It's 3 star at best. Staff totally disinterested and not even any eye contact. Breakfast offerings gs out for 7 hours and Luke warm or stale mostly unappetising and unhygienic. Mini bar was a joke, a can or coke and lemonade with cheap snacks does not constitute a mini bar. The pool area was very tired and shoddy. We booked the ocean front Villa. Worst and most expensive stay in our 1 month Vietnam holiday

Однако отель показался мне несколько клиентонеориентированным, попросил за несколько дней до заселения отменить бронь, отвечали 3 суток, в итоге просто послали, хотя могли предложить отменить со штрафом или какой нибудь еще вариант. На уменьшение срока проживания также не пошли, сказали: ну деньги ведь уже у нас, мы ничего не возвращаем. Также в отеле есть бесплатный трансфер из и в аэропорт, попросил забрать из соседнего отеля, который находится в 300 метрах, написали, что забирают только из аэропорта. В чем заключалась сложность, я так и не понял.

Weinig strand, veel was weggeslagen. In de buurt van het hotel lagen best veel vervallen en verlaten panden. Communicatie was best wel lastig.

Кто любит поспать, завтрак точно не проспит. Полотенца меняют каждый день. А вот с водой и напитками происходило как получится. То забудут доложить, то лишнее принесут... Пляж убирают, песок жёлтый и скрипит. Есть тренажерный зал, но он больше для галочки.

Не знаю как в других номерах, но у нас были сдвинуты 2 кровати, получилась типа одна большая. Из-за того, что кровати были сдвинуты, то за подушкой оказались розетка и выключатели, что содействовало внеплановым включениям света среди ночи Неудобная расстановка мебели в номере. При открытом шкафе входная дверь уже не открывается. Сам шкаф тоже неудобный. Нам не хватало полочек, чтобы разложить вещи. На 6 плечиков тоже много не развесишь. Вода, конечно, к отелю не относятся, и нам, надеюсь, просто не повезло. Зацвели водоросли, вода была мутной, но это нормальное явление. There was construction next door which I was not aware of. I asked to be moved and they moved me to a less noisy room.

We had one of the bungalows on the beach front which are excellent. Really nice clean hotel with all the facilities you could need. Very large pool - which we used every morning before swimming in the sea in the afternoon.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices and a lovely setting overlooking the coastline. The rooms and balcony were of a good size and the free minibar was perfect to get you through the day.

Unfortunately with climate change the beach was not very good, we were sometimes closed off for walking certain ways and strangers had to walk across the front of our sunbeds as there was no sand for them to walk on. The hotel publishes about beach erosion on their website, also quite a lot of the beach was very dirty with plastics etc

Спа: Спа-центр в отеле очень хороший и чистый. Девушки работают аккуратно, и чувствуется их опыт. Цены немного выше, чем на улице, но это оправдано, так как здесь намного безопаснее и комфортнее. Сервис: Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Особенно хочу отметить Нгуен Чинь, которая работает на ресепшене. Она очень помогла нам, когда наш рейс задержали. Несмотря на задержку, она организовала бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, за что ей огромное спасибо. Общие впечатления: Отдых в Famiana Resort оставил только положительные эмоции. Это отличное место для тех, кто ищет комфортный и спокойный отдых на Фукуоке.

We had a wonderful stay at Famiana Beach Resort. It’s located right on the beach, which was incredibly convenient. We stayed in one of the villas and highly recommend booking one—the rooms are huge and very comfortable. A highlight of our trip was watching the stunning sunsets every evening right from our private terrace. Internet is fast, breakfast superb.

The cleaners are very diligent. Don't forget to put a "Do not diturb" sign on the door if you want to sleep in longer. Not a big problem, just something to mention :) We reallu liked the stay in Famiana.

Such nice people and beach was shaded. V private too. Joseph as a superb host. His staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough.

We stayed for 8 days for our anniversary and were generously upgraded to a Beachfront Villa. The beachfront was beautiful, brunch was so lovely and the staff service was above and beyond - they helped make us reservations at nearby restaurants, book spa slots and had such a lovely disposition. We loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed in a beachfront villa, absolutely stunning, albeit smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. Lovely restaurant area provided for breakfast which had a lot of option on the buffet style, also provided an egg and pho station. Bakery items were not covered, some items were inedible as they had attracted insects but plenty of covered hot food to choose. Bar area on the beach was fantastic for cocktails, happy hour everyday bogof on cocktails. Grounds were exceptional, the beach area would've really benefited from being maintained each day.

