Propreté, services, équipe et petit déjeuner au top! Nous reviendrons à cet hôtel pour notre prochain séjour à Venise.

The location can't be beaten. Close to all major attractions and transport. The staff were helpful and friendly and arrival by water taxi was extra special.

The staff were amazing, the room was stunning. Bathroom was huge!!! Loved it, our favourite stay during our trip, will be back. Even offered us a free tour to the Morano glass factory!!

Love, love, love the location of this hotel. The staff is super professional, very welcoming and well suited to the hotel. Wish the room was a little larger, but, this is Venice!!! Breakfast was exceptional. Would easily return and or recommend to others.

Cheaper taxi to reach the hotel. not the hotel's fault. But, Venice water taxis can be a real ripoff.

The room had absolutely no windows nor sun light . Inability to open any window. Another small details is that the blue light of the air cond screen on the wall is too bright and disturbed our sleep during the night. We had to figure out how to cover it wi the a small towel pinned on it

The location and having a dock was great.

“Historic” is one thing, but this hotel is tired. Surprising for a LHW property. The amenities in the room were minimal at best.

The location was amazing. The whole place was beautiful and incredibly well kept. The staff was excellent, really the best part.

Everything was amazing.

Positioning was excellent for us just 4 minutes from Rialto and less than 10 to San Marco but still in a very quiet location next to a small canal and lots of good restaurants and bars as well as shops a perfect blend. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated as befitting a 'Small Hotels of the World' luxurious but never over the top. Our room was spacious and very well appointed overlooking the canal and also had a beautiful marble bathroom with superb shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The staff were all superb, efficient and very knowledgeable about good local restaurants so that we could avoid the tourist traps and seek out good quality and value.

Great location, very comfortable bed.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice at the buffet. The location is also perfect as it is right in the centre easy walking distance from the Rialto and St Marks Sq. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay perfect

Das Ambiente war einfach wunderschön. Das Personal war perfekt, freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit bereit zu unterstützen. Das Zimmer war nicht so groß, aber sehr besonders.

Eigentlich war alles gut aber dadurch dass das Wetter so extrem schlecht war hat es auf die komplette Stimmung geschlagen

Zuerst war ich unzufrieden mit dem Service und vor allen Dingen der Freundlichkeit. Nachdem ich das angesprochen hatte hat es sich jedoch erheblich verbessert was man durchaus als positiv bewerten kann. Das Restaurant kann ich jedoch nicht empfehlen. Das Service war wirklich nur mäßig sowie auch das Essen. Mein Mann hatte mit seiner Wahl mehr Glück!Aber verglichen mit einem anderen Restaurant wo wir einen Abend zuvor gegessen haben war es ziemlich ungemütlich und es hat mir leider nicht besonders gut geschmeckt. Die Kellner waren aufgesetzt freundlich. Die Bar ist sehr verbesserungswürdig was die Atmosphäre betrifft!!

The location is exquisite .... and you can reach the hotel by Taxi boat as they have their own deck. Staff was vey nice and rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

We took a water taxi from the airport and 30 minutes later we stepped foot at Ai reali’’s private dock. It was such a memorable experience. The perfect romantic escape for my husband and me. The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful when it comes to making reservations at restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and historical and you really feel like you are in a palace. The breakfast is delicious and the options are many. We even took a free trip to murano island with a private water taxi arranged by the hotel. It was calm, yet in the heart of Venice. It was a magical stay.

Estuvieron super atentos y serviciales con nosotros. Ibamos con dos niñas pequeñas y nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil. La suite era muy grande y espaciosa. Cuidaron todo al máximo detalle, ofreciendo mil detallitos y atenciones. El desayuno delicioso y variado. El cappuccino de 10. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y todo muy bien (ofrecen un 20% de descuento a los que se hospedan allí)

La décoration de la salle de restaurant manquait de prestige par rapport aux autres parties de l’hôtel … mais on y mange très bien

Exceptional front and service staff - every single staff person was super nice, helpful, adding recommendations… Amazing location to get to all must see places Italian breakfast is usually no big affair, but this was very good!

My room was facing another wall very close so I could not open the window/shutters properly to let in the day light, also because pigeons were sitting on the window sill and I did not want to risk them getting inside. But, well, that‘s part of being in the middle of Venice and, honestly, I spent most of the awake time outside of my room experiencing this charming city.

L'emplacement à mi-chemin du pont du Rialto et de la Piazza San Marco, est vraiment appréciable, avec nombreux restaurants et gelati à proximité. La chambre spacieuse. le SPA super. Le petit-déjeuner.

La chambre au bord du canal un peu bruyant le matin avec les livraisons et autres bateaux à moteur.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique : un petit joyaux en plein centre de Venise, à deux minutes à pied du Rialto, mais également un havre de paix. Le raffinement est le mot d'ordre ! Des chambres sublimes à l'architecture et au charme vénitiens. Un personnel professionnel et attentionné à l'image du raffinement qui règne dans cet hôtel. Un personnel qui met une âme dans ce bel hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement parfait. Aucune envie de tester à Venise un autre hôtel ; nous avons été "ensorcelés" par le raffinement du Ai Reali et par la gentillesse de son personnel !

Hotel bardzo luksowy, udało nam się zarezerwować poza sezonem, w dość atrakcyjnej cenie (styczeń). Pokój duży, wysoki, łóżko na środku oddzielało część z dostawkami dla dzieci, ale nie było to studio. Hotel w stylu weneckim, klimatyczny. Łazienka z podgrzewaną podłogą. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Śniadanie znakomite, pyszna kawa podawana do stolika, duży wybór dań: na ciepło, na słodko, na słono. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Śniadanie do 10:30. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna, ścisłe centrum, wszędzie blisko :)

El desayuno era poco variado y de calidad básica. No corresponde para nada a la cualificación del hotel. Las dos alcachofas de la ducha estaban obturadas y ducharse no era agradable. La habitación, muy amplia, pero sin lugar suficiente para dejar las cosas con comodidad. La calefacción hacía ruido toda la noche y uno de los colchones estaba deteriorado

Nulla, non posso dire di aver trovato qualcosa non in linea con i miei gusti, forse se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, non farei pagare la spremuta d'arancia come extra ma la inserirei all'interno della colazione standard

The hotel is in an old palazzo. It was very cold in Venice during our stay and sometimes our room wasn’t very warm. The heating vent pointed up to the very high ceilings. The twin beds were too narrow. It’s a luxury hotel. Our room was huge and our twin beds were too small and uncomfortable. Twin beds should be 130 cm. I suspect that these beds were between 90 and 100 cm.

Could not want a better location, 3 min walk from Rialto, easily accessible by public or private water transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was large with plenty of storage and a lovely outlook to the small canal below. Bathroom a little on small side but with a bath, floor heating and excellent fittings. We spent a lovely few hours in the spa/sauna. Breakfast options were varied and fresh.
