Very nice attractive property with great facilities, rooms and meals. Really liked the regular yoga classes. Liked the quiet multible pool options. Staff were great and always accomodating.

The property had a lovely, tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle outside. The staff were wonderful-friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. We also loved the park-like areas with the beautiful flowers. It was only about 1k easy walk to the beach where we watched the sunset.

Absolutely magnificent stay! We have never stayed at a better well rounded property like this before. We stayed in the superior room right beside the reception. The room was great, immaculately clean, and spacious, but its the staff who made our experience fenomenal. We have never stayed at a hotel with such attentive staff. Erwin welcomed us the next day and showed us around, the grounds are beautiful and instantly brought us to a state of tranquility. Erwin was very helpful when our luggage was lost, and everyone was friendly and so warm. The Spa facilities were outstanding we got two massages and both were fantastic by lovely Yanti who was the kindest lady. The spa is simple but partially outside making it a unique experience. The breakfast was one of the best we had in a hotel, all in the beautiful surroundings. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. This place is truly a combination of luxury and serenity. We have never felt so cared for before in any place. We could not have asked for a better start to our honeymoon.

The only hiccup I can think of was that when we arrived at 3am due to delays there was no one at reception, the security guard fell asleep and did not see us coming but eventually he woke up and checked us in! But it was not a major issue.

This is a beautiful hotel ticked away in a quiet spot which is remarkably peaceful despite being in busy Jimbaran and walking distance from the beach. The room was gorgeous, with the most comfortable bed. The grounds are immense and beautiful and there are lots of lovely places to lounge and relax. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are lovely.

The yoga sessions with Budhi were fabulous and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly.

The gluten free options for breakfast and afternoon tea were very limited on this visit. However, the staff were happy to provide more options when requested.

Das Hotel ist mit so viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nichts ist dem Zufall überlassen. Von den üppigen wunderschönen Kronleuchtern, die verschwenderisch verteilt sind bis zu den edlen Stoffbezügen der Sessel und Sofas, alles ist farblich und stilsicher aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Anlage ist weitläufig mit viel Grünfläche und wunderbaren alten Bäumen. Das Frühstück ist opulent und grosszügig und der Kaffee eine Gaumenfreude. Man fühlt sich wie in einer anderen Welt. Ein wunderbarer und ganz spezieller Ort.

Beautiful hotel with a unique and charming style. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the service is warm, attentive and professional. A truly special place where you can completely unwind. We loved our stay and would happily come back.

The common areas could be cleaned a little more frequently, especially around the pool and the breakfast tables.

Extremely busy road outside the property if you need to cross. You don’t hear the traffic though. No cafes or beach bars in the area or nice shops.

This is a one-of-a-kind property, offering something completely different to the usual Bali fare. The buildings were stunning, with a very old world vibe that was deeply relaxing. The yoga studio is outstanding, with excellent instructors and a beautiful outlook over the lemongrass fields. Overall the styling is impeccable - could not recommend a stay here more.

Minor issues in Room 22 with water supply as the pump broke on two of our three mornings there. Also wildlife in the roof kept us up on two of the nights, but that is no fault of the hotel!

Great property - a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of Jimbaran. Helpful friendly staff, beautiful gardens- excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Three pools to choose from, yoga options most days and a tasty afternoon tea.

This is a true gem of a property. The photos do not do it justice. It is an incredible oasis in a peaceful setting just off the main Jimbaran road. Staff were amazing from check in to check out. We are sad we only booked for 1 night to be close to airport. The breakfast was fabulous in a beautiful part of the hotel outside. The ambiance, environment, furnishings are elegant and there is and air of peace and calm all around. The grounds are huge and there is an old fashioned/quirky gym and huge yoga/stretching space too. There were three separate pools so enough space to relax. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the linens were so soft. Can not recommend this place highly enough.

Unfortunately they had a small water supply issue which we discovered which was affecting the whole place but they assured us it was being rectified, which it was within a reasonable amount of time. In the meantime, we enjoyed the pool, and relaxed. We thought there would be beach access across the road looking at the map beforehand, but it was actually a short walk 15-20 minutes which wasn't too bad. This is because the large hotel opposite takes up the majority of the beachfront and you can't walk through. No problem though

L'hôtel est probablement un des plus beaux hôtels dans lequel j'ai séjourné ! Il est vraiment charmant, décoré avec goût. Il a une âme et cela se ressent ! Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit à notre plus grand regret. Mais si nous devions retourner à Bali, nous y retournerions sans hésiter avec plaisir. Chaque chambre est décorée différemment, les salles de bain sont spacieuse et très bien équipées. Le jardin est fantastique et une atmosphère de sérénité s'en dégage ! Le petit déjeuner est également superbe !

Very kind staff and genuinely trying to help (ask them though to note down, as sometimes they might forget). Combination of pools, yoga classes and good massage services :-). Very good breakfast and lunch/dinner menu includes both local and some international dishes. Easy access to Jimbaran beach (except for the road crossing, but you learn it or you can take their shuttle) or other beaches in the south. Nice atmosphere and cute squirrels.

