Loc Phat was AMAZING. Highly recommend staying there on your next trip to Hoi An. A beautiful villa that feels peaceful and secluded while still being so central to everything in Hoi An. It’s a short Grab ride away from Old Town and the immediate surrounding area has tons of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff is lovely and helpful. 10/10.

С особым трепетом пишу этот отзыв! Мы много путешествуем по Вьетнаму, жили в разных местах, но это место 1000 из 100! Такой тишины не было ни где во Вьетнаме! С такой любовью организована территория, все зеленое, чистота, поют птички! В номерах есть все что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Наверное единственный минус это синтетические полотенца которые пахнут когда намокают, но это мелочь. Мне не хотелось уезжать из этого прекрасного места! Рекомендую на 100%

The most amazing place to stay in Hoi An! This is such a lovely oasis with wonderful greenery and wonderful staff. The room was great and the cafe was the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. We rented bikes which were perfect for exploring Hoi An.

Der Innenhof war wunderschön & die Zimmer auch. Es gab ein sehr weiches Bett mit Moskitonetz! Ausserdem waren die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett & wir konnten problemlos relativ preiswert ein Roller mieten.

Die Handtücher hatten eine etwas unangenehmen/ miefigen Geruch & das Zimmer leider auch. Es war definitiv aushaltbar!

I like everything about homestay

De mensen waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit een drukke straat kom je in een binnentuin met rust en en veel planten om je heen. Wij hadden een kamer beneden en dit was zeer goed met apparte douche en toilet. Je kan hier als ontbijt een heerlijke yoghurt eten met veel vruchten. We hebben hier erg genoten van de rust.

I loved staying at Loc Phat Hoi An. The location is perfect. Close to a lot of cafes and restaurants and to the beautiful rice fields as well. Although it’s in the city, it’s super quiet, because the homestay is in a garden, a few meters away from the street. WIFI was really good. Linh (the owner) and her family were so warm and kind - was such a pleasure to spent some time with them. Highly recommend this place.

I had the perfect stay, as soon as l walked in l felt comfortable and happy. Linh was an amazing host as well as her family. I ate from the restaurant mist mornings, the food delicious. Granola bowl plus the omlette my favorite. Linh organised a cooking class for me, which l really enjoyed. This was a high light for me in Hôi An. I rented a bicycle from Loc Phat , and biked to the beach and around town. Easy to get grabs to close by attractions, there's mini mart close walking distance. Very spacious room with huge bed. I was supposed to stay 2 nights ended up staying 4. 😍 I met many other travelers there, very friendly and a pewceful place to relax.

Sympathischer Familienbetrieb. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, der Außenbereich liebevoll gestaltet und gemütlich. Die Lage ist zwar ein bisschen ab vom Schuss, hat aber den Vorteil, dass es ruhiger ist als im Ortskern. Man kann in der Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis Fahrräder leihen. Gleich ums Eck gibt es schöne Fahrradstrecken durch die Reisfelder.

Service impeccable, la famille qui gère l'hôtel est très sympa et toujours disponible. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

De kamer was erg ruim, schoon en volledig uitgerust, met zelfs een klein terrasje erbij. Het ontbijt was perfect en er werd speciaal voor mij avondeten bereid, wat ik enorm waardeerde. Zodra je de straat uitloopt, vind je verschillende leuke restaurants, iets wat ik in het begin niet meteen doorhad. De eigenaresse en haar familie zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De inrichting van de tuin/het terrein is prachtig; je raakt er niet op uitgekeken. Vooral ’s avonds, met alle lampjes en kleuren, is het echt een genot om daar te verblijven.

Er waren geen minpunten tijdens mijn verblijf.

We had a perfect stay with Linh at Loc Phat Homestay! They are the kindest family, helped us with transport, the room with balcony was spacious and clean and the Homestay is cosy and quiet while also close to the busy center.

Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse, Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Man konnte Fahrräder mieten und das Personal war immer herzlich.

J’ai très bien dormi, lit confortable, Clim qui fonctionne bien, à 10min du centre ville, loin du tumulte mais proches de plein de cafés et restaurants qui méritent d’être connu. J’ai pu faire certains trajets à pieds pour aller manger.

Exception room, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend, I cannot wait to return.

The best aspect for me is the quietness and the good vibes of the place. Really recommended.

Rooms are nestled among a lovely garden and courtyard. Food at the restaurant is great. Staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Motorbike rental, tour arrangements, and laundry service are all available on site. Facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for us. Location is just a short walk to the market and ancient town. We are so happy we stayed here for as long as we did!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here while in Hoi An. Great walking distance to the Old Town and the rice field area. The common area outside was spacious & nicely shaded (felt very homey). The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The family that owns the place is friendly (they are usually in the front/common area if you needed anything. There is a place to store your luggage if you arrive early/leaving later.

Mosquitos are attracted to place like a magnet (mosquitos are not uncommon in Vietnam but this was the only place during my stay in Vietnam that mosquitos got to me). There is a net above the bed which was helpful in keeping the mosquitoes out when sleeping.

