The room was No frills, but when you when you just need a place to drop your bags and sleep, this is a great option. Owners were very friendly, I really can't come up with any real complaints of serious nature. Good job guys!

The wall between my room and the room next to me was a bit thin so I could hear the person in the next room quite clearly. However, that's more of a nitpick rather than a serious complaint

We stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience. Check in started from 12pm, although we arrived at 2pm and were greeted by friendly, absolutely lovely owners who made us feel very welcome. The flowers in the front courtyard were a nice touch and the camera on the front door added a sense of security. Our room was tidy and cosy. The owners had kindly put up birthday banners for my friend before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra special. In the room we were provided with tea, coffee, Horlicks, mugs, a kettle, two glasses, a small bar of soap and a shampoo sachet, which was appreciated as well as a towel. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, a cooked breakfast, fruit teas and fresh juice. The B&B also has its own bar with what appeared to be a good range of drinks, although we didn't get the chance to use it during our stay. Overall the location was perfect for where we wanted to be, the hospitality was excellent and we felt it offered very good value for money. We would recommend it, especially for anyone looking for a friendly and reasonably priced place to stay in Blackpool for a night or two.

The room itself was on the smaller side and the view from the window wasn't great, but this wasn't something that bothered us as we knew what to expect when booking. The en-suite shower room was quite small and the shelving units were starting to come away from the wall, which could do with some attention. The only minor issue with breakfast was that the cranberry juice tasted fizzy.

We loved the welcome we got and the text message off the host to say our room was ready. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional 10/10, there was plenty of choice, the host came round offering more hot drinks or toast. Its literally a 5 minute walk from the train station. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay

We liked everything about the Garnett Hotel, Dean and Alan are realy freindly and helpful. The room were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was amazing 10 outa 10.

I was a few hours late thanks to travel issues beyond my control and the hosts were very understanding and even upgraded me to a double room with a fab double bed. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful, warm and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, everything cooked to your individual preferences.

Dean and Alan are always very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding with most options covered including fresh fruit. The location is perfect for Blackpool north train station and the town center.

Not en suite but only minor issue

Alan as usual, was a polite and helpful host . We discussed many subjects. He is very knowledgeable about what is going on in Blackpool and surrounding areas. The property is spotless with all the refinements usually reserved for much more expensive hotels. Dean provided a magnificent breakfast that truly set me up for the day.

The location is great for Centeral Blackpool. We had a room facing the street which was quiet. Other guests were also respectful to other guests.

The toilet doors only one shower in one room you can’t breathe when taking shower to much smoke gets caught door was confusing to lock room was quite small

Found the pillows not as comfortable this time, however, that is just my preference. My husband slept fine. Mattress also quite firm.

Location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. More than value for money!!!! I stayed for one night with breakfast in a single room and a shared toilet not ideal for some people but for me this wasn't an issue what so ever. The bed was confortable and the staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. Was a cheap night stay with an excellent breakfast. Thank you.

If i had to choose somthing would probably say the shared toilet but again this didn't really bother me to much.

Room sink was a bit grotty

The hotel is right next to the train station and a short Walk to the pier We called ahead and the owners were gracious enough to allow us to check in early so we could leave our bags and go explore. My son loved the Halloween decorations and they really went all out! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, we opted for a room with ensuite which was perfect. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely and a wide selection available As our train home was not until evening the owners gave us a spare key and allowed us to leave our case and bags which allowed us to enjoy another full day. My son has additional support needs and it's not always easy to find places that his needs and behaviours are tolerated and respected but I found the owners to be accepting and accompanying without having to explain which i was very thankful for He was given a small coffin of sweets which a month later he still uses and shows people so thank you!

The hotel bar wasn't open during our stay (it was a Tuesday night though so understandable) Lots of stairs 😂

The hotel room was great bed was very comfortable... wasn't a wardrobe in the room but was a selve with few hangers on to hang your clothes on. Dressing gown for when you went for a shower. The breakfast was fabulous plenty to pick from a great selection cooked breakfast was superb too..... coffee was top notch..... location of the hotel was ideal for what I was doing in blackpool..... The owners of the hotel were very friendly and great host's and if you wanted anything they helped...

The only things I didn't like was the i had to go out of my room to use a shared shower and toilet the shower was right outside my room but the toilet was up the next floor which was a pain if you wanted it at 3am...... also the key for the front door took me a good 5 minutes to get the door open which when you had few to many drinks it felt long time trying to get into the front door.

Location was not too far a walk from all the attractions, but also far enough away for it to be quiet at night. Got a full English for breakfast as well as fruit and cereal etc.
