Astoria Greenbelt

We had a very pleasant stay in Astoria Greenbelt, a 3 day and 2 night stay we had won after a raffle entry. Although our stay was free, we had a meal at Tableau that we paid for ala carte that was decently priced as the servings were quite big. Room was clean and pleasant, and we were situated at the 5th floor where there was no noise except for the occasional person in the hallway. Service was always prompt, and staff were welcoming and accommodating of our requests. For a budget hotel, the atmosphere was very good, and was not dingey in any way. If there is anything worth noting before staying is that there is no parking for guests, and one may want to properly consider that expense since the nearest parking is in Greenbelt 3. Overall, we had a very good experience, and would love to stay over again.

Nice place to stay specially when you are looking for a place to stay near in ayala makati, friendly and accommodating staff aswell.

Staycation well spent at Astoria Greenbelt. The room was aesthetic, spacious, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable city escape. It served its purpose perfectly—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Makati CBD, making everything just a short walk away. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and genuine service from every staff member. They made the stay feel extra pleasant and welcoming. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for a stylish and hassle-free stay in the city.

4.5/5 - the room is small and good for 2. Okay for friends & couples. Nice and clean. There's also a microwave oven, electric kettle, mini fridge and 2 small bottled waters. There are towels, dental kit, soap, shampoo & conditioner and lotion. Wifi connection is also great. The aircon was okay, but it didn’t really provide the level of coolness I wanted. Still, I was able to sleep well. Will definitely be back. We didn't avail the breakfast buffet as we chose to buy food outside since it was near Glorietta.

Near Greenbelt, rooms are clean and cozy, making them a great value. We will definitely go back.

Our experience with Astoria Greenbelt from airport(1/5/26) to airport (1/7/26) was great with such a wonderful staff ( Joanna,Joshua and the receptionist who welcome us that day which unfortunately I forgot her name) and the drivers and guards and the whole staff that I have met are all great.Our room was regularly cleaned up.Thanks to the cleaners. Really appreciated the help of Ms Joanna who helped me to print my husband's blood test order that I needed on the next day.With her extra miles service lessen my worries to look for printing shop.God bless to this great staff. Astoria is lucky to have you guys. Thanks to Mr. Franco Nero , Ms Veya Bautista and Ruff Novodo to make all this things possible .A local trip with no worries.Thank you Guys.Really appreciated this no worry trip plus the complimentary welcome fruits (Wow!!!) Today, I checked in here in Astoria Greenbelt and the experience was surprisingly refreshing. The moment I entered the room, everything felt clean, calm, and comfortable. The bed was freshly made, the air smelled nice, and the place was quiet enough to help me relax. The staff were polite and quick to assist, which made the whole check-in smooth. I enjoyed a few minutes of rest, took a warm shower, and felt instantly recharged. It wasn’t a long stay, but it was exactly what I needed today—simple, peaceful, and comforting. A nice little break from a busy day.

From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, our experience at Astoria was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a genuine smile and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Very clean and I love its cozy vibe and near to leasure and lifestyle places around Makati. The staff were also polite and very responsive whenever we ask something for our staycation.

Best location..5 minutes walk to Greenbelt shops and another 5 to ayala mall tru greenbelt.7 eleven across the road.Staff were great..I could not figure the cable tv and they sent someone literally within a minute.For the price of the hotel , this is really good.Breakfast was good.( filo and continental)Cost us $10 to catch a Grab from the airport. (Peak hours)The only downside..There's so food in the malls( high end and fast food)..your goona put on weight quickly..

For location is great, near the greenbelt malls, atmosphere,rooms,value, are good. The employees are very courteous and polite.

Clean room and housekeepers are hardworking,all staff are kind and always willing to help. We were able to stay comfortably and get really a good rest.

I stayed here through a GC for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff were nice and friendly. A few minutes after my mom and I arrived at the hotel room, one of the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and a card—which I absolutely did not expect. That thoughtful gesture touched me. The air-conditioning worked well and the room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great, just across Greenbelt Mall and close to everything. My mom and I were satisfied!

