El hotel está antiguo y no tiene mucha decoración

We appreciated the amenity tray in the bathroom. Many hotels don't provide these items and when you are traveling you sometimes need those things. The location was great, safe, and our room balcony overlooked a beautiful fountain in the middle of a roundabout. Despite the foot traffic and cars, the room was quiet at night. There were many good restaurants around.

Limited storage space, no shelves. Hard to unpack your entire suitcase with no drawers of shelves in the bathroom. Limited counter space

A little out of the city centre which gave us time to expire a different area. Nice old building however very comfortable. Staff friendly.

I liked a lot the room, the location and especially the breakfast.

Très bien situé, nous nous sommes déplacés à pied pendant tout le séjour. Très grande chambre, confortable et calme. Terrasse agréable au 5ème étage. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité immédiate.

Well located, beautiful hotel

This is a perfectly located hotel if you're looking to stay in a nice neighbor outside the city center. Staff were friendly, ancillary charges were reasonable, and the room itself was very nice.

Our air conditioner seemed to cycle constantly during the night leading to it getting very warm before cooling off again and again. This led to some difficulty sleeping during our stay. If you're particularly heat sensitive, it might make sense to ask for guidance at booking for which rooms stay cool during hot weather.

We adored our stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The view from our room and the hotel's location were exceptional. The hotel and rooms are high quality and very clean.

Only a short stay in Madrid. Hotel was conveniently located. Not in the center of action but in easy walking distance away (yoga studio, shopping, restaurants). Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, perfect AC and delicious breakfast.

Awesome location to all the tourist site, Metro stop, train stations (two) and airport was perfect for us since we came and left Madreid by air but also left and returned to Madrid using two different train stations

An amazing experience especially with Espana winning the World Cup. Everything at breakfast was tasty. The beds were comfortable and the people working could not have been more helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The location is pretty, pretty good.

Overall, the stay was okay. The room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and the reception staff were kind and friendly throughout my stay. That said, the room was quite small and had several maintenance issues. The power outlet beside my bed was broken, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices on that side. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling that caused water to drip into the shower. It was unpleasant and, at times, the dripping noise was loud enough to wake me up during the night. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable and disconnected several times, and the air conditioning was only adequate—it never cooled the room particularly well. Overall, the hotel wasn’t terrible, but the maintenance issues and inconsistent amenities mean I probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless those problems are addressed.

The location was fantastic ,I loved the authenticity of the building with the beautiful stain glass on the windows ,the little touches of comfort around the hotel very pleasant.We had a great view from the window ..

I was disappointed with the cleanness of our room .From the distance the room looked appealing to the eye ,but closer examination not so clean .The duvet which was on the bed had some dirty stains on it and on the bed sheets itself .I also found quite a lot of dust in the room .I did speak to the cleaning staff about replacing the duvet ,we were sleeping on a double bed ,and unfortunately they could only provide a single duvet…The shower needs a little update not very clean at the bottom on the shower trail where the glass window is …We also ordered room service but the time it reached our room it was cold ..

The hotel is in a great location, right by the Metro station Alonso Martinez, which has three connecting Metro lines. The building is beautiful and the rooms were very clean with great amenities. There was not much natural light with an interior room but the room lighting was sufficient. The breakfast was nice and staff all very friendly and helpful. Was very useful to have ironing equipment available and a full length mirror.

The layout of the interior room was not ideal, as the bed sits right by the door, without the usual buffer provided by a bathroom. Despite stating that the rooms are soundproof, this is certainly not the case, as all noise could be heard from the corridor, including people walking past, even people talking in low voices. I would expect a hotel at this price point to have genuine soundproofing, especially with a layout as described above.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location right by a metro stop with threes lines running through it. Beautiful building! Breakfast and room service were both great.

The bed was a little low for my taste. But it was a very comfortable mattress.

The hotel was lovely, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing room and delicious breakfast. The room service was prompt and very tasty. The hotel is located right next to a metro stop so is very convenient for getting around. Overall my stay was a great experience!

Beim Frühstück hat eventuell nutella gefällt. Beim Duschen wurde der Boden immer nass, da die Abdeckung nur bis zur Hälte ging und auch nicht hoch war.

Beautiful building, friendly staff, and excellent location. They offered options for various types of pillows if you wanted different firmness/fills. Rooms were stocked daily with espresso pods. Rooftop terrace was great for enjoying a glass of wine!

The climate control in the room wasn’t very good and the room often overheated so we left the balcony doors open at night which let in a lot of street noise every night.

Es un hotel remodelado a la fuerza, sin mantener el gusto por lo antiguo. Algunos espacios son pequeños, como el área de trabajo. Después de pasar por la recepción es necesario subir varias escaleras, lo que se dificulta cuando tienes varias maletas. Con la oferta madrileña, no comería allí por nada del mundo, aunque el desayuno buffet es correcto!

excellent hotel and service, conveniently located near a major metro station and close to Madrid center (taxi 7 Euros). Room had large balcony door and sunny, average size, but very clean (sheets, bathroom & towels). The reception team was very helpful and informative - especially with the visit of the Pope during our stay (road closures). Breakfast could be better (add fresh vegetables such tomato and cucumber, add hummus, cream cheese, olives, hash brown potato, fresh salmon, and rotate daily between crepes, french toasts, pancakes and waffles).

I love this hotel

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. You can truly tell they take pride in delivering excellent service. The Location is perfect. Situated in a vibrant yet safe neighborhood, it’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. The area felt clean and welcoming both day and night, and there were plenty of convenient transportation options nearby if I wanted to venture further. The Accommodations were fantastic. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. The combination of outstanding staff, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations made my trip extremely enjoyable. Rating: 5/5 Stars

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Trotz der Lage an einem verkehrsreichen Platz war es nachts sehr ruhig dank hervorragender Schalldämmung des Verkehrslärms durch das Fenster. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, zentrumsnah - die Innenstadt kann von dort gut zu Fuß erkundet werden. Mit einem U-Bahnhof vor der Tür, der mehrere Linien verbindet, ist das Hotel auch sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das Büffet bot viel Auswahl von allem mit viel frischem Obst. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein kleiner Schwachpunkt waren die Wasserfließgeräusche von anderen Hotelzimmern in der Nacht.

Expectation was for a 4 star hotel, reality was a significantly less. Not complaining about the hotel per se, just that the expectations were not met. Was not an uplifting place to come back to which we thought was what we were paying for. Left a day early with no expectation of refund, just not the experience we were looking for.

Fantastic location with so many options for food and walks to city sites. Metro right out front. Double glazed windows and sliding doors to block noise and light for great sleeping. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fab location, short walk into the city lots of great bars and restaurants around. Staff very friendly and efficient. Lovely room with plenty of space - loved the shutters at the windows giving the option of the wind up/down blind for some light to complete black out - would certainly recommend the hotel as a place to stay

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel.I love it! The rooms are so comfortable, very nice bathroom and shower. Location is excellent. I love the neighbourhood. The metro and buses are around the corner.,walking distance to paseo Castellana, Serrano, Cibeles, etc. I love the hotel because of their customer service. Tomi and Galo were incredible. The ladies also were so helpful in the reception. Breakfast was excellent and the service there was also a 10. I will be returning for sure.
