A começar pela proximidade com a estação de Hakone-Yumoto: basta atravessar uma ponte e praticamente já se chega ao hotel, o que é uma grande facilidade, especialmente para quem está com malas. O atendimento da equipe é impecável, desde o momento do check-in até o café da manhã, demais serviços e o check-out. O hotel também disponibiliza yukatas aos hóspedes para uso durante a estadia, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. Em relação ao onsen, utilizei o serviço de onsen privativo pelo período de 45 minutos e posso dizer que vale o preço. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com opções orientais e ocidentais, e com qualidade acima da média dos hotéis em que fiquei durante a viagem. O melhor do hotel, na minha opinião, foi o quarto. Fiquei em um dos quartos do último andar, com vista para o rio. O quarto é enorme, possui varanda e uma vista maravilhosa.

O único ponto negativo foi ter escolhido ficar apenas um dia. Da próxima vez, ficaria de dois a três dias, pelo menos.

Location was very good! It was very clean. Staff were very friendly!

The bathrooms were very strange & small. Didn’t advise us to make reservations at the restaurant for dinner, as there wasn’t many places to eat later in the day in Hakone.

J’ai perdu mes clefs… ils m’ont demandé 100000yens soit 600 euros… plus cher que le prix de la chambre alors qu’une clef revient entre 80 centimes et 5 euros pour les plus sophistiquées. C’est vraiment honteux.

El hotel está situado a menos de cinco minutos caminando de la estación de Hakone. El personal es muy agradable en todo momento, nos alojamos en una habituación tradicional y fue una gran experiencia, aprovechamos para darnos un baño en un onsen privado y, en general, es un hotel para pasar al menos una tarde completa y relajarse.

Nada, todo estuvo muy bien, el tamaño de la habitación y el baño, los productos de cortesía y el desayuno, que para un occidental no es algo a lo que estás acostumbrado, pero está bueno. El precio general puede ser elevado, pero justifica su valor.

朝食がとても美味しかった。洋食、パン、フレンチトースト、パンケーキ、種類が豊富。サラダコーナーにニンジンラペ、マカロニサラダなど調理されたものがあったことが良かった。 大浴場の檜風呂、とても良い香りがして良かった。 アメニティが充実していた。

・大浴場の天井、壁など年季を感じた。改修工事をしたら良いと思った。 ・食器とお盆の雰囲気が合わず、チグハグな感じがした。朝食の味は美味しく、全体的な内容が良かったので、それらを引き立てるような素敵な食器類だと良かったと思う。

Les habitacions tradicionals japoneses són precioses i es dorm molt bé amb els futons. Les instalacions estan molt bé i l’onsen també. Kimonos per tots en tot moment.

Només disposen d’una rentadora i secadora que va amb monedes i només permeten utilitzar-les durant 3h (18:00-21:00), sense possibilitat de pagar servei de bugadaria. Al final vam anar a un poble del costat amb rentadores-secadores 24h perquè erem 7 persones. També voliem fer un karaoke dins l’hotel i s’havia de pagar extra.

Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. La pulizia impeccabile, stanza spaziosa e comoda. Molto bello e rilassante l'onsen (non tattoo friendly attenzione). La colazione spettacolare, con tantissima scelta per chi mangia salato, un po' meno per la parte dolce, ma comunque soddisfacente.

La lavanderia ha solo una lavatrice ed un'asciugatrice (che ha asciugato poco) nel bagno degli uomini. Disponibile solo per due ore di pomeriggio. Per una struttura così grande con tantissimi ospiti e troppo poco. È stato uno stress trovarla disponibile e lottare contro il tempo.

We had a large spacious room, with a beautiful view. Loved the private onsen. Beautiful breakfast with a large selection of food. Enjoyed playing table tennis and browsing the shops.

Adorámos o quarto, a simpatia dos funcionários e a localização. Além disso, o pequeno almoço tinha muito variedade e era muito bom.

Es muy accesible a los medios de transporte talento para la llegada y salida como para iniciar excursiones. El onsen es una maravilla y en la piscina casi no hay género, por lo que la hemos aprovechado mucho

It’s just 2 mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Our Japanese style room is clean and spacious.

