ibis Istanbul Esenyurt

Helpful staff. Rooms are clean, but age is showing. Hotel sits on a major noisy road and hard to access location. Area is full of trash -everywhere.

I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and good service and recommend this fantastic hotel to all Istanbul visitors and tourists.

Kendi hizmet kategorisinde tatmin edici.

Fiyat performansı göre iyi

Otopark inişi çok sıkıntılı

Old one

Personeller pek guler yuzlu degil, odaya ilk girdigimizde cok havasizdi, yatak cok rahatti begendim, acik bufe kahvalti zengindi. Fiyat performans acisindan mantikli sayilir.

This hotel was very convenient for my purpose. Very close to the Marmara mall. The metro bus stop was right there. There was also a market right across. The room was clean, unfortunately i chose a room that faced the road and was quite noisy. The room was too hot and the fan did not seem to be working. All in all i stayed for 5 nights and it was ok. The restaurant didn't have a lot of choices but again it was convenient in the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and i really appreciated this.

The hotel is very good also staff are very good. Special thanks to çan and Nuran.

This part of Istanbul has not so interested. Transportation from there needs one hour minimum ( by taxi ) Accommodation, room and staff are very helpful

I stayed four nights in this hotel in a single room. What I liked the most at this hotel was the breakfast which was quite varied and more than enough for a three star hotel. Personel was generally helpful. What I did not like: The hotel has only elevator and although I wrote as a note in my reservation that I want a room in the zero floor because I cannot use the elevator they could provide me a room in the second floor. The fact that the hotel has no stairs but only emergency stairs in case of fire, made my stay quite uncomfortable because I have claustrophobia and I can't use the elevator. That put me in a ridiculous position to ask for help either to use the emergency stairs or to be accompanied when using the elevator. Luckily most of the time I used the elevator with my friend but if no friend the situation is really ridiculous and the fact that the hotel has not normal stairs is not ok. Also, in my room there were two times in which the cleaning personel tried to enter without knocking at the door which was not professional at all because maybe I could change my clothes during that time so I don't want to be seen, they should be more careful at this aspect. Also in the toilet there was no toilet brush and when I came although the room was generally clean, in the toilet there were some hair left on the wall (maybe left from their wipe cloth, I am not sure).

All good

Herşey gayet güzeldi temizlik mükemmeldi eksiklik olarak sadece kış aylarında misafir gelmeden önce odaların sıcaklığı aktif edilmeli misafirin aktif etmesi beklenmemeli diye düşünüyorum bunun dışında dediğim gibi herşey güzeldi

Everything very good

Here’s the corrected version of your sentence: It was a great experience being so close to the center. It’s very good for couples and families. However, for business purposes, it's harder to recommend.

Hotel is right on the side of a major road. Can be quite noisy, and access to the property is only from the side of the road. Very helpful staff.

It was good but u should put a real rubber bin ın bath :)

Bref ibis

Friendly staff

Alles in Ordnung. Preis Leistung angemessen

i was staying after a medical procedures and it was a perfect choice in terms of services, staff help, and price wise. I liked it.

The TV programming needs to be open to more foreign news such as "Aljazeera" etc. In addition more English Entertainment Channels should be offered.

Excellent

It is a nice chain hotel and is located close to the mall. Metrobus and Airport Shuttle are very close to the hotel. The room is clean and everything works. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. Outside of the mall, there are good cafes and restaurants to go to.

Great value for money & very helpful staff. Their parking is extremely tight for larger cars. Rooms are a bit tiny, but adequate. Meets the requirements.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Alten Stadtkerns von Istanbul. Circa 45 Minuten vom Neuen Flughafen entfernt.

Duvar koselerinde orumcek aglari mevcuttu.

Die Unterkunft ist zum empfehlen.

It is close to Marmara Park shopping center and also has easy accessibility to Havaist.

Everything was very good except the breakfast was not the same, I was in this location in the past but this time I little disappointed payed for two meals but lucky I eating one time the bread was like rock and some other items was left over from the day before.

Very good for a budget hotel

Provide a transportation options to the airport so it will be more convenient to travel

Comfortable, and good value for money, the breakfast could have been better, but overall not too bad.

The Air condition is so bad we suffered from that so much

Eski halinden eser yok. Seccade istedik başka personel olmadığı için getiremem dendi.

The staff in general are very nice and helpful and pleasant. At the breakfast area when a nonpaying guest needs to be informed that their reservation doesn't include breakfast they should be informed discretely with other guest noticing.

Was good choice

Yataklara biraz daha özen göstermelisiniz

Thank you for mr. Emre

The room not comfortable 😕, too hot ( problem with air conditioner), bad smelling and too much noise.

Service was excellent room service was excellent WiFi was perfect

Service was good

Memnunum

Schoone kamers vriendelijk personeel.

The hotel is very poor quality for the price they charge. Small room with terrible beds, and slowest internet. Not worth it for what they charge.

Alles gut

I stayed at Ibis Hotel in Beylikduzu for 1 night only. It is very conveniently located. The metro bus line bus stops are just outside the hotel. Also, it is walking distance to the Marmara Park AVM (shopping mall). The room was a little on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

I like cleanness I don’t like Air conditioning

Friendly staff and comfortable place with easy to access transportation.

Friendly staff, clean property, everything is new and smells nice. Pleasant stay!!!

Everything was great except the WiFi ^

Bad Receptionist service no respect never stay again

not good for everything

Very bad servis

Stayed for three nights whilst visiting an expo at TUYUP. Excellent location next to a metrobus station. Emre on reception was an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine , staff very helpful , Nice breakfast

Very good hotel

I booked to stay in IBIS for 11 nights. However, I checked in for the first night and figure out that the Aircondition system is not working. Even though in the time of the check in I have been told that the aircondition system is working. I went to the reception in the night to check whether there is any other room which got Aircondition system working. The receptionist said I can open the window because the aircondition is not work efficiently in the whole hotel. It was terrible experience, I needed to check out in the same night 4 in the morning and go to another hotel. Don’t book in this hotel in the summer.

it is ok near metrobus one off employee in dusk very rough another good

It was a good stay, room was clean and tidy, though a bit small, but all was very good, staff was very supportive.

Overall it was a good stay apart from the Internet which was very poor and the key card which was only for one time use and every time I went out of my room I had to get another key card from the receptionist. I think they did it on purpose to know whether the guest was in or not but there are better ways to do that.

Thank you for all the in ibis essnuret hotel staff .... Very good hotel

Food and breakfast are so poor at this place, get breakfast else where

It’s good and nice hotel but sound of the street at night it’s noise little bit because windows allow sound to enter

The charged for breakfast on daily basis although the offer on Expedia included breakfast

v

Except distance, it is good hotel. Very courteous staff.

I stayed only 2 nights but everything was very good staff cleanness breakfast and the hotel is very close to transportation

The hotel needs to update its equipment and rooms. Toiletaries are not available.

It was a nice stay

Good price, clean, friendly staff

The price of the rooms for walk-in is way higher than booking online and the staff don't seem to care to help reducing the price .. I didn't like this behaviour.

It was great staying there. Even though we arrived after midnight, there wasn't any problem. Staff is extremely good, rooms are quite clean, bed is like heaven. I'm looking forward to my next stay! Thanks.

Loved it.

The location was fine, and the staff were ok. The mattress was not very comfortable. Parking was great and easy to find.

This was my second time in this hotel and overall, I am very pleased with everything except for the noise from the outside (the highway). Next time I will definitely ask for a room on the other side of the building. Staff were very responsive and went out of their way to help which I really appreciate. Thanks to all of them. I

Clean modern hotel with good service and good price.
