik szobába felár ellenében, mert így nem lehetett együtt aludni... A második szobában a csap mozgott, igen óvatosan lehetett rá támaszkodni fogmosás közben, a zuhanyzóba a víz nem ment le, mert nem volt kitakarítva, a wc mellől hiányzott a wc kefe... a klímát használnunk kellett mert meleg volt, de csörgött zörgött, nehéz volt tőle aludni A szálláshelytől függetlenül az utcai környezet nagyon piszkos és zajos, nagyon nehezen alhat az ember, két egymást követő éjszaka is hajnal 1-kor cserélték az utcai konténereket, a harmadik éjszaka az utcai takarítás miatt nem lehetett pihenni.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Muy bien, la verdad por fuera no es ideal pero creo que es la zona, por dentro todo muy limpio y la atención es excelente, las chicas que ayudan con el desayuno super atentas y con una sonrisa siempre, los de la recepción también muy atentos, es ruidoso pero estoy segura de que es así en todo Nápoles (Las personas que van Nápoles si esperan no escuchar ruido mejor no ir es la esencia de la ciudad) así que no es culpa del lugar, el desayuno es básico pero está bastante bien lo completa la sonrisa del personal. Genial porque tiene recepción 24 horas y eso da mucho alivio ya que nuestro vuelo llegó tarde. Queda a 4 minutos caminando desde la Estación Central (Donde Tomás el tren a cualquier lugar) así que puedes tomar un bus desde el aeropuerto por 5€ y caminas esos 4 minutos hasta el hotel.