I had a great stay at this homestay in Hoi-An! The rooms are new, well-designed, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host is amazing—friendly, helpful, and really makes you feel at home. A big bonus is the Vegetarian restaurant on-site, serving delicious food. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful homestay! It’s right in the center of the city but hidden in a smaller aisle/area so it feels very peaceful. Lots of palm trees and plants and outdoor seating. We also got a free room upgrade because they didn’t have a standard room available, so that was nice. For the price you get excellent value, I wish we could stay there longer.

It was the nicest stay during our trip to Vietnam!The place is so beautiful ,clean and the rooms are specious. I would definitely return back.

I was waiting to be very close to the center ,night market,lanterns etc but you need some time but this is not an issue.There was a dog somewhere inside the property or next door that was crying and barking all night very very loud,it was screaming every day but anybody took care of it even if they were outside and listened what was happening.

The beds are comfortable. One of the softer ones we had in four weeks in Vietnam. The staff is very kind and helpful. There's free filtered water at the reception.

Our shower didn't had a door or curtain, which made the rest of the bathroom wet. The homestay is located a bit far from the centre, around 30 minutes walk.

I love the familiar vibe of the whole homestay. The willigness to help from the owners was absolutely fantastic, and overall such a great experience. The room was fantastics and the beds super super comfortable and clean.

The staffs were all very friendly, helpful and hard working. The room was nice with comfortable facilities, hot water and even mosquito protection up the ceiling. Location is not too far from the Old Town and the beach. The weather was a little bit cold during my stay but with walking and cycling, it was the perfect to enjoy Hoi An. Will surely returning and enjoying more conversations with them next time soon.

A beautiful property with helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the terrace where we could sit and enjoy a drink. Free drinking water. Good location not far from Hoi An old town, close to shops, restaurants and rice paddies.

A very beautiful place with a bike or motorbike rental

The location is 2 kms from Old Town. But you have all shops and restaurents just outside the stay. Its like a garden cafe with stays and chairs and tables under the trees. Very relaxed ambience. The owner Linh is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place!! Recommended by someone and I wasn't disappointed. Very spacious double room with huge windows and big comfy bed. Really cute outside area that felt very naturey with lots of lanterns. Very helpful staff who looked after us well, one of the ladies kindly made a few calls for me when I left something on a bus. Food is lovely also. 10/10!!

The place is as advertised. It looks so good and clean as well. However, the location is quite far from old town, it's a long walk so you would either have to take a Grab to the touristy area.

The aircon in our room takes time to cool the room.

This was the fourth time we have had the pleasure of staying wth Linh and her family. We love it here!!! Most of our meals were had in their Crystal Restaurant - not only because it is extremely convenient, but because the food is the best in Hoi An at the best price. Loc Phat is very well located between the beach and the old quarter. A brief bicycle ride in either direction will give you the best attractions Hoi An has to offer. Highly recommend.

This was my favourite place I stayed in Vietnam. I felt so at home here, and wish I stayed longer!

This was by far my favorite hotel during my whole Vietnam trip. As it is a little bit outside of the historic center (20-30 minutes by foot) it's very quiet, also because of the lovely courtyard. I enjoyed waking up and seeing all the trees right in front of my window (was staying on the upper floor, which I would recommend). It's also a 10 minute ride to the beach and has some very good vegan restaurants around. The furniture was really homey and the bathroom a 10/10, as you didn't flood everything while taking a shower (which happened at other hotels). Would definitely come here again!

The staff wasn't that easily reachable and communicating was a bit hard but with Google Translate it worked well.

Quiet area, friendly staff. The room was modest and clean. Good value for money.

The bed sheets were stained and worn out. The towels were also worn out and small.

It has a super great vibe with lanterns and a nice inner space between the different buildings. We wish we stayed longer than one night, the homestay seems to have more to offer. We had amazing smoothie bowls for breakfast, best start into the day and the big balcony we had with our room look also amazing.

Very nice comfortable rooms. I had one with a balcony to the lovely green yard and loved the interior of the room. Helpful and friendly staff and owner. The restaurant was also very good - awesome coffee and smoothie bowls. Bicycles for rent and laundry service available.

I loved that it was family owned. Everyone was happy and very welcoming. The location is perfect, no loud music or noises from the street because we are tucked in to the neighborhood. Also loved that they had a restaurant upfront with great food.

The Wifi was spotty from my room, I had to connect to multiple different, but same wifi to watch or work. I didn't mind it but adding a card key would be a bonus, I accidentally broke the key chain which was big and bulky.

The staff is nice, late check in possible and large room.

The sheets and towels are really worn, with stains. There was construction above my room on the first and last day, and it was really inconvenient for resting or working.

We loved it so much we extended our stay with 3 nights. The garden is the ideal place to relax, it's quiet and secluded but still a central location. Feels like a little oasis of peace. And the staff is so friendly and helpful! We met some nice fellow-travellers as well while hanging out in the garden. The location is ideal, about 25 minutes on foot to the old city centre but there's shops and good food all around the homestay (recommendation: Firefly Restaurant). We would gladly come back here if we ever go to Vietnam again!

Absolutely wonderful! This place is a gem, a delightful calm sanctuary to return to after the busy-ness of Hoi An. Linh could not have been more helpful, arranging mopeds, organising our airport transfer, etc. Rooms were large and comfortable, each with their own terrace or balcony... breakfast is amazing! Can't recommend highly enough!