Special mention to Chloe- front dest for finding ways to get us in after arriving from a long flight🇦🇺Sept 21. We were prepared to wait but put us to an available room already. The breakfast was a delight, Ciffe was superb, the staff there was friendly and always helpful. Locationfew minutes walking to Greenbelt hub. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ただしGreenbeltの一番近いエリアはハイブランドエリアで、行きたかったフードコートやスーパーまではモール内を相当歩いた 朝食はビュッフェではないため調理時間を見込んでおく必要がある

All staffs from the doorman, front desk, kitchen and maintenance staffs are very friendly, accommodating, and always greet you with a smile. The food is superb with lots of choices, from cold cuts, pastries, salads, fruits and hot items. They will even cook you an egg anyway you want it and take note, they use fresh real eggs! The room is small but it’s very clean, which is definitely a plus for me, with no funky smell. The towels smells fresh and clean. It’s also a short walking distance to Greenbelt Mall, Glorietta, Landmark mall, Definitely, I will recommend this to my friends!!!

The place was good and the staff helpful and accommodating. My daughter and young son had a great and relaxing time as well.

The breakfast buffet is ❤️❤️❤️! So many delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Perfect way to start the day! The room was super clean, spotless. The bed was comfy, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was well-stocked. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and overall, the whole stay felt relaxing and easy. Walking distance to Makati malls and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

The location is the plus point. The building is showing its age.

No lounge area, the front is cramp specially when vehicles are park in the front.

Room wasn’t up to scratch, smelly and food is not nutritious but staff were so good.

Great location, price and amazing breakfast! Hotel is chic, modern and clean. Staff is excellent. Room was good size, only thing missing was a window for natural light.

Check in was fast, but there were unreasonable restrictions in the statement of understanding such as dress codes for entering the restaurant, requiring shirts with collar for example, specifically no in room massages and early curfew for guests. The room was nice, neat and clean, but the bathroom was soooo small that the door could not be opened fully because of a fixture built into the wall. Finally, upon checkout, I was told that my bill for the room was incorrect and was charged an additional amount for my stay.

This hotel was not what we expected at all. We were invited for a buffet here, but when we arrived just 8 minutes late, we were told it was already cut off. A little consideration would’ve gone a long way—but unfortunately, there was none. We made the effort to come all the way here and prepared ourselves, only to be met with this kind of treatment. Truly a disappointing and terrible experience.

My spouse and I booked a stay at Astoria Greenbelt from July 21 to 22, 2025, as we had an important business meeting in Makati. We specifically chose this hotel for its location and expected it to offer basic amenities — like a parking area. But the moment we arrived, we were immediately disappointed. The guard outside asked us if we were there for the buffet or to check in. When we said we were checking in, he told us to park at the Greenbelt mall parking, which is two blocks away — with no guarantee of available slots. Anyone who’s tried parking at a mall in Makati knows how hard that is. We were shocked to find out that only buffet diners get valet parking, while actual hotel guests have to walk in the heat, carrying their luggage, just to get to the hotel. How is that fair? The guests who pay more — the ones staying overnight — are treated worse than diners? We requested a refund on the spot because this arrangement was unacceptable — but they refused, even though we hadn't even used the room. To make things worse, my spouse has a heart condition, and they still expected us to park far away and walk under the sun. The whole point of booking a hotel near our meeting was for convenience and comfort. Instead, it turned into a source of stress and disappointment. This hotel has no dedicated parking, no valet for guests, and expects you to pay mall parking fees on top of your room rate. And every time you go out, you'll need to walk all the way back to the mall to get your car. Absolutely ridiculous. If you value your time, your health, or even just basic hotel service standards, do not book this hotel. This experience completely ruined our day.

The property was ok and in good walking distance to greenbelt shopping and restaurants. It is however a very noisy hotel so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest elsewhere. Staff were happy to help.

Unfortunately the one little problem was after finishing a delightful meal , despite numerous requests our plates and cutlery were not remove from room, this did not distract from our meal or our stay , and I would certainly be open to staying again at this establishment

Clean, great service, room service is available and beds are huge. Walkable to Greenbelt, SM, and Glorietta malls. Breakfast was a la carte which was great, preferred it over a buffet.

Room was comfy and clean with a small desk and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets and pillows. Breakfast was also included with my stay. Food includes Filipino and American.

They forgot to tell us that the breakfast included is not a buffet, which we did not expect.. According to one of the staffs they only have a limited guests that’s why they did not have a buffet which is quite frustrating.

The room has no window. The attendant made me climb the stairs with my luggage’s even there is an elevator. I ask for change of room denied. When I get into the room is like an oven , waited for 3 hrs. For the room to cool old air conditioning

It’s always great to come here: the staff remembers us and always greet us with “it’s so good to see you!” Super helpful with luggage. And the breakfast is the best. We always linger for that extra cup of coffee and choco.
