Everything was poorly handled. Never was able to stay…they canceled before my arrival but not on booking.com (by email). Then I saw a mouse running through the lobby and they were rude about the cancellation so I left.

Staffs at the reception are not friendly and welcoming. For no reason my booking was marked cancelled which was still valid and confirmed in the booking app.

They didn’t provide breakfast, however they have charged for it.

Pros Good stay , very near to Karol bagh station. Breakfast is comforting. Lunch ans dinner available on order Good washrooms Cons No lift in the building that had my room. Early checkin is not entertained. You are asked to wait till 11am atleast. Cost is little higher compared to the amenities

I stayed 3 days there with 3 different bookings they supposed to give 3 bottles of water as complimentary but for one bottle they charged Rs 34, suddenly there prices will change

Nothing except the location.

Almost everything. Rooms were stinking with cockroaches, dirty furniture and furnishings. I could have found a much better deal with this price point..did a terrible mistake booking this hotel.

overall good experience except the internet internet wifi was not working as expected more over only one device was permitted to connect and my antivirus security constantly sending me messages regarding by connecting this network your your data are not secured along with saved passwords and other sensitive information

Cleanliness wise , it was not up to the mark . Few insects and cockroaches were roaming in the bathroom. Other then that it was clean. Breakfast buffet was ok, but the hard plastic(reusable )plates used there were stained.

The property has very good photos but they’re deceiving and the actual room is not very nice and comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the property is not so good. also the amenities were not available, not even slippers

Very BAD experience . I went with my wife , For our surprise a big rat in room kept us awake whole night . at mid might we changed the room and again we had encounter with another rat . Hell like experience . dont visit this place 🙏

Overall everything was up to satisfaction except the shower.

I was flying to London early morning. I rushed into shower expecting the hot water but water was like freezing cold 🥶so I took quick wash instead of shower 🚿

It was a good value for money during my stay...I actually extended my stay for two nights...that goes to show it was a good value for money. Breakfast was very good too.

I think the elderly man at the reception could let the younger staff to manage customers. For example he shouldn't be interrogating customers, like where you coming from now or stayed last night etc. Simple question could be what country have you come from and what date you entered the country.

Hotel is good nice services all staff is help full 5 minut walking distance from Karol bagh metro station.the nice part is hotel has parking facility for few cars.also paid parking is just opposite from hotel.

This is very nice hotel near Carol bag. Very cooperative Staffs specially from office and room service. Room is very neat and clean. They places all basic amenities in the room. Food is also good in test.

We were allocated rooms in the 2nd floor and this hotel does not have lift. I travelled with elderly couple and they faced a big challenge in going to the rooms. This is really bad.

Staffs were very good and helpful. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. Price for dinner was bit high at the hotel, but one can order that from outside through online apps. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would surely recommend this place.

I love to stay here again and again in Karol Bagh area. The hotel staff is really friendly with great services. The checkin time is quite quick along with an early free checkin which I mostly prefer. The surrounding area is also great to visit and enjoy.

Rooms: The room was comfortable. Rooms did not have windows. Amenities: Has free wi-fi. The hotel is not ideal for people with disabilities, the aged or if you just dont want to climb stairs and this place does not have an elevator. Breakfast: The breakfast was great for the room price and had one of the better buffet spreads in Delhi for a budget hotel. Location: It is located in Karol bagh and is at a walkable distance from the metro station. So it can be a great location depending on what your plans are. Value for money: This place is great for the price you pay. Good place for a short stay. Service: The service is friendly. They did have staff to carry our luggage. Was disappointed that our room was not ready when we got there and had to wait even though we had arrived at 3pm.

My husband and I stayed here as part of a trip. We stayed two nights the first time and one night in return to Delhi. The location is good, in walking distance of lots of places to eat. Lots of rickshaws available to take you to see the sights. The hotel will book these for you. The rooms are basic, they do have a fridge and bottles of complementary water. The bathrooms on both stays smelt, and the hot water was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was extra but reasonable and the staff were always very polite. I think all in all it was what is to be expected in Delhi for the price range.

Internet connection is fast Plus: TV, AC, WiFi, refrigerator, kettle, restaurant Cons: Located on a busy auto-mechanics service stores street. Constant honking, etc. Nothing to see around. It is allowed to smoke in rooms so rooms are smelly, and provided just two towels

As a responsible website it is your responsibility to make visit of customer comfortable. I had specifically mentioned that there were 3 person. Yet we were alloted small room even though the hotel had bigger rooms. This made the stay very congested.

Nice hotel and very good location. You cam easily arrive by metro and walk around on Karol Bagh street where there are many shops and a few restaurant options. Don't miss to go for dinner at #KWAC kitchen with a cause

we stayed there for five nights, out of threerooms one of us got small room which was immediately corrected by the two managers out there. they are extremely helpful. we had wonderful stay there. the breakfast was also fine. thanks

I booked deluxe room in treebo city international but they give stay next hotel and my room give to somebody. I call customer helpline number they’re promised me to solve problems but not brother to call me back

Rooms were not as it was shown in the photos...fud was not good...I cannot say it was value for money...location was not good even rooms were smelling with moisture...I will not recommend anyone to stay here

This is an ordinary looking Hotel with no lift, i was given a room on the second floor and had to walk up the stairs atleast twice in a day. Breakfast was good, and food served in a decent hall.

We're told that e Expedia reservation is not there and we should call expedia.mg wife had anxious time.anyway thrmanzt desk gave us the room.this need to be investigated.