We had a few issues, I booked a spa treatment and was not happy at all. The service was unprofessional. I was told to undress whilst she was just standing looking at me with the curtains onto the resort open. The hot stones she used were too hot, and I had to tell her multiple times about this. There were no massage techniques just rubbing up and down in the same motion, which was painful and too heavy at times. Again, I mentioned this on many occasions. Another massage was offered, but I didn't have the time for this, so it was taken off the bill. We came back to the villa to find an infestation of small docile insects at the patio doors, we thought they were isolated in this area, maintenance came quickly and said they would remove and disinfect but I then realised they were in the bedroom too, they then told us we had to move to another villa, which they helped us with but this did waste one of our evenings in phu quoc.

Great location, we like to walk so quick walk into town up a hill but was great for us for access to restaurants. Staff were lovely!

Buffet breakfast was not great everything sits out for way too long and is either not hot or not cold.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, perfect family suite, perfect food, perfect service, perfect everything.

We stayed at the Famiana Resort for 6 nights and had a deluxe double room with a sea view – very clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The reception was friendly and professional. We had overlooked the free airport shuttle and therefore traveled by Grab. Upon arrival, there was a brief moment of confusion with security, who initially didn't believe we had a booking, even after showing the confirmation. This was quickly resolved, however, and everything went smoothly after that. They're probably not used to backpackers ;) The hotel complex is beautiful and very well-maintained, only about 10 minutes from the airport. Getting Grab rides is extremely difficult, however, so it's worth using the hotel shuttle. The breakfast was truly outstanding – one of the best we've had in Vietnam, with a wide selection and great quality. We didn't use the restaurant, as there are several good and much cheaper alternatives nearby. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately, there's a lot of trash floating in the sea – a general problem on Phu Quoc, for which the hotel can't do anything. At checkout, we had to wait briefly for the room to be checked, and then we were asked where the beach towels were, even though we had properly left them. This was a bit odd and left a slightly unpleasant impression. Overall, the Famiana is a very good, professionally run hotel with high quality in all areas. However, it lacks a bit of the warm, personal hospitality that you often experience in Vietnam. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend it – 4 stars for a great hotel in an unfortunately somewhat overly touristy area.

The resort is located in the center of phu quoc but when you enter the resort you will step in a quiet and relaxed environment. The garden and the rooms are well maintained. You have a private, quiet beach area. The pool is massive and the restaurant for breakfast is nice. The breakfast buffet is really good, a la carte egg station and many food options. I really like the room design. Everything is very clean. I had the feeling there were more staff than guests. Minibar was included and that made up the room price. Beach bar a bit rusty. Overall very relaxing experience.

The staff are robots. They don’t understand you even when you explain it in Vietnamese with google translate. With the overpriced room rate I expect more staff speak a good English. They have a happy hour from 4-6pm for cocktails. I do not drink alcohol. So I asked if I can have a mocktail. No one understood and everyone was just asking for my room number (FOR WHAT???). In the end they told my I can’t have a mocktail because this is the „rule“ that just cocktails are served for happy hour. Actually I was sent from the bar to the restaurant to the reception to ask for a drink. That’s poor service. I add photos about the walls which divides the part to another hotel next to the resort. It doesn’t look good. Overall the place is a nice treat for some days off but the resort is not a place to spend your honeymoon or your one - year- vacation. I must admit the guest service manager did a good job in the end and was listening to all my feedback and critics.

We had a wonderful stay at Famiana Resort! The staff everywhere was extraordinary helpful and friendly. We had a beachfront villa with a stunning view only 10 Meters from the ocean. The breakfast was also a real treat! Motorbikes can be rent at the hotel, it's a 15 minute ride to the centre of Phu Quoc. The direct surroundings of the hotel are quite nice, many restaurants, shops, cooking school, supermarkets.

The room itself had some very small issues but no real problems. The beach of the hotel was cleaned but if you walk a bit away from the resort there was a lot of garbage and plastic bottles on the beach (not the hotels fault)

The property was lovely and clean not over crowded. I suppose we were there during off peak season. The rooms were large, we stayed in bungalow F111 which had a king sized bed, a small bath and walk in shower. The mini bar was complementary it was refilled everyday. Our room was near the restaurant and the pool. The pool was clean and well kept. We loved that we could relax and not have to rush for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was open till 1 pm which is sensational. The staff were very accommodating, courteous and exceptional. We were all given a beautiful gift at the end of our stay. How lovely is that ?