We stayed two nights. The breakfast area was terribly busy and crowded on both days. Refill was slow and there were fewer options than expected. Also, our kaiseki dinner on the first night was served very slowly; the portion was small and the quality was just average. We had an unhappy experience too. We found some free treats of Japanese snacks outside the bar and picked one. A bar staff rushed out to ask us to return as the snacks were for bar customers only. We felt offended but out of politeness, we apologised immediately. If the snacks were for bar customers only, why didn’t they put them inside the bar? Also, we didn’t see a note which said they are for bar guests only.

Fabulous Hotel... Very special. Location is just beautiful. The location is excellent... literally across the road from train station... 2 min walk. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff are so nice and very friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee in room and everything you could want. We had 3 people in the room and the room was huge. With extra sofa and table and chairs. View facing the river is just breath taking. We have stayed twice at this hotel and we hope to stay again in the future.

מלון מפנק מאוד לקחנו חדר מערבי-יפני זוג +3, אונסן היה מעולה, הלכנו אחרי ארוחת הערב וממש לא היו הרבה אנשים (אוגוסט). מיקום מעולה, רצינו לא להיסחב עם המזוודות. 2ד מהתחנת רכבת כך שעם המזוודות היה קל ונוח וזה היה חשוב כי הגענו רק ל2 לילות, זה בא על חשבון יותר זמן תחבורה להגיע לאטרקציות אבל כשאין מזוודות זה לא נורא בכלל.

溫泉有2個戶外池 一個露天 一個有遮雨棚 所以下雨也可以享受戶外溫泉 游泳池也非常棒 水質良好 還有幼兒池 跟泳圈可以讓小孩快樂游玩

Para una estancia de 1 noche que hicimos, no vimos nada malo.Lo único que había bastante afluencia de gente, pero es lo que tiene viajar en las fechas de vacaciones/verano.

Ruime gerenoveerde kamers. Veel faciliteiten zoals onsen, zwembad en meerdere restaurants. Uitstekende ligging in Yumoto.

In de badkamer was het plafond deels verlaagd. Dus regelmatig mn hoofd gestoten. Op de kaners na is het hotel wat gedateerd.

The location is very close to the Hakata Yumoto station. There are some restaurants in the hotel but recommend to book in advance. Free towel is available in the onsen.

The bus might be crowded if you take it from Motohakone to the hotel.

מלון מעולה ממש מול תחנת הרכבת יומטו. נגישות מעולה. חדרים מרווחים מאוד, נקיים ומצויידים. צוות מסביר פנים. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד למעט העובדה שאין גבינות כלל גם לא צהובה. מעבר לזה ארוחת בוקר עשירה. החדר היה בחציו מערבי ובחציו יפני וזה היה ממש כיף. חדר רחצה מרווח מאוד.

1. 地點方便，到箱根湯本站過個橋就到。 2. 設施豐富，除了溫泉外，夏天還有游泳池。另外有遊戲室，一樓大廳也有一些玩具及手作可以玩。夏天大門外面還可以看獨角仙(養在盒內)。很多有趣的小細節。 3. 親子友善且服務人員專業細心並且觀察力敏銳。其中一天晚餐我打了幾個噴嚏服務生就立刻拿了一整盒面紙過來給我。另外兒子在用餐期間睡著，服務生還拿了小的嬰兒床讓他可以躺下休息(也讓爸媽不用一直抱著)！真的很感謝。我們在這裡渡過了美好的時光。

1. 房間沒有提供可以帶去溫泉浴場的小提籃，不知道是不是我沒有找到? 雖然溫泉浴場有提供毛巾不用自己帶，但還是會需要帶一些私人衣物等，有個袋子或提籃還是比較方便。 2. 早餐算是該有的都有但種類不算多，如果有些當地特色餐點會覺得更棒！

Si sala de asteptare cu scaune super comfortabile in care aveai chiar si aparat de iaurt cum beau japonezii dupa onsen. Locatia foarte aproape de gara si aveau chiar si lift care te ducea la hotel. Baie imensa si impartita in 3 mici camere Foarte curat Foarte multe activitati inclusiv jocuri pe tatami, camera pentru copii, karaoke si restaurante multiple inclusiv kaiseki (pe care nu l am incercat)

