Did not try the breakfast bar. Just drank coffee in the room, then went out for breakfast. The bed is super comfy and it was quiet. Slept well.

Loathed paying for parking. Wish they had a keurig in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location.

Room noise was terrible. We were in room 244, the room directly above us (room 344) was under construction all week during the day. The hotel should have not rented the room to anyone directly below a room under construction. Very disappointed

Great location.

I booked a handicap room. The door was so heavy I could hardly push it open. I also expected as a handicap room there would be a shower in the room and not a tub. We chose to skip breakfast as the choices did not look very appealing and most if it looked dry.

We wanted to check in early (by 1-2PM) and was about to be charged early checkin of $35. So we waited outside.. Breakfast was decent. Location is great.

The property is near many restaurants and had easy parking.

We were given a handicap room and I just wish they would ask you if you would like a handicap room first as they are set up differently/ larger oddly and the bathroom has so many handrails and shower knobs (which is great if you need) but someone else could use this set up! Room was clean and nice big King bed but we would have chosen a standard smaller room just for the bathroom alone.

I liked the location.

I did not like how there was a lot of sounds in the room we were staying in, and I did not like the extra charge on parking on the property when it was never explained to me in the beginning with the total cost of what I was being charged.

Spent 3 beautiful days in New Smyrna Hampton Inn. Located right on the strip. Walking distance to restaurant, boutiques, pubs and the beach ⛱. Rooms are sweet, lots pillows , great breakfast selection. Kudos to Rowan at desk & Zac manager well done.

Location/friendly staff/pool/cute courtyard/hotel and our room was very clean. Jordon who check us in was friendly and helpful with a map of the area things to do and places to eat.

Our stay was perfect!! Wish we stayed another night. Next time will be 2 nights or longer. Loved our one night stay!

We always stay here when we visit New Smyrna beach. But this past time was very different. They're in the process of renovating the third floor now. We stayed on the second floor and everything was fine, except I wish they would have remotes on the TV that you could actually understand how to use. It is incredibly hard for somebody that is not used to not having numbers or buttons on the TV remote to just find local news. Now I will start on the breakfast buffet. First of all, they put the coffee in a totally different part of the lobby, so it's not even part of the buffet. You have to actually leave the breakfast room to get coffee and it used to be right in the room which was so convenient and now it is not. They did not offer even bacon with scrambled eggs. There were no pastries but little bagels and little tiny muffins. It changed so much from the past times we were there. And then they have this person walking around--I think her name was Cindy--and she interrupted our conversation ( and everybody else's that were eating breakfast) so that she could ask how we were doing and then tell us when we leave a review, let them know how good the breakfast buffet was. I almost laughed out loud.

Had a great time at my fraternity reunion. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. Have to give special kudos to Cindy who was staffing the breakfast room. She was so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast selection is large and delicious. The lobby is large and a great space for groups to congregate. Many good restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. Plenty of shops available. The beach is just down the street. Looking forward to returning next year.

It was clean. Although there needs to be some dead trees & bushes clean up.

To pay this much for a two night stay, the breakfast bar was subpar. Day two juice was empty, and no orange juice offered. Bagels were gone, and when asked about breakfast meat, we were told that Sunday is sausage gravy day and no other meat offered. For $620+ for a two night stay, it was disappointing.

Loved this hotel, minus having to pay to park. Great location, walking distance to everything quiet, nice pool, friendly staff, housekeepers cleaned daily We have stayed here several times. clean, comfortable beds, yummy breakfast, it was so relaxing, loved the relaxing front porch with rocking chairs to relax.

Location very good for walking to restaurants and beach. Great hot breakfast. Very clean beautiful hotel.

Close to everything

Nice location on the happening strip in NSB. The hotel is just above average for a hotel very clean, neat comfortable as you would expect.

You have to pay a parking fee if you want to park at the hotel. This was not disclosed to us prior to arrival. I don’t know who would stay at the hotel without parking unless you had a ride from the airport.

We loved this newly renovated, charming hotel in such a cute town filled with great shops and restaurants. The road literally ends at the beach, so it was so easy to grab our chairs and take a quick walk down. Dennis at the front desk and Cindy and Betty at the breakfast buffet were both wonderful—so friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated that they didn’t rush to shut breakfast down and made sure we had everything we needed before closing up. The hotel itself felt fresh and new, with clean, modern furniture and easy-to-maintain flooring throughout. Such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! ✨

Room was small, “renovated”, clean, though sparsely furnished with bare minimum essentials. Two hard-back chairs, tiny table, small desktop, TV, LVP flooring. Bathroom walk-in shower. Plastic wall-mounted soap/shampoo dispensers. Parking $25 daily. Worth it? You decide.

