Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Homestay! Die Lage ist perfekt, da man schnell ins Zentrum kommt aber ein bisschen weg von den Massen ist. Ein Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Mặc dù đã thông báo trước về việc tôi sẽ đến nhận phòng trễ. Tôi ghi nhận lúc đặt phòng là tôi sẽ có thể đến lúc 20:00-21:00. Tuy nhiên lúc tôi đến nhận phòng thì không thể nhận diện homestay (không có biển báo tên homestay và đèn đều đã tắt). Sau khi vòng qua vòng lại nhiều lần tôi mới tìm ra được đúng địa chỉ. Nhưng cửa nhà đều khóa, đèn đều tắt??? Lúc 22:00 tôi gọi điện thoại cho số của homestay và không có ai nhấc máy. Sau vài cuộc điện thoại không có người nghe. Tôi đành phải tìm một nơi lưu trú khác gần đó. Việc phải đi tìm một nơi lưu trú khác lúc nửa đêm quả là một trải nghiệm tồi tệ. Sau đó tôi nhân lại được cuộc gọi từ homestay báo rằng họ chờ đến 21:00 không thấy ai đến nên họ đã đóng cửa tắt đèn. Vậy sao homestay không gọi điện cho tôi để kiểm tra xem rằng tôi có đến hay đang gặp trục trặc gì không? Mà tự quyết định rằng là tôi sẽ không đến? Tôi có để lại số điện thoại của tôi để liên lạc lúc đặt phòng mà? Booking này do đặt gấp nên tôi đã thanh toán hoàn toàn bằng thẻ credit. Tôi yêu cầu số tiền phải được hoàn lại thẻ của tôi.

Phòng có vẻ hơi cũ, mình được đưa phòng rộng hơn so với khi đặt, có nhiều chỗ bị bụi.

The couple, King and his partner, were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The homestay had bikes you could use, or you could rent a moped, they did all they could to help us and gave great recommendations. Felt so comfortable here and our room was lovely. Definitely recommend! About a 15/20 minute walk to old town.

Very nice young couple who could not do enough for me, solo travelling, sorted out laundry, onward travel etc. Got up at 6am to make sure my transport was on time. Lovely friendly people. They were incredibly friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Close to old city, quiet place and very kind host. Their kitchen is superb

Es super acogedor, la decoración es muy bonita y las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El cuarto de baño es muy amplio y limpio. King el chico de recepción es muy simpático! Te dice recomendaciones de sitios de comida y de ropa y la verdad que todas eran geniales! El hostal está a 15 min andando del centro y era muy sencillo ir y volver. Si no, en bici es muy rápido!

The host was nice.

The room was dirty and clearly had barely been cleaned. The bed sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed and behind the beds and underneath them was a disgusting amount of dirt and dust, the towels also had stains on them. We paid $115 for one night, which is completely unacceptable for the condition of this room. We’ve stayed in far nicer places for the cheaper. This rate does not match the quality at all. Would never stay here again.

Super helpful staff, had lots of information available at reception and over WhatsApp for excursions/ experiences, extending our stay for a night and booking onward transport! Room was large, clean and comfortable with towels provided. They have a small restaurant which is great if you need something quick and delicious before heading out for the evening. The location is central enough but quiet too.

Loved this Homestay!!! Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Super location, close to town and the rice fields/ beach. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, we used the free bicycles to go around town and rented motorbikes and they were helpful in showing us how to work them. Room was great, very big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty.

One morning there was quite loud music playing nearby and we couldn’t really block out the noise but not a big problem at all.

Das Zimmer war etwas feucht sodass Handtücher und ähnliches nur sehr langsam trocken konnten. Nette Inhaber und praktische Lage.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Empfehlungen für die Stadt und die Region bekommen. Es gab außerdem kostenlose Fahrräder und eine gute und günstige Laundry.

This was by far the best homestay we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The staff is so friendly, speaks fluently English and helps with every request. The room was clean, spacious and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Great location as well and another highlight are the free bikes to explore Hoi An. We highly recommend it!

It's nice, cheap, and very clean. It takes only 5 mins to cycle to the old town and the route is very enjoyable. The host is helpful, kind and gentle. He let us check-in early without charging (of course it's because the room was available), I'm super grateful for that. Also, the bicycles there are totally free and the motorbike rental fee is so cheap (I've never rented a motorbike anywhere that cheap, tbh).