On the first day we arrived at the hotel, we ordered pizzas and the beef satay for lunch. Both dishes were underwhelming. The beef satay was overcooked very dry with no peanut sauce, the pizzas weren’t the best, too much cheese you could hardly see any other toppings. The beers were warm. We advised the staff that the beers had to be extremely cold especially in the warm weather 🍺 🍺

Location. Staff at reception were very good. Both Trang and Nhu were very patient and helpful. Booking the biggest villa, u get afternoon tea, free an hour of activities like paddle board, archery and such free. Free Mini bar was sticked everyday and lots of water was provided. The rooms are rather dated sometimes feeling like a chalet. Breakfast on the first day was terrible, better on the second so that can really be improved

What do you want from your trip? Is it for relaxation or business? If you want a quiet and comfortable rest, this is the best resort. I stayed here for a week. The staff treated me with the best service and kindness. I tend to use the room relatively cleanly, but they provide daily cleaning and tidying. Be sure to include breakfast. They provide moderate and quality food. The 2.2 meter deep swimming pool in the resort is always in good condition, and it provides a lot of fun compared to the general shallow pool. Beach towels are provided. You can return them to the staff after use. If you are confident in swimming in the sea on a nice day, you can enjoy swimming in the sea in front of the resort. The resort's private beach has a beach bar. Good food, drinks, cocktails, especially the friendly staff. It is located 15 minutes from the airport, and if you tell the resort your arrival flight and arrival time by email, they will pick you up. If you tell the resort your return flight and time, they will provide transportation according to your return time. (You can get to the airport conveniently.) There are relatively good local restaurants within 5 minutes for dinner. What do you want during your trip? This place will provide you with the best space and environment to do whatever you want. Enjoy a leisurely and comfortable trip here. If I travel to Phu Quoc again, I will stay here again.

フーコック空港から10分ほどと便利なのに、ホテル内は自然がいっぱいで、敷地内は高層の建物も無く、プールも広いのでリラックスしてリゾート気分を満喫できます。 フロント・送迎・レストラン・清掃、全てのスタッフがフレンドリーで快適、景観の管理も行き届いています。 朝食ビュッフェは、種類も多く日替りでメニューも変わるので飽きない上に、午後1時までなのでブランチや朝寝坊の方ならランチにもなりますよ。 あちこち観光に行かず、ホテルでゆったり過ごしたい方には最適だと思います。 残念な点は、バスルームのお湯の出が悪いことと、レストランのアラカルトメニューの種類が少ないことです。

The location was great right on the beach ⛱️ we had a villa, and it was private with our own beach chairs and a verandah to sit on. The room was spacious and comfortable. Service daily. 👌 Villa came with 1 free afternoon high tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transport to and from airport free.

Sometimes, the breakfast was cold. The steps to our bed were steap and a bit slippery at times.

Great beach bar and nice area with day beds & hammocks. Beautifully maintained gardens. Very convenient to have an ATM at the front of the resort. Resort provided free air port pick up & drop off.

The breakfast buffet was large and catered well for Asian guests, however there were no eggs (or an egg station) which I look for. When booking the beach view bungalow, the image was a ground level building, however we found it to be a 2 level building and climbing up the stairs to the second level was uncomfortable with my arthritis.

靜中帶旺！酒店門口對面已經是按摩和餐廳，門口左手面第一間店是買雞河粉和鴨河粉超好吃，一直左手面沿住路很多小吃，酒店有風筒，超好用很夠熱，水溫也很夠熱， email給酒店，他們會到機場接送很貼心，私人沙灘很美麗！早餐也可以！

非常好的住宿體驗，整個住宿區整潔且工作人員親切，有免費機場接送，房間乾淨床很舒適，花園及泳池保持很好，自己沙灘及陽傘維護良好，幾乎沒有缺點的住宿，下次去富國島住宿首選。

On vient deja vous chrrcher a l’aeroport avec un magnifique vehicule, le personnel est ensuite aux petits soins pour satisfaire votre sejour. Les chambres sont tres propres et bien agencees, la literie tres confortable. L’hotel est a taille humaine et peu de personne a la piscine. Le petit dejeuner est tres bien, tres bon cafe, croissants et plats divers. Le seul probleme est l’acces a la mer car la plage amenagee est retenue par un mur hideux et des marches. Peu propice aux enfants

