There was lot of noise in the morning because other guests talking and children screaming on the hall.

The staff is very nice and provided a very warm welcome upon arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak.

This is a lovely hotel. It is in a great location .Rooms are a nice size with lovely decoration. The beds are very comfortable too. The breakfast is comprehensive with Viet & Western choices. Most importantly the staff are lovely. They are friendly helpful & efficient. Scent Premium is now my “ go to” accomodation in Hà Nội.

An excellent stay at Scent Premium Hotel. The service was impeccable — the staff are wonderfully friendly and always attentive to everything I needed, going out of their way to make my stay special. The location is unbeatable: just steps from restaurants, shopping, and the lovely Hoan Kiem Lake area, which is perfect for a stroll. I highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One thing to improve: the sky bar was under maintenance during my stay, and I wasn't told in advance, which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. That said, the service quality and location make it well worth recommending.

Premium place to stay in Hanoi - super comfortable beds, showers with good pressure, breakfast with a lot of fruits and fresh juices and directly situated next to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake 10/10 would come again :-)

We only stayed one night and checked-in late, checked out early. Appreciative of staff who went beyond their means to organised a cake on the day of arrival (we've given tip at the desk on checked out for the people/person who helped out that day, hopefully it went to them). When we were there, it was a weekend and some roads are closed so people need to be aware of that if they're carrying a lot of luggages but on our checked out, they've organised a taxi for us and a male staff helped out walked with us to it, about 5 min walk

Room is small to walk around for 3 people but we only stayed for a short period of time so we don't actually mind it and no point for us to upgrade our room for a fee. Local tv is hit and miss and just kept loading, again we didn't mind it and not worth calling for help as its minor issue but for people needing it, this info may be important. Staff are friendly but a bit pushy on getting a perfect score of 10 for a bonus from their boss that was mentioned on our checked out. They've said only if they score 10 will they get a bonus. But being pushy like that is what people remembers.

Pas de Climatisation dans les couloirs aux étages et au lobby. Petit dej à enrichir en variété. C’est un hôtel dans un ancien bâtiment donnant sur cour, dans une rue populaire, qui aurait besoin d’une rénovation.

I came to the hotel after a very long flight, and the staff welcomed me with warmth and efficiency. They helped to arrange my visit to the city and a ride to Mu cang chai, two days later. As i had a problem ( forgot my walking shoes at the taxi), i called them, and they solved the problem quickly. I recommend this lovely place with all my heart.

תשמעו! אחלה מלון! המיקום פצצה, קרוב ממש לאגם ועדיין שקט. יש מלא מסעדות, סופר, חנויות ומה שתרצו באזור המלון. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים מאוד, ארוחת בוקר שווה ומגוונת. והצוות סופר חמודים, עוזרים ונעימים. מומלץ בחום!

Bellissimo Hotel! Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Camera smart pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Ottimo Sky bar con un buon ristorante. Piscina a sfioro con bellissima vista e cocktail bar. Colazione a buffet buonissima per i nostri gusti. Posto eccellente!

I like how friendly staff are.

I upgraded room with extra 10 dollars per day to have a bigger room with a bath tub. But the room didn’t feel bigger than the one we originally booked and the tub was a bit inconvenient as when taking shower water goes everywhere.

Nhân viên đón tiếp chúng mình từ những ngày đầu rất tận tâm, chu đáo. Mọi người hỗ trợ mọi việc rất nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon. Chúng mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu về Việt Nam.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, including a 2am check-in time, arranging transport to the airport (for a mere 6 hours later) and bundled up some breakfast for us to take away.

Location was perfect!! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and cafes. My favourite restaurant in Hanoi, MIAs restaurant is less than a 5 mins walk from this hotel. :))

We really enjoyed our stay at the Scent Premium Hotel. The hotel was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well which was vital for a comfortable stay in Hanoi. The staff were all amazing. From the reception staff to the breakfast staff, they were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again.

Feel so welcomed when we first stepped inside the hotel. Outstanding customer service, either at front desk or the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is also the highlight of our staying, great food and service. Several authentic dishes including beef or chicken phở, bánh cuốn roll cake, pastries are also fresh and delicious. It's nothing better than a cup of Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, cafe sữa đá. We will definitely come back. Thanks for making our trip a mesmerizing one.

The staff were very friendly abs supportive. Flora, was very attentive to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've experienced in the whole of my travels around Vietnam. The pho ga was heavenly and felt like it was soul healing.

Camere un po' datate necessiterebbero di un rinnovamento, sala colazione un po' piccola.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’ensemble du personnel est attentionné et très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et la literie très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner qui offre un lafge choix avec de très bon produits. Nous avons récupérer nos bagages en fin de journée afin de nous rendre à l’aéroport et on nous a proposé de prendre une douche ce qui est très appréciable. Le service est vraiment excellent. Enfin l’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue assez calme mais à deux pas du Lac Hoan Kiem en plein coeur du vieux quartier.

En el check in te intenta vender demasiadas cosas, y tienes que regatear con ellos, porque te ponen muchos sobrecostes, en las tarjetas sim, en el check in anticipado.... Cosa que en un hotel así no me encaja mucho. Un poco raro

チェックアウト時に料金を現金で払ってくれと言われて焦りました。なんで？カードはダメだと。 それならブッキングドットコムにちゃんと記載して欲しい。 有り金全部渡してそれでも足りなかったら、残りはカードでいいと言われ、謎。不信感がつのりました。

ロケーションは良い スタッフが親切で丁寧。星付きレストランを予約してもらい、途中で時間変更まで連絡してもらえた。 空港までのリムジンバスも直前で時間変更してもらい、余裕を持って到着できた。

ベトナムの連休に重なってしまい、ホテルの前にタクシーが入れなかった

Great location! The staff is very hospitable and helpful! Helping with every request and with trip recommendations. The breakfast has great vegetarian options and very good over all and so is the restaurant staff.

The rooftop bar was mainly close when I was there.

Location is superb. The hotel is close to a lot of major attractions. Plus, hotel staff are extremely friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my stay so much thanks to Anna and Steve.

Location is superb, and the staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was also amazing.

The road is closed to traffic on weekends for the night market, so we had to walk about 6 minutes after getting out of the taxi. It wasn’t easy to walk with our luggage, especially in the rain. However, the hotel staff kindly helped us with our luggage upon arrival.
