Absolutely fantastic hotel. The lady at reception, Aga, is the best customer service worker I have ever encountered. She deserves a pay rise. Would 100% stay again.

Zimmer war gut mit guter Ausstattung. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr. Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen war in Ordnung. Kaffee aus Automat war nicht gut. Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

De locatie van het hotel en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.

De te ondiepe zwembaden. Voor een Adults-Only Hotel waren dit gewoon kinderbaden.

No hay parqueadero propio , en las habitaciones no hay mesas de noche,unos troncos de madera apenas. Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas le falta mucho por hacer. Y tener que pagar por un puesto en la playa ,es el colmo!!

The property is really nice and clean, perfectly adequate for a 4 star hotel. Staff is kind. Gym is not so equipped so we went to a local gym (if you need weights the hotel gym won’t be sufficient). Location is perfect, you just cross the street at there is a beautiful beach. Lot of restaurants around. Parking can be tricky as there is 12 places for guest and the street behind the street (it’s free), but we always found a place. Buffet breakfast is wonderful! We loved our stay and would come back! Palma is easily accessible, and also beautiful calas around the area. Room was quiet and comfortable.🙏

Gym

Hôtel calme avec un emplacement idéal face à la mer à proximité de restaurants et magasins. Facilité à trouver des transats que ce soit à la plage ou à la piscine de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner varié. Chambre d'hôtel avec une très bonne pression de l'eau dans la douche ! Très apprécié ! A quelques minutes de Magaluf pour des sorties encore plus animées et proche de Palma pour pouvoir visiter la ville.

Great location and opposite beach . Very clean

Poor air conditioning , in fact none in reception areas. Breakfasts were awful - the room was hot and coffee and tea machines so bad , we paid extra to have breakfast in outside restaurants. The staff were unhelpful on arrival. No one to explain facilities , explain about safe in room etc . No porters available to help with luggage . Lifts did not go to rooms meaning suitcases has to be carried up stairs.

Non c’è la porta del bagno (dalle foto si vede che è così ma non ci avevo fatto caso io) pertanto manca totalmente la privacy e il materasso del letto era molto scomodo e/o vecchio.

Nem og hurtig indtjekning. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Fine rene værelser og virkelig lækker morgenmad. Pænt og rent poolområde. Vi var glade for opholdet og kunne fint finde på at booke hotellet igen.

Fliser i selve poolen kunne godt være lidt bedre rengjort. Svært at komme med bus ind til Palma. Oplevede flere gange at de var fyldte så fyldte at de kørte forbi stoppestedet (selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was very good, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, and having the beach just across the road was a fantastic bonus. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

What's not to like?

Only one employee in the entire hotel was kind and helpful.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. During my entire stay, the bed linen was never changed, and the towels were dirty. The cleanliness of the room was far below the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. The photos presented on your website advertise the property as a four-star hotel, but there is another wing that, in my opinion, barely meets a two-star standard, while guests are still charged four-star prices. Furthermore, I was accommodated in a room designed for guests with disabilities, without being informed or asked beforehand. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness was far from satisfactory. Most seriously, I returned home with what appear to be flea bites, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene conditions of the hotel. Unfortunately, throughout my entire stay, only one employee in the whole hotel was kind and helpful. I believe the quality of the accommodation and services I received was completely inconsistent with the four-star standard advertised by your hotel. I therefore expect you to take this complaint seriously and provide me with an explanation and an appropriate solution. I look forward to receiving your response.

Excelente servicio

A lovely chilled hotel opposite the brach

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right in front of the beach, and cleanliness was very good, which is something I really appreciate. The staff were polite and answered our questions, but only with the exact information we asked for. As tourists, we would have appreciated a warmer welcome and more helpful recommendations or guidance about the area. I chose this hotel because I had read so many excellent reviews about the breakfast and facilities. While they were good, they didn’t quite meet the high expectations I had before arriving. That said, we still enjoyed our stay. If cleanliness and an excellent beachfront location are your priorities, this hotel is a solid choice.

Unfortunately, our room key card stopped working for two days because of a sensor issue. Every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to ask the receptionist to unlock it with the master key. Sometimes we had to wait because there was only one staff member available, which became quite inconvenient. Even when the sensor issue was ok, the key card would still occasionally stop working. We repeatedly had to go down to the reception to have our access reactivated before returning to our room on the third floor. Having to do this multiple times during our stay became quite frustrating and inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a very quiet location and was spotless throughout. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, well presented, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The cocktails in the bar were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We are in our 40s and felt quite young compared to most of the other guests, so it’s worth bearing in mind that the hotel has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. One thing that does need attention is the bamboo towel rails in the bathroom. None are attached to the wall properly and unfortunately fell, giving my friend a black eye and also hitting me on the head. Breakfast was nice enough, although the coffee could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing hotel.

El hotel está nuevo, tiene mucha luz y la decoración es preciosa. Y las vistas de la habitación mirando al mar... la disfrutamos muchísimo. Y qué decir del buenísimo olor que sientes según entras. Llegamos pronto y comimos en el restaurante morocco y la verdad que las porciones eran muy copiosas. Calidad-precio excelente. El personal es muy amable, especialmente la recepcionista que estuvo a las mañanas cuando nos alojamos allí, nos ayudó mucho y siempre tenía una sonrisa en la cara (no me acuerdo el nombre, perdón!). Ubicación excelente, muchos restaurantes alrededor y relativamente cerca del ocio nocturno pero sin ruidos. El desayuno tiene muchísimas opciones, cada día podías probar distintas cosas.