Rent og hyggelig sted, men litt personlighetsløst, med unntak av mannen med håndklærne som var veldig søt. Det er ikke strand å ligge på, du er oppe på et platå og må ta trapper ned til havet. Men fine solsenger og hengekøyer og utsikt til solnedgangen. Virker bra og trygt for barnefamilier, da området er stort og det er lekerom. AC er bra. For oss var det opptur å komme oss litt vekk, vi leide motorsykkel og å dro på snorkletur. Hotellet var behjelpelige med bookingene. Hvis du er skvetten er det greit å vite at det også er firfisler på rommet, men de kommer ikke nært deg. Butikk og vaskeri i nærheten. Bruk grab til nattmarkedet etc.

From our enthusiastic welcome to our warm send off, our stay at the Famiana Resort & Spa was superb. From the ever smiling Loc at the front desk, to Tuyet and Diem who were always ready to help and were always so kind, our 21 night stay was beyond excellent. The breakfast staff, without exception, was always friendly helpful and Lehn at the omelette station consistently served up great eggs fried, scrambled or as omelettes. While commenting on food we must say we absolutely loved the beachfront “Sip & Heal Beach Bar” (and restaurant.) We regularly sipped there and every night, while many guests went off property to “enjoy” noisy traffic at nearby restaurants, we opted for tranquil ocean sounds, passing fish boats, stunning sunsets and later the distant green lights of the squid fishing fleet. Oh, and the meals were delicious and very fairly priced. Rooms and housekeepers were wonderful. We had room H215 and we think it was the best room on the property. A minute’s walk leads to the beach chairs, shady palm trees and steps leading to the beach. With ocean wave patterns, the resort maintains the lounging area on higher ground while a wall keeps the ocean at a lower level. Unlike many resorts, we never noticed people “reserving” chairs or hammocks for the day. To stop beach walkers from wandering on to the property and taking over beach chairs the resort’s security staff quickly identified interlopers and moved them along. A lovely hotel with very good facilities and also in a good local location for restaurants and bars. If there is a drawback it has its own beach but because of erostion you have to go down steps to get into the water. But we both liked this hotel and would have no hesitation in going back again.

This resort is amazing, we loved it here, it was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The beds at the resort were the most comfortable beds we slept in, the bathrooms are huge and the room size was great. The air con worked very efficiently.

the location is away from the town but........this isnt a negative as the staff were amazing in telling us there was a golf cart that would drop us off and pick us up in town so we could go out for dinner and not have to walk home in the dark.

What a dream! Quiet, relaxing, spacious...it doesn't have a "resort" feel but chilling on the beach vibe instead. I really hope one day to be back.

Very good location to north or south. And the place is very clean and nice. We have chill time there. They have free bus to Airport. From Airport to hotel is around 10 mins.

フロント、レセプションは清潔感にあふれてて、ゆったり、落ち着いてて、到着した瞬間に癒されて落ち着く事が出来る。 部屋は十分に広く、静かに過ごす事が出来て癒される。シャワールームは床の傾斜の付け方の具合で若干水が溜まってしまう部分があるのと、滑りやすいので注意が必要。 敷地内はプライベートビーチまで散歩できるくらいになっていて、こぢんまりしているがゆっくりした時間を過ごせる。 スタッフがみんな気さくで親切なので安心して過ごせた。

