The room was excellent value for money, we scored an upgrade to a deluxe room as it was mid-week and quiet. The manager/owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing missing from the room was a chair.

It was dirty flys in there bedding dirty staff was not professional all couldn’t get in the bathroom part at all had to use toilet down stairs

Feather pillows were a negative for us, Me an my partner just couldnt get comfy on them

Pay and display car park nearby but about £24 for 48 hours.

Room was way too small compared to the photos online , shower did not work , water stopped working while i was taking a shower

Water in shower was too weak then stopped working compleatly after 2 mins and i had to wash the soap out out of my eyes in the small sink with boiling water cause the cold was not not working too

The hot water was hit and miss sometimes the shower was hot and other times the water was lukewarm warm

Near train station, convenient if travelling by train, which we weren't. Great LBGT+ location.

Room we stayed in was a family room with 2 separate rooms across a corridor where the bathroom was. The main room which held one single and one double bed was dirty. The beds were slightly stained and some suspicious bugs jumped when we moved the blanket. The fridge was very dirty and surfaces covered in coffee rings from previous guests, there was also somethingsuspiciousin the draws or the bedside table. The room smelled strongly of weed which didn't go even after leaving the window open over night. Carpet was also very dirty. We didn't meet the host at all, although an angry person shouted at us through a ring door bell on arrival. The carparks nearby were very expensive and we needed to try 2 before we could pay to park (not the hotels fault, I know, but I don't think it should display as a hotel with parking as the parking isn't really close or convenient). If you are in the family room, the stairs are really steep. We all slept in the smaller room (4 or us in one double bed) for one night, as this room was at least clean. We left before our second night as the smell of weed and the dirty beds were a real put off. Shower was a tickle and only temperature was very hot- room was full of steam as there were no extractor fans there. We have stayed in much cheaper places, which we understand that the get what you pay for but this was not cheap and really left us disappointed

We got down graded from the king room to double and no refund... we got told that's all they got left... we booked this nearly a year ago so it was done well in advance... they messed up and we paid the price... this is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here... last year was fantastic hence booking it again this year but it had different owners... the room had drawings from a child on the walls and mould in shower... bits all over the carpet... last year was spot on... won't be coming back to this hotel next year

Great price, free upgrade as not too busy the weekend we stay, Host was very friendly and helpful. Great location, spacious room very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again 🙂

Sehr gute Lage, im “queeren” Viertel, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und vom Zentrum, auch das Meer und der Tower sind fusslaeufig zu erreichen.

Wir waren im obersten Stockwerk und hatten kaum Wasser zum Duschen.

For £80 a night,This is not a hotel, this is a house with rooms.you just got a room no breakfast.No wardrobe just coat hanger to hang on wall.If you wanted to sit down you had to sit on bed.Room didn't look like the photos.very over priced for only a room.

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated for Blackpool, really nice staff. Good location. Nice extras like toiletries and biscuits. Lovely fresh laundry.

We were in room 9, it is a small room which was alright for the price. Unfortunately the water in the room was not great, there appeared to be very little pressure on the cold water which made showering difficult. We complained ant the staff did offer that we could use another room but we did manage to use the shower but it wasn't ideal. Mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs. We advised of this in the morning and the staff took this on board so hopefully they can sort these problems.

Location was great. 2 min walk from the train station, 10 mins to the Tower. Very quiet (mid-week). Steve was in touch when we needed him and after a little colouring pen accident by my 5 year old, he was so helpful and understanding. It was a brilliant room with everything we needed for a cosy night! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking about staying if you value great service and lovely clean rooms.

We stayed on the top floor, we woke in the morning to no cold water in the bathroom tap and absolutely no pressure in the shower, just a trickle of boiling hot water, we were unable to shower. There was nobody present so I send a message to make them aware. I am more disappointed that dispute emailing the hotel to inform them of the water issues, I have not receive a response 3 days later. Very bad customer service.

We found it to be very clean, good value for money and spacious inside the bedrooms (we had the deluxe family room). Staff were welcoming & helpful on arrival.

There seemed to be an issue with the plumbing. In the sink we had to hold the tap down to turn it & get cold water. The shower was poor with water stopping & starting while we were in there / no cold water.

Host we amazing nothing was a problem. Love this hotel been many times and will most definitely return and recommend.

Good location. Only a short walk to prom,shopping centre and also Winter Gardens where we were attending a function. Not far from Tower too.

My wife is a cleaner and she wasnt impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet/shower room. More attention needed in there.

Ok hotel ,stayed here this weekend for last 3 years. Could do with better attention to cleaning in bathroom.

Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location ,lovely fresh bedding and extra large bed.

You could wright your name in the dust on the table and the bed side cabinets. Coffee n tea marks on the side ,fridge was switched off when we got there so wasn't cold. No hot water in the shower the next morning. Waiting outside for over 10mins to get to check inn. Rang the numbers provided but no answer, no curtains and the blinds wasnt the best to keep the light out.

The bathroom smelt really bad and was not clean to my standard there was a shower scrunchy left from the previous guest, the bed sheets had mould on and the skirting boards were thick with dust.

We have had nightmares Blackpool but finally we have now got a place we can stay every time we come.we loved everything the room was brilliant.And mark was so exceptional even down to where we parked my car.

Fabulous find. An exceedingly clean, modern and comfortable hotel, decorated and furnished to high standards. Couldn't fault it. Great location for train station and Winter Gardens. The manager was very friendly and, as the hotel don't serve breakfast, recommended a nearby cafe. So pleased to have found this hotel after a very bad experience elsewhere in Blackpool in November, and we will certainly stay here again.

Very modern, extremely clean, lots of nice toiletries, really good location, big bathroom, rooms are all different but ours was very spacious, comfy bed & the mini fridge was really useful. Really good value for money. Can't really rate staff as we only saw 1 man who let us in on the first night & didn't see anyone again.

Very hot in the room & we were unable to turn the heater off. However there was a fan in the wardrobe so that helped.

Everything was great

We received a very warm welcome . We were able to check in earlier than expected. The room was so much bigger than expected , we had two very chairs to sit in which were very comfortable nit just to tick a box for chairs in the room. A selection of hot drinks available

Location. Really comfy bed. Bathroom was huge. The receptionist was very helpful.

Heating controlled by the owners phone as we were unable to turn it on ourselves and in February you need heating as it was cold. The shower was not great. The shower head would not stay up and you had to remove it and shower yourself. The water pressure was quite poor too. Although the room had a mini fridge it was actually not cold.
