It was very simple small room but perfect just to get a bed in and was very clean was very pleased with it

Ottima posizione, proprio alla fermata del bus che ti collega con la metro e altre coincidenze.

Molto sporco, puzza di muffa appena entri, puzza di piedi nella stanza che non è mai andata via! Non hanno pulito la stanza in 3 giorni di permanenza. Alla reception non c'era mai nessuno. Ho chiesto con un messaggio una coperta, nessuna risposta e mai avuta la coperta. Il quartiere lascia molto a desiderare.

It was cheap

So when we got to the hotel, we had no idea how to get inside as you needed a code to get in. Some guests led us in. There was no one at the check in. We waited for like 15min until we went to find someone. The girl at the bar was very helpfull, she called someone and led us to the room. Then when leaving we met someone who told us that all the info should have been given to us in some email/message. We never got one, so he gave us the code to the door. After returning in the night at around 11pm, we tried to enter the hotel. Type in the code, door unlocks...and you cant get inside because the doors have a latch, meaning it was locked. We called a number on the door, and someone with a thick indian accent answered. I explained the situation and he started to assume that we wanted to check in and that it was too late. No, we have a room, we cant enter because of the latch. He kept saying did we get the check in instructions. No, we didnt. Anyway, it was very hard to understand him, the call quality was not great and its next to a street. So at some point he started to yell at me for not understanding on how to open the door. So at that point we managed to raise the latch with a credit card :) So ye, not a great experience

Das Hotel war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Leider wurd ich vorher nicht informiert, dass kein Frühstück mehr angeboten wird. Man kann allerdings direkt gegenüber im Pub ein Frühstück erhalten.

Perfect to go to a Wembley show or residence ;) Beautiful house. Shops very near and transports.

London is a very busy and noisy city. This Guesthouse is located on a main road , so be prepared for excessive traffic noise

Great little hotel at a reasonable price, would stay again!

This is clean and budget friendly accommodation for those wishing to visit Wembley Stadium - ideal for a very short stay. We booked a single room and a twin bedroom. Approx 10 minute walk from Kilburn station to the property. Definitely would stay again.

The bathroom was clean, but it was very disappointing. The toilet was extremely small and misleading, and it was not functioning properly, especially the flush.

I need something close to Wembley Arena but reasonably priced for one night only. This place tocked alll the boxes. The bus stop right next hotel allows you to reach tube station in minutes. Wetherspoon is exactly opposite the hotel and has one of the lowest prices in London. This was a very nice addition as we had our breakfast in there .

Obviously I would not stay in this place for a.week as my room with 2 single beds was small, but for a couple nights this place was perfect.

Great location. We went to a concert at Wembley and it was only 4 tube ride stations to the hotel. Right outside the hotel,there is a great selection of places to eat as well as co-op and other local shops The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely be going back. Great value for the money.

Upon our arrival the room wasn't ready yet and had to wait for it. The bathroom floor could do with a bit of update but is not an expensive place so can't expect everything to be perfect but still, good place for an overnight stay.

It's ok for a day or two max. Rooms are really small and hot (no AC). Bathroom had a smell when drain was opened during shower. Beds were super squeaky. Everything is super worn out.

A very lovely hotel! The room was small but had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was no air conditioning in the room which was difficult during the hot weather but the owners thoughtfully placed a fan in the room before my arrival and turned it. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. The windows overlooked a lovely green courtyard.

Booked a room to stay here for 1st August for a gig at Wembley stadium, all I can say is ignore the bad reviews, the host Alex was very welcoming and was there to help with any questions. We had a room that was facing the street on a busy Saturday evening and it wasn't loud in the slightest. We had a comfortable experience here and will happily return when we are next in the area, thankyou so much for your hospitality

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was perfect location for us travelling to Wembley for a concert, you have train stations and bus stops all within walking distance. There is a Wetherspoons opposite which is great for some cheap drinks and food, also went there the morning before we left for breakfast. We were able to leave the car in the carpark for longer while we went to Camden for a few hours also after checking out. We would definitely use this hotel again.

The only thing that wasn’t very nice was when we entered the room there was a smell of drains and later realised it was coming from the toilet, the smell was constant our whole visit, but as we were only staying the one night and everything else was great we thought not to mention anything as it wasn’t really worth the fuss. Looking back maybe we should have cause if they don’t know this issue they can’t resolve it.