El único pero que podría poner sería que el baño tenía mucho espacio pero sin ninguna balda para dejar cosas y tenía puerta corrediza la cual no cerraba del todo, se escuchaba todo. No había estaciones de agua para poder rellenar las botellas reutilizables

La chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuner complet et varié et emplacement idéal avec plage juste en face. Le personnel très serviable et compétent. Tout était excellent.

La salle de bain avec la porte, pas très discret lorsqu’on voyage avec des amis, une vraie porte serait un atout et le lavabo à l’extérieur un peu étonnant mais on s’y habitue.

Pool bei den Floating Zimmern war eiskalt Schlechter Kaffee beim Frühstück (Kaffeemaschine, kein frisch gemachter Kaffee)

Die Lage war hervorragend und in der Umgebung hat es zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Bars und die kleinen herzigen Boutik Geschäfte sowie andere Läden zum shoppen. Es reicht wenn man Früchstück nimmt wie hatten 2x das Abendessen im Hotel angeschaut was uns nicht überzeugt hat, deswegen reicht Frühstück. Das gute daran ist, dass der Strand ggü ist und man kann auch mal gut im Mittag ins Zimmer was essen oder auf das WC im Lobby. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vorallem die Aga sie kümmert sich um alles.

Die Zimmer sind zwar räumig, hell und sauber. Wenn man auf das WC geht, welches direkt nebet dem Bett ist und nur eine dünne Schiebetüre hat, man hört alles. Grosser Kritik: Es gab ins Zimmer kein Wasser. So ne Flasche kostet 50 cent und ich denke lieber fühlt man das jeden Tag auf und rechnet den Preis ins Zimmerpreis auf die +3 Euro sind Wert damit die Gästen sich nicht für Wassser im Zimmer kümmern müssen. Draussen auf der Terasse würde nie getischt nur drinnen. Man musste selber alles vorbereiten, wenn man draussen sitzen möchte beim Frühstück Kleinigkeiten die fehlen, daher empfehle ich dieses Hotel und würde wieder kommen.

The demographic of individuals staying here are primarily elderly folks. So if you're young and looking for a place that might be more energetic, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The rooms are small and the one we were in needed some maintenance. Certain parts of the hotel also needed maintenance and seemed like it could use some TLC. Parking is limited and first come first served.

Morgenbuffet var fantastisk med masser af valgmuligheder. Vi kunne ønske os at der blev åbnet op for at man kunne sidde og nyde morgenmaden ud mod vejen og ud mod stranden, når nu udsigten er så fint og vejret så lunt. Rengøringen af værelset er noget af det bedste vi har oplevet på vores ferier til Mallorca.

Sengene var ikke særlig behagelige at sove i, de var bare bløde og gav ingen støtte til ryggen. I spisesalen til morgenmad lugtede det meget af cigaretrøg…..og gæster røg ved poolen og ved indgangen til hotellets reception, Det syntes vi er underligt, da hotellet skriver de er et et røgfrit hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Was a great stay. Good selection of breakfast, good size room, great location with the beach opposite and Restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite. Will be returning!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer sowie die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und das Frühstück super. Die Lage ist durch die Nähe zu Palma de Mallorca beziehungsweise direkt am Strand ebenfalls sehr gut.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die Parkplätze am Hotel. Diese sind sehr begrenzt und dadurch bereits am frühen Nachmittag besetzt. in der Vorsaison ist das kein Problem, da man auf der Straße kostenlos parken kann.

Emplacement en face de la plage, une chambre avec balcon qui donne sur la piscine avec vue sur mer. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable : salé, sucré, céréales, yaourts, fruits, des légumes, oeufs.... Et un rapport qualité prix excellent.

Tout était parfait : le personnel a été adorable, d'une serviabilité incroyable ; le petit-déjeuner était incroyable aussi, la situation géographique aussi, ainsi que la propreté . La déco est sobre et classe et la piscine au-dessus de la réception donne tout simplement un air de magie à la réception : rien à redire ! Fantastique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in front of a beautiful beach and surrounded by plenty of cafés, restaurants, and coffee shops. There’s also a bus stop just five minutes away, with convenient connections to other cities and the airport. The hotel itself is very clean, and even though I booked a single room, it was a good size, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Lage direkt am Sandstand ist schön, die Umgebung mit vielen Hotels, Geschäften, Restaurants muss man mögen... Personal ist freundlich

kleines Zimmer mit sehr unangenehmem Geruch nach Schimmel und aus dem Abfluss Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer schon recht sauber und schien teilweise renoviert, aber es war Schimmel an den veralteten Fensterrahmen und der Balkontür, den wir selbst entfernt haben, das ungute Gefühl und der Geruch blieben... Poolbereich war dreckig (Vogeldreck auf den Liegen etc.) Frühstück war umfangreich, aber von schlechter Qualität schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden, sogar im Februar Die Buchung war ein Schnäppchen und für zwei Nächte kurz vor dem Rückflug haben wir uns nicht die Mühe gemacht umzubuchen, aber wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

It’s my second time staying there and it’s all good. I will definitely go back more times in the future!

It’s a really small point, but in the off-season you need to first check how the heating system works with reception because it’s somewhat counter-intuitive. For some reason you have to set the thermostat at between 5 and 10 degrees and the room then warms up well. Best also to have a second room key so you can leave it working when you go out.