I think the breakfast has gone downhill. I been using this hotel for many years. The breakfast needs to be redone

The hot breakfast had a good selctions of items. The facility was clean and staff friendly. The bed was comfortable.

There was a power exhaust fan in the bathroom that couldnot be turned off. Pay to park but that is everywhere.

Didnt clean our room daily and when they did they did it very superficially. Service at the front desk was very good almost all the time except for one time when one employee wasnt very service oriented.

Breakfast was good. Very convenient location for shopping, restaurants and beach access.

Only drawback was having to pay $20 per day for parking in the hotel parking lot. Parking shoud be free to hotel guests.

The location is nice, the parking leaves much to be desired.

Even under construction everything was perfect! The staff was exceptional in making sure we were happy and well taken care of.

My only complaint was the television set up. After I was shown it was easy to navigate. A notice in rooms could solve this issue

Only cleaned rooms every other day Pillows were terrible. Looked like someone used them at home then brought them to the hotel. Our room was not vacuumed Refrigerator loud Had to move our room because of the noise the elevator made. Why do you rent those rooms to anyone

Had a SUNRISE wedding to attend on the Beach so location was important but we also needed a Suite that could accomodate my husband and I as well as our 2 sons (ages 22 & 24). They were on pullout couch and rollaway bed and were comfortable except a bit cold (we should have requested a blanket for each but didnt realize it till really late that night)

Great location, quick walk to the beach. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I wish I had known we could drive in the beach! So much nicer than walking and carrying everything. We walked back and got the car and parked on the beach. I'm not so much a fan of every other day room cleaning. Not having to make the bed and have a pile of dirty towels is one reason I opted to not go to an air b&b.i use fresh towels when I shower, being that close to the beach and having a pool does sometimes mean showing twice a day. I head to call for extra towels, which were QuickTime delivered to our door. :)

Very nice area. I liked the outside house feel of the hotel to hide the big business from the town. Janine or jeaneene not sure how to spell it, was very helpful after check in and during a busy time. Thanks to her a lot!!!!

Having paid top dollar to stay at this establishment we were most definitely let down. 3 days prior to our booking a comms was sent welcoming us to our booking. In this comms a single bi line was mentioned about construction/refurbishment At check in we were offered to move to their sister hotel but our booking length couldn’t be honored at other hotel. I didn’t realise why until we moved in. Room was clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel was a building site. Jack hammering and grinding during the day so you couldn’t relax in your room. Facilities were also compromised. Pool closed, gym closed. So paying top dollar for a hotel that was in this state with minimal notice is very unprofessional with no compensation.

It was a mess and no one mentioned anything before our stay. Carpet, paint, illegal aliens, terrible landscape, elevators not working, stair wells junky, facilities not usable. Should receive total refund. We realize it will be nicer after but not fair our stay was ruined

I loved the cozy coastal vibe of this place. The location was perfect. The walkability to this cute area will bring me back again and again.

The renovation may bother some but it did not bother me. I look forward to seeing the finished updates.

1. All the repairs. I understand the improvements, but the fitness center was closed and dogs in the room barked all the time. I just think the hotel should post that before booking

Nice little Hampton Inn, currently undergoing renovation, near shopping, restaurants and a short walk to beach areas. This Hampton Inn looks more like an inn than a typical Hampton. Renovations will likely be finished by spring 2026. Right now, the price is right -- about $135 including taxes. Breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn. Not great. Another negative is the parking charge of $24.50 a night. Kinda ridiculous for a Hampton Inn.

Everything, breakfast, staff,clean,pool was very nice. Convenient to Everything. Nice candy and ice cream shop arcoss the st. Shuffle board court right down the road lol. Great restaurants and bars on flager. Great Italian deli couple of blocks away. Always stay at the Hampton. Cindy head of housekeeping was very very nice and funny.

I was not happy I was put into a handicap room. If I would have asked for that- okay but to give me one and not tell me I did not appreciate it. Bed was low. And just a question. If it’s handicap why is there a bathtub in the room instead of walk in shower?
