أهم شي يعتبر مهم لراحه الشخص لايوجد مكيف هواء في غرفه نوم وحده وثاني غرفه يوجد فيها والصاله يوجد مكيف الاريكه لاتوجد صوفه للتعويض عن مكيف الهواء طبعا لايوجد شطاف فقط شطاف داخلي نحنا ثلاث اشخاص توضع عدد 2-مويه فقط

Хорошее расположение. Отличные апартаменты со всем необходимым для жизни семьи. Ты действительно чувствуешь себя как дома. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец. Персонал очень корректен и доброжелателен. Нас встретили и разместили, хотя было уже очень поздно. Нам понравилось, рекомендуем. Тихо, спокойно и очень приятно.

Для меня был не очень удобен матрас и подушки. Не было возможности приготовить кофе. Нужна хотя бы джезва. Не было капсул для посудомойки и стиральной машины, но мы взяли с собой, поэтому не прогадали.

I chose this apartment because it features two bedrooms and a living room, rather than just a standard hotel room. Having multiple rooms is very important when traveling with children, and this layout was my favorite part. Additionally, the location is situated in a quiet and safe area.

I wished the metro station was a bit closer.

حجم الشقة والخدمة جداً جميلة، و العمال محترمين، الشقة ديكورها قديم ( فانتج ) كأني في فلم قديم. عطوني الشقة عند مدخل الباب ومواجه للشارع الصراحة في البداية ماكان عاجبني لكن بعدها بيومين عجبني الوضع لانه قريب من باب مدخل العمارة سهل علي اطلع وادخن واستلم وجبات الاكل من المطاعم ونقل الاغراض و نقدر نفتح الدريشة نشوف الناس وهم يمشون وتحس منظر حلو. والسرير كان مريح لي لان فيني الدسك والسرير كان صلب مناسب لهالمشاكل. ومحلات وبقالات قريبة من المكان حلو للمشي اذا الجو كان حلو والمكيف بارد بالصالة.

بس التلفزيون للأسف قديم اذكر شريت مثله في عام 2010 لو كان تلفزيون ذكي عشان نقدر نشبك يوتيوب او نتفلكس بيكون افضل. عيبه الوحيد صادنا ان في واحد تحتنا كان يطبخ والريحة تتوزع على الشقة كاملة ولازم نشغل الشفاط. كنا كل مانسمع صوت مراوح المطبخ الي تحتنا كنا ندعي يطبخ كورن فلكس او اندومي. وغرفة النوم فيها مروحة ، ماعندنا مشكلة فيها بس اذا الجو كان حار لازم نفتح باب الصالة عشان هواء البارد المكيف يدخل علينا. غير هالملاحظات ماعندنا اي مشكلة بالعكس المكان يستاهل.

Alles, freundlich, Sauberkeit, Lage, Ruhig, professionell, Möbeln sind luxus ausgestattet, Dekoration ist wunderbar, die Leute sind sehr nett und liebevoll, Preis ist günstig,.

Eigentlich nichts

Overall, it was clean and looked similar to the photos, but due to the carpet, the floor was dusty and not very clean. The staff were friendly and kind, but the main issue was that the small office near the entrance was often unattended, and there was no one available to assist guests. Even on the last day, despite coordinating airport transfer and check-out in advance, nobody was there. We had to get a taxi ourselves from the corner of the street and almost missed our flight.

The aparthotel staff are very welcoming, speaking both English and Russian. The apartments are clean, and I'm completely satisfied with them. The location is excellent. I always stay in Şişli; the area has everything you need, from restaurants to shopping, and there are several metro stations nearby.

السعر مرتفع قليلا + ضيق الشارع ومعاناة الي يبي يطلب تاكسي + الطريق المؤدي للشقه فيه محلات سمك.

The balcony terrace is very nice. Its location is in a very calm neighborhood yet close to market and very close to public transportation and main shops. Staff at reception are very helpful especially Erhan.

Neat and clean apartment and host is very gentle and cooperative.

No one in resorption most of the time to receive your calls in case of any issues.

Nice and clean , good location, friendly and helpful staff , the girl with colored eyes, and Farhat 👍🏻 There is laundry machine which is great 😊 and the washing soap free from the property 👍🏻

The apartment absolutely matched the photos and description - cozy zoning (everything is thought out - the bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room area), quiet, clean (thanks to the employees who clean the rooms). I especially liked the variety of sizes of plates and cups - it was nice to serve breakfasts. Good transport accessibility - the metro station is about 10 minutes walk away, there are several grocery stores and a bakery nearby. Good value for money. For us, it seemed ideal for a stay of 9 days. Thank you for your hospitality! If there is an opportunity to visit Istanbul again, we would gladly stay in these apartments.

This is my second stay here. i just love the location. Quiet area but accessible to anywhere. Walking distance to Cevahir Shopping Mall, the mosque , metro, bus station and other shops. The twin sisters did an excellent room service. Staffs were attentive and responsive on our requests and issues. Will always be my place to stay when i am back to Istanbul.

The windows in the bathroom causes the noise from the above apartment to be heard during the night. It is annoying when you could hear the above neighbors going to the bathroom or even talk during the night . They could install a fan and close the window in the bathroom to solve the problem

I enjoyed during my stay at 116 Residence. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is very safe and clean. If I will come to Istanbul again with my family, I will consider 116 Residence as one of my first choices.

it was hard for taxis and cars to stop at the front, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the showers did not drain as well as they should have even after cleaning the filter

The room had a balcony, kitchen, and washing machine. Also, it was walking distance from the bus and metro station. Surprisingly, the hotel was on the quiet street, so I could catch up with the deep sleep after the busy schedule.

The start were nice and friendly. the location was also good. everything is near by walking distance. little supermarkets, vertical, meat, fish shops, ATM and currency exchange.

The apartment was much smaller yarn i though. the one i booked turned out to be in the basement, when i arrived there was a damp oder in it. 2- the sink was blocked so i had to call to unclog it but the drain continued to have a very bad stinky smell until we left. 3- the bedroom had a window and door of glass so the light would still show which was very annoying if one person wanted to sleep and the other person wanted to stay a wake. 4- appointment no sound proof, every whisper is heard 5- there is absolutely no privacy in the toilet because the vent transfers the sound as if the other person is in same bathroom which was very uncomfortable. 6- the bed was very uncountable Ana pillows were clumpy 7- i didn’t like how the bath floor mat was replaced with a torn one after house keeping 8- the towels seemed thin and cheap