We were extremely happy with our Homestay in Hoi An, the family that run it are so lovely and friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations for the area and the rest of our travels. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely stay

The staff were friendly, the dinners were delicious

The pillowcases were stained, the towels were grubby. I think when someone lands at 5.30 am and the gates were locked to the hotel for about 2 hours it's not the best start. Once we got inside we were told to come Back at 2pm we could have been offered a drink and a sit down, we were shattered.

Our stay at the homestay in Hoi An was exceptional, thanks to our spacious, well-equipped room with standout air conditioning, and even more so due to our incredibly welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond, arranging a memorable cooking tour and a motorbike rental for us to explore the Hai Van Pass. Their daily kindness and helpfulness made us feel truly at home. It's their generosity and warmth that will make our memories of Hoi An's beautiful sights and delicious food even more special. A heartfelt thank you to our hosts for making our visit unforgettable.

Room is large and clean with decent shower. Definitely recommend! Location is also very good!

The staff were amazing. So friendly, happy and helpful. It really makes a big difference to your stay. Everything I needed, they helped with including free bicycle use. They also arranged day trips for me and gave me information on places to visit and eat. Also the bed was very comfortable I would definitely come back here again. Also Hoi An in general is an amazing place to visit.

We loved the location, the room was very spacious and clean, we got many recommendations on things to see around Hoi An. There are bicycles for free, which is nice, although they could use some maintenence.

Everything was perfect apart from the fact that the staff enters the room when you're out without saying anything. We didn't feel very comfortable about it.

Really nice familiar homestay in a quieter area in Hoi An. The owners are super kind and help you with any need. Perfect location if you wanna take it easy, join yoga classes or chill at a coffee shop! :)

As usual per the Vietnamese way, the family were super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate requests. Their free bicycles is a great way to explore all the rice fields. Close to a great cafe Rosies where I worked often. Loved it here.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly/gracious family/staff. My balcony faced the outer wall of the building next door, but I requested a quiet room and I was not disappointed. There are several restaurants & coffee shops nearby and if you’re interested in visiting a gym while in Hoi An, there are a couple of good options within 200-300m or so. I would not hesitate to book again.

There was one guest on my floor who slammed his/her door when entering/leaving. This is, unfortunately, very common and is beyond the hotel’s control (the door slamming did not occur during late night hours, so was not a significant issue).

The location was really good, 5 min by bicycle from the old town. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Mainly you feel the family vibe and welcomimg energy from the hosting family. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended for a warm family stay at Hoi An !!

Good location, easy access to both the sea and the city center. Free bike rentals available. The hosts speak English. Ask Kin about excursions and buses, he can arrange everything. He is very supportive.

The staff were very easily contactable and willing to help whenever I asked. They’re also really friendly! Great laundry service too. Good location about 10/15 min walk from the river.

Location was great, easy walk, bike or grab ride into old town. Staff was a lovely couple. I arrived late and they helped me up 3 flight of stairs with my heavy luggage. And also brought me ginger tea because I was under the weather.

The homestay is at 15min walk from the old town. We were supposed to stay 2 nights in Hoï An but we enjoyed this place so much so we stayed 3 more nights. The owners were really nice You can rent bicycles for free, very convenient to go to the beach.

Very nice host and the rooms are very very clean. Good location, between the beach and old town. You can use bicycles for free and they have a list of activities which they can plan for you. We really enjoyed the cooking class. They also helped us rent a scooter. This place is definitely recommended!

This family run hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s located 10 minutes walking distance from the old town and 15 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. The room was cozy and clean and I slept very well in the bed. But most of all I loved the friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean, homestay - about 10 minutes walk from the old town. My room was clean with plenty of natural light. The thing that made this place special was the young couple who run this place. They were both very kind and helpful during my stay. I hope I can return here again one day.

Owners are lovely, handed up a umbrella before the hot sun, told us the best places to go and really cared about us enjoying ourselves. The homestay is amazing and I couldn't recommend it more.

It is about 1km from the main town. If you go in mid summer make sure you rent a motorbike or take a taxi into town. It can get very hot!

Great location, great people. The homestay is in between the beach and the old town, so it was easy for me to visit these 2 places. The couple, An and Hien are amazing. They are very friendly and make their customers feel welcome. They can help you with anything you need. I will definitely stay here when I come back!

The best thing about this guesthouse is the wonderful young couple young couple who manage it. They are warm, friendly, very helpful and genuinely wish to make ones stay as comfortable as possible, the very best of Vietnamese hospitality.

The property says it has rooms with views but recent development around the hotel means that this is no longer the case.