Fue muy acogedor. Pusieron aire acondicionado en el lobby. El que nos atendía super simpatico y listo para ayudar. Teníamos ventilador en el cuarto. Era muy limpia la habitación. Tiene un bus justo enfrente de la puerta entonces transporte genial. Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro y descansamos super bien. En la noche casi no hay ruido. Tiene un supermercado y farmacia muy cerca. Y las tiendas y bares de cerca tienen muy buenos precios. Calidad-precio del hotel super bien. Me sentí muy segura y además tenían cámaras de seguridad. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Big spacious room, period features, Spoons across the road.

Bed was very low and the mattress was very soft but those are personal preference and wouldn't effect me booking again. Noisy in front bedroom (lots of cars honking their horns repeatedly) but to be expected as its London and a busy main road.

The rooms are a little dated with no air con, they do provide a fan which is a little help. My rating is based on the price I paid £180 due to the event I was attending most places was double if not triple the price

If I’m being very fussy there could be more up to date bathroom and larger towels. But really for the location and price it’s great.

It was quite run down, the toilet seat came off, the toilet was also too close to the shower it was so hard to sit down! Weird set up and also a massive step out of the shower which became really slippery. The area wasn't the nicest.

Staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was clean and had a fridge and some cups for tea. Facility felt safe and secure.

Beds were very springy (you could feel them through all the sheets and linens. The fan for the room was extremely small and was not adequate for good airflow.

The friendliness of the staff - I can’t remember his name but he’s from Leitrim in Ireland and he was just so nice and helpful!

So close to Wembley Stadium ! Its about the cheapest place around. Very clean and basic but it was only a nights sleep after a concert. Nice cupper in the morning. Oh literally opposite weatherspoons so great for breakfast.

Needed to have a better air con in the rooms. We only had a little fan that didnt do much. Plus the shower room was tiny.

It was in a great location and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were road facing which was busy but due to the heat we had the window open, (no air con in the rooms) the window was stiff and we were unable to close it. Only one window opened. There was a fan in the wardrobe but opening the wardrobe left a musty smell in the room. The bed was metal and was broken at the bottom, which was sharp. The bed was also springy and squeaked every time you moved. Whilst the sheet was clean the mattress protector had hairs on. Also the shower was cold even though the red button was in and it was turned to the hottest temperature. The mat on the floor of the bathroom was flimsy and used to cover up hair.

Sadly our bathroom had a horrendous drain stench, we kept the door closed, and couldn’t use the shower the next morning as it was so bad.

Lovely little guest house, just what I needed for my night in London. Located a short 15 min walk for a tube station in one direction and 15 min from a train station in the other. Really helpful friendly staff. Would happily stay again and have in fact passed their details to a friend who is looking for a place to stay next month.

Easy to get to by car, not far from tube, room quite basic but clean, comfortable and everything worked with no issues. When staff were around were friendly and helpful. Parking was reasonable for London and not set up to catch you out on time limits etc. Quite lively area with Wetherspoons across the road, take aways and supermarket and even though but despite this and my room being on the front was still really quiet and cool in the room.

Room was compact though not really an issue for me other than the toilet very close to the shower. There were no food or drink options on site despite what looked like quite a smart bar (again plenty nearby)

Lovely building and rooms with friendly helpful staff. Good value for money and comfortable mattress plus an amazing shower.

Only complaints was that the pillows were too thin to sleep on only 1 and were too high to sleep on both. Our heads kept falling off in our sleep and woke up with sore necks. It would also have been nice to have a chair to sit on but we know there was no space for one in the room and it really wasn't a big deal.

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer und hatten genug Platz und Raum mit einem Doppelbett und Einzelbett. Sauber war es auch und Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war auch geräumig. Die Anbindungen waren auch super, da man mit jedem Bus fahren konnte.

Leider waren die Nächte laut und die Fenster waren nicht dicht genug um die Geräusche und Sirenen auszutönen. Man hat jedes Gespräch aus dem Fenster gehört. Badezimmer hatte auch kein Schloss. Die Kissen waren auch sehr hart und unangenehm zum Schlafen.
