We were extremely comfortable. The staff were sooper cordial. The management took the extra mile to make our family member's birthday extra special. The breakfast spread was grand n sumptuous. The location was great. Our holiday at Fortune was memorable and cherished.

Being in Ootty, the te n coffee you offer can be a little better.

Rooms are not spacious enough to accommodate an extra bed comfortably. If extra bed is added then u can't access wardrobe SPA rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. Water gets clogged in bathrooms

Include more facilities for children to play, spa services not that great - to improve ambience and overall experience, lighting outside to be improved

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail exceeded our expectations. It was worth every bit, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Truly thankful to Ms Monica for all the time she put into making our stay worth it!

Location. Staff are polite and friendly. The only plus point for this Hotel.

A bit run down hotel, needs upgradation, entire property. Cramped Restaurant. Sliding window in room does not operate. Garden upkeep is missing. Food Quality Average. After i spoke to chef quality was better. Overpriced for the type of Hotel and facilities, rooms and F&B.

They changed our room after day one telling me that another big family is coming so

Convenient location, spacious rooms, good taxi service, great laundry service.

Food was disappointing to say the least. Lack of good options, bland taste. The dining hall was ridiculously small for a complementary buffet, and there were only 2-3 staff members managing the entire breakfast. I was refused in-room dining at 5 AM one day because "staff is very busy in preparing the buffet".

Breakfast was excellent although replenishing dishes which were emptied could have been a little swifter. The check in and bar area was excellent too.

Basic facilities were not upto the mark. Can’t imagine this property is managed by ITC. Would have expected the Manager to be more proactive.

The ambience and the hospitality and cooperation frim the staff. They were taking care of all your needs with a smile.

Nothing to do with the service,, but i would have prefered a cooler or AC in my room as the climate was a bit hot during my visit.

Bathroom size is comparatively smaller and the reception area is a bit congested.

Excellent front of house team. Lovely gardens. Nice bar. Good bar and breakfast staff.

Late in the day room cleaning - but they did do it earlier when requested.

The room allowed just above the kitchen and windows could not be opened for fresh air. Kitchen exhaust wafted in with all kind of sounds from kitchen. They collected the room rent in advance by using the credit card without prior approval. Once the rent collected in advance they thought the least preferred room could be allotted and they did. The breakfast items were below the general standard particularly South Indian liters like idly and dosas. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Food was average, recreation facilities can be better.

Ventilation / climatisation dans la chambre impossible à régler soit même, très bruyante. Nourriture très moyenne au restaurant. Difficultés pour rejoindre le centre à pied et prix des transports à l'hôtel trop élevés.

Slow checking. Mean with WiFi. Wouldn't let us use WiFi until a room had been allocated, even though we were sitting in the lobby. Same at checkout. Stopped immediately. Inconvenient when we're sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi. Still a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay

We were upgraded to a suite for the first night and could stay for the second night with an acceptable surcharge. Received a gift on arrival (Orange Pecoe tea) and on departure (two cookies). The restaurant is quite good but a little too small at "rush hour" for breakfast.

Restaurant and food. Staff serving were less compared to volume of guests. Reception didnt have basic parcetomol/ cold medicine despite its mandatory first aid. No bandage . We had to go out yo buy basic first aid things. Although they arranged transport to and fro.

The restaurant is too small for a hotel of this size. Morning breakfast was a tedious task and the staff were under prepared to manage the rush

I was not given the room that I had booked and that was shown to me by booking.com while booking. I booked to triple occupancy garden facing room. At the eleventh hour i had to take 4th family member with me. The hotel asked me to pay half the fee on line before arrival and I paid more than that. At arrival they made to pay the rest of the amount and forced me to pay the additional charges for the 4th person before even allowing to see the room. On entering the room I realized that this room is just for 02 people it can accommodate 3rd person with difficulty; putting 4th person was just impossible. Also it was neither garden facing nor hill facing; we could only see a glimpse of exterior through the window, a corner of the park on the side, not the main garden in front. I told the reception that if they had not forced me to pay for the extra person, i might have opted to upgrade to a suit or 02 rooms, they asked for extra INR 9000 for upgrade to the suit which was too much costly. In the end I to manage with 04 people in the room which could hardly accommodate 03 persons. They spoiled my tour to Ooty. I will never ever stay in thia hotel again and I will tell all those whom I know that this hotel is just after mending money from its customers rather than looking for their comfort. There are so many better options to stay in Ooty. Hell with this hotel and its management.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Altes, aber edles Gebäude. Gutes Buffet sowohl am Abend als auch am Morgen. Interkontinentale Varianten ebenfalls vorhanden.