Micul dejun putea fi mai variat. Desi erau si cateva optiuni europene, erau destul de putine . Patul un pic cam tare dar tot te odihneai Presiunea la dus. Am stat la ultimul etaj si poate de aia ca la onsen presiunea era ok la dusri Era interesant sa si schimbe camere la onsen de barbati si femeie ca sa putem experimenta toti ambele variante ale decorului. Struttura vecchia, hotel troppo da cerimonie/matrimoni, i bagni, non è moderno e non è tradizionale

Bellissima struttura adiacente alla stazione, ottima e varia la colazione, molto bello l’onsen, comoda la presenza di ristoranti all’interno dell’hotel. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Avrei gradito la possibilità di scelta dei cuscini e una bottiglia d’acqua in camera sarebbe stata gradita. Infine la lavanderia a gettoni ha orari molto limitati, quindi non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla.

施設内は綺麗でスタッフさんの対応がとても良かった。また泊まりたいと思わせる対応でした。

上の階に子供が泊まっていたのかバタバタと走る音が続いてゆっくり出来なかった。

Location was perfect. 3 min walk from the central transportation hub, less than 10 to 15 min walk to most all shops/restaurants in town. Public and private onsens available, cool historic vibes.

les chambres étaient très grandes, l'hôtel était très propre, le dîner inclus dans l'expérience était très fin et très bon; le personnel était extrêmement aimable. Le onsen a été une belle expérience. Côté pratique, l'hôtel est à côté de la gare et des départs de bus, c'est parfait à la fois pour faire la Hakone loop, mais aussi pour ne pas porter des valises lourdes dans les petits bus bondés de touristes. La literie était de qualité, nous avons très bien dormi. Le personnel était efficace et extrêmement charmant.

Nous avons eu une chambre qui avait une odeur de fumée, mais je n'avais pas précisé lors de la réservation que nous étions non fumeurs. Les boissons sont peut-être un peu chères au regard du reste du pays. Pour le reste, hôtel vraiment très bien dans lequel nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

lokalizacja jest idealna, dla tych którzy przyjeżdżają pociągiem na 1 dzień na zwiedzanie Hakone. Hotel położony kilkaset metrów od stacji. Pokoje obszerne i dobrze wyposażone (sejf, czajnik, nawilżacz powietrza). Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dużą atrakcją są onseny dla gości w tym możliwość odpłatnej rezerwacji onsenów prywatnych. Bardzo bogaty wybór potraw na śniadanie (kuchnia japońska i europejska).

Mankamenty to mizerne oświetlenie w łazience. Było tam ciemnawo oraz organizacja śniadania w hotelowej restauracji. Po zejściu na śniadanie ok. godz. 8:20 okazało się, że trzeba czekać w kolejce na przydział stolika. Dostaliśmy numer 21 co oznaczało ok. 25 minut oczekiwania. Śniadanie jedliśmy w biegu.

La chambre traditionnelle japonaise est de grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, diversifié, délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le onsen !

Me encantó todo del hotel. Fue el mejor hotel de todo el viaje a Japón. El personal de recepción es fantástico, la habitación era enorme con salón y tatami!! El onsen natural con aguas termales fue increíble!! Te daban toda la ropa incluso tallas de niños para estar en el hotel. El desayuno incluido era fabuloso!! Es un hotelazo, justo al lado de la estación de tren y con vistas impresionantes al río. Repetiría 100%

Sólo el precio, porque fue también el hotel más caro de todo el viaje. Pero lo disfrutamos tanto que no me arrepiento del gasto enorme que supuso.

Location is perfect for the Hakone Loop. Easy 5 mins access to the station, shops and restaurants via a private lift. Breakfast was good and the onsen was very peaceful and relaxing. We opted for a Japanese style family room which was good fun just for one night!

Some aspects of the hotel feel a little dated and much of the hotel was used for conference facilities which meant a more corporate feel than expected and very busy breakfast time.
