1. Tidak ada / tidak memiliki connecting room. Jadi saat order 2kamar, jadinya terpisah. 2. Parkir terbatas, kalau penuh parkirnya diluar hotel

breakfast is various and the taste is ok Staff is good, polite and accommodative

the cleanliness need to be upgraded, especially the bedsheet and bath room (it is quite smelly)

Hot shower was not available in my room after a long trip. Check in time took too long even though it was 2 am.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the bright lift light, which makes it easy to look at the number's button. Room service food is delicious, and many electricity sockets make it easier to charge my equipment.

The bathroom bottom door needs to be cleaned, and the bed cover needs to be tidied up more (it is ok, but it can be improved). On busy days, the parking lots might be an issue.

The hotel is clean and amenities are good.

No too many parking spaces, but you hotel staff will valet your car for free.

The staffs are very hospitable. Kind and Friendly. Restaurant service is available 24 hours for in-house guest. Breakfast service is exceptional.

Lobby and restaurant should be seperated.

Check in simple and we arrived there on 12pm the room is ready, friendly staff and having facility 24 hours to delivered to the station and no charges (must have info to the reservation staff first)

Have a wonderfull stay in batiqa, especially big thanks to mas Raymond , he did the fast check in when i'm so tired. definitely will coming back and bring my friends. and the breakfast was stunning. i ate the most wanted noodle in Indonesia which is indomie goreng. love it

Should have been 4 Stars ! Many times visited this city but my first time stayed in this hotel. Didn't realise that the food is very good & room view .... spectacular Mount Ciremai. Bed sheets, towels, amenities are superb. Although room size is small BUT still fit for an extra bed !

i do wish this hotel has swimming pool, so i can give 5 ratings instead of 4. i had a business trip to cirebon and stay here for 1 night. breakfast was so so, standard 3 star hotel. service was excellent from the reception, facility good. but... i had a corner room that was near to a kind of machine or water pump i don't know. i was to tired to ask change the room.

Clean hotel with great product and services. In grade A same as hotel philosopy even in ramadan season with all tip top condition and fully recomended for traveller or family trip in cirebon city.many variety of sahur time and tasty as local food choices

Many thing must be more improve and be monitor by the person who was in charge in their section for more now and future, many section department must work together for now and future, keep clean and healthy

I stayed for only one night, however it was memorable. The staffs were attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is on par with similar hotels. Value for money is exceptional.

My expectation toward Batiqa Hotel is not really high, but it turned out that Batiqa is a really nice hotel to stay for business trip, and for any other occasion as well. The room is so clean, the interior is nice, the property seem new and modern, and the staff was very friendly. And what i love the most is your floor! Hotel that using wood and carpet as their floor is always comfort me, and Batiqa using both material is what i like the most. Would love to stay at Batiqa again someday! Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Cirebon for the first time. I wanted an authentic experience and this hotel sure delivered it. Check-in was a breeze, service was excellent. We had booked a couple traditional spa message straight after checking-in and that was a beautiful experience. Room was small, but really cosy and clean so that's all that mattered. Breakfast was superb, there were a variety of tradition as well as western food to choose from (honestly I would have stayed until lunch if I could've) A 15 minutes ride from the nearest train station. Definitely a good location for shopping baju batiks - 20 mins from Jalan Batik Trusmi

Good place and good ambience. Still have a point to improve. Parking spot was very limited and it will be a big problem if someone hold an event here. Smoking free room was fully occupied and the officer was very helpful giving recommendation a room where still far from other guests who smoke in their room.

The room is really small, but the hotel is nicely located at city center area. It is only about 8-minute drive from and to the Cirebon Station. The hotel also provides free shuttle from and to the Cirebon Station. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Even though there were some minor problems at check-in, everything else went really well.

A good nice Hotel. Located just in the city (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides us great hospitality. it was nice stay ... onlu the Wifi connection is litle bit slow. But iver all everything is great

Always come back to Batiqa hotel whenever visiting Cirebon.. nice hotel (clean, comfortable room) good service, and reasonable price.. location wise is good, close to the shopping mall or to the culinary area!

The hotel location is great, not too noisy as well. The bathroom and bedroom are clean, very helpful staff, fast check in and they could provide late check out as well, the AC was leaking though, but overall it's a good experience.

The thing I like is the hot water and cleanliness of the room. The thing I dont quire like is the AC not strong enough during noon time

Hotel is good for the price, small but cosy. Rooms are quite small, but comfortable. Breakfast area, needs to be improved, not much variety if you are not used to eat indonesian warm food for breakfast. Sitting area also very small, if you come during normal busy hours, there might be difficulties to get seating. Parking area is too small too. Good point, staff is friendly and have a very pleasant approach.