Services offer was not updated (e.g. schedule, prices, some services no longer offered) even if they share it by whatsapp. Internet connection in very unstable. Some things did not age well. There is very busy traffic if you need to go towards Denpasar and other touristic objectives in the center of the island and you can easily spend several hours stuck - so better to plan only trips south of airport (no bridge crossing) while staying here.

Нам понравилось. Хотели пролить номер ище на один день, но увы, мест уже не было. Жаль. Зарядиль эмоциями и позитивом!

The staff were all exceptional, the true heart and soul of the Balquisse. The Balquisse itself is beautiful, we didn't want to leave and spent the majority of our time enjoying the pools and food in the restaurant.

So very beautiful with a great aesthetic. The vintage element of the hotel was very genuine. The pools were lovely temperature to swim in. Very quiet and peaceful. All staff were very friendly and always say hello

The tables were still dirty after a wipe. Staff didn’t spray before wiping. The hotel is not tall people friendly. I am 6,3 and I hit my head 3 times really hard walking around, especially the middle pool area. The shower head was too short. The toilet in our room wasn’t very private, the walls didn’t connect to a roof, it was like a bathroom stall in a room. We would both take turns sitting outside the room so the other could use the toilet in private.

It was charming and tranquil. The free yoga sessions were a great addition to our stay and the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful spa experience as well.

We thought it would be closer to the airport than it was. Because of traffic, it was about a 30 minute drive.

I loved every single thing about this hotel. The Ambiance, the beauty, the outstanding staff, the exquisite rooms and the fabulous facilities. This is a hotel for people who want to stay put, luxuriate, rest and recharge. It's like a little piece of heaven.

Some more gluten free options on the menu would be nice but there was a fantastic breakfast option and the team were happy to customise some dishes for me.

It's an amazing hotel with a great staff always ready to help you. The breakfast is excellent with lot of variety.. It's a relaxing place near Queen beach (there is a hotel shuttle which can bring you there). You can also have dinner which is delicious too.

A unique hotel in the middle of nature. I love how unique this hotel is. It has character. Access to yoga is fantastic to wake up to in the morning and they have a car so that we could be dropped off to the beach! They also have afternoon tea everyday.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful environment. Breakfast has extensive choices, very generous servings and delightful staff. Sophisticated styling, elegant grounds and pool options, impeccable staff and a haven of calm. The complete antithesis of the Kuta vibe. I can hardly wait to return.

Everything was just perfect, it felt like walking in a cuddle! It’s an oasis of quiet just on the main road, tucked away from the busy traffic. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of areas to enjoy, it feels like a beautiful blend of Bali and Europe. It invites to slow down and enjoy the surrounding beauty.

There is nothing that I did not like.

This boutique hotel was exactly what my vision of staying in Bali would look and feel like. The sheets, pillows and towels were too tier.

The hotel is stunning - both the grounds and the rooms. The staff are really welcoming, and kindly drove us to the beach for dinner. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip. We also used the onsite spa facilities which were great and in a peaceful setting. We will definitely stay again, but for longer next time!

Only issue we had was lack of hot water in the room, but as it was so hot it was refreshing to have a cooler shower.

это просто райский уголок на земле! потрясающе красивый отель, великолепный сад, абсолютно инстаграмные номера. владелец отеля проявил такое внимание к детялям, что это не может не восхищать! всё выполнено в колониальном стиле, с безупречным вкусом и акцентом на комфорте. Выходить за территорию отеля не хочется вообще, нам показалось, что оно того и не стоит) затрак просто потрясающий. занятия йогой afternoon tea в качестве дополнения к отдыху - гениально, нам очень понравилось и одно, и другое. номера не только ркасивые, но и удобные. персонал очень дружелюбный, с радостью предложили помощь, когда она была нужно. СПА тоже хороший, мастера очень понравились. Дороговать, но оно того стоит. В общем если хотите гармонии, умиротворения, расслабленного отдыха (и шикарных фоток), то вам сюда!

расположение - выходишь из райского сада и оказываешься в суровой реальности( плохо освещенная улица, дырки в асфальте, не очень большой выбор мест, где захотелось бы поужинать и т.д. в общем, за воротами отеля поджидает реальная жизнь

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms and facilities were absolutely lovely and very tastefully done - as too the pools, lounges and gardens. Breakfast was a real treat too.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The decor everywhere was unusual and very special. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep, which is so important to a traveller.

There wasn't anything to dislike. Perhaps the doors to the rooms could be better as they weren't very secure. However, we didn't feel unsafe at all, so maybe this is unnecessary. It was a little difficult for our driver to find the hotel, so maybe clearer signage.

This hotel is a slice of paradise in the chaos of Bali. The gardens pools and relaxing areas are divine and delivers a retreat vibe as does the choice of food and drinks with particular attention to sustainability. The bed was super comfortable and the linen smelt beautiful. Looking forward to returning.