私は日本人です。1月の初めから4泊しました。 (良かった点) •このエリアは人気のリゾートエリアなのでたくさんの外国人が泊まっていますが、このホテルはプライベートビーチでそこまで人が多くないのでとてもリラックスできます。 •ホテル内の植物、道、建物は常に綺麗に掃除されていて、よかったです。 •プールも浅い所から深いところは2.2メートルあり泳いでいて気持ちよかったです。 •スタッフは皆さん親切で「Xin Chào」(こんにちは)と言うと素敵な笑顔で返してくれます。 •ビーチフロントヴィラに宿泊しましたが、部屋は清潔でしっかりと掃除されており、アロマも焚かれとても快適に過ごせました。虫は室内で一匹も見ませんでした。また、部屋の掃除を頼む度にメモ書きを残しておりましたが、毎回返事のメモも残してくれていてとても親切に感じておりました。 •ミニバーがフリーで何よりお水がたくさん飲めるのがありがたい。 •私のつたない英語でも親身に聞いてくれて、スタッフの皆さんが一生懸命に滞在をサポートしてくれました。 •ピックルボール(ミニテニスのようなもの、これはぜひ試してみてください)、アーチェリー、サップ、カヤック、クッキング教室など様々なアクティビティがあり、一日ずっとホテルにいてリラックスしながら楽しめるのが最高でした。 •ビーチは引き潮の時が一番綺麗です。天気にもよりますがよく観察していると面白いです。ビーチに流れてくるゴミもスタッフが小舟で沖で回収しており、ホスピタリティを感じました。 •夕日を見るには最高です。本当に美しい。 •朝食はとても美味しく、日本人もとくに気にせず何でも食べれます。 •スパ、バーの値段も特段高いと感じることはありませんでした。お酒も美味しかったです。 •警備スタッフが一日中常駐しており、監視カメラでホテル内を見てくれているので安心できます。 •ホテルの向かいにある、「LINDA Restaurant 」はとても美味しい海鮮料理を食べれます。スタッフもホスピタリティに溢れ何より安く食べれます。日本人にもお勧めなのでぜひ行ってみてください。 (気になった点) •ホテルの横の建物の工事が日中あり、それがうるさかった ですが、スタッフの方が自主的に注意してくれたり、気を遣ってくれました。土日は工事はないようです。 •妻とサップを2つ借りましたが、そのうち1つのサップにフィンが付いておらず、コントロールが効かず沖まで流され少し危なかったです。この事はスタッフにも伝えましたので、きっと改善されてると思います。 このホテルは日本人でも安心して、言葉通り非日常の素敵な時間を過ごせます。 ベトナム語のスペルがわからず申し訳ありませんが、ホンさん、イェンさん、そしてその他スタッフの皆さん、素敵な時間をありがとう。またいつかぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

La struttura è piacevole, con tanto verde, ben curata. Abbastanza vicina (4,5 km) la Night Market, il centro della vita in questa zona. La camere era spaziosa, con parziale vista sul mare. Purtroppo senza praticamente cassetti, solo un armadio. Colazione non particolarmente brillante. Tutto bene… se non si viene qui per stare su una bella spiaggia e fare il bagno. La zona lettini/ombrelloni è bella, ma purtroppo situata su un terrapieno e per raggiungere il mare si devono scendere delle scale. Il che non sarebbe grave. Il problema è che il pezzettino di spiaggia sul mare è veramente stretto e ci sono (in mare, per terra, lungo tutto il muro) delle protuberanze lunghe che, mi hanno detto, servono a proteggere la struttura dalle mareggiate/onde. Non sono accettabili. Non ho fatto il bagno. Per fortuna, vicino ci son delle spiagge non male, ma la più belle (indicatami dall’hotel) è SAO beach, a una mezzoretta di auto/scooter. Ne vale senz’altro la pena. Personale tutto molto cortese, in particolare la Manager Mrs. Vi, sempre disponibile.

We had a wonderful time here, even if it’s located close to a busy street with lots of restaurants it’s so calm and quiet at the resort. Beautiful place and very good service! Would recommend!

The gym could need an update, but still works.

The location room and service are all excellent and could not fault anything but have 3 small suggestions. The breakfast buffet could offer a wider cereal or more western choices but the food available was excellent quality. Secondly as the windows have Venetian blinds the bedroom is not completely dark especially if the room is next to a resort light. So suggest an additional blackout blind. Lastly the room doors need a better seal or brush strip at the bottom as they allow small lizards into the room. I am not scared of them but some people obviously won’t want a lizard in the room. Just suggesting some minor improvements.

It was all good.

The beds are incredibly comfortable. The room is super cosy. The location is ideal. The staff are polite, kind and helpful.

There are things in the room that need fixing. I did not like the state of the bar in the pool or the fitness room. Everything looks rusty. I wonder why these areas aren't maintained when all the others seem to be.

We loved that our villa was oceanfront. It also has a bar where we can view the sunset and the sea water is warm. We also loved our room which was very spacious even upstairs where the bed is a loft but it was high enough that you did not have to bend over. The bed was comfy. AC was in the right place strategic to airflow during the night. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The food was great and the drinks were made with real fruit and delicious. The guest services were very helpful got a car for the airport and had information for any tours that you may want to go on.

I didn't like that they only had one type of tequila.

Beautiful pool and bar right on the beach. Nice quiet sunbathing area with the best hammocks. Good breakfast overlooking pool. Lots of restaurants right outside.

The sea wasn’t the azure blue we expected, not the hotel’s fault. Very clean private beach though.
