Manque une information dans les chalets ou a l'accueil sur les équipémenus a notre disposition (piscine, sauna, salle de jeux...) Chalet n°35 : une baignoire sans pomme de douche dans la chambre à l'étage, pose problème...

Excellent location, near highway, close to Canmore and amazing view. Great updates inside the cottage, perfect for family with kids. Swimming pool, hot tub and game room were bonus.

Lovely views, good range of facilities, pool, hot tubs, sauna etc. Spacious chalet. Could part next to the chalet.

Male receptionist was very curt when we arrived, not the usual friendly Canadian welcome! Chalet was bit tired. Very uncomfortable creaky sofa bed, and no duvet provided for it only sheets and a thin blanket. Stuffy, warm environments in chalet. Needs Aircon. Overall did not feel good value. For money

A rustic, yet very clean cabin with a great deck and stunning view. We enjoyed our bbq dinners on the deck, playing board games, the pickleball court. It was a breath of fresh air staying here. No a/c initially scared the kids but the cool mountain air at night was magical.

The deck size was great but the railing was a bit loose and we did get quite a few splinters.

The views were absolutely stunning, and the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The lodge is cosy and well-equipped with everything you need. A great spot for a peaceful break with visiting family.

No Air Conditioning, and the rooms get pretty hot on warmer summer days. Several electric fans were provided, as well as a ceiling fan in the upstairs room, which made sleeping more comfortable.

Dry old and outdated and that was one of the updated ones. Very dusty needs a lot of attention

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We really appreciated that the cabin was wheelchair accessible and that one of the bedrooms was also located on the first floor, which was very convenient. The BBQ area on the terrace was also a great feature and we really enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool one evening because it was being cleaned, but this did not affect our vacation at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back!

Die Häuser waren rustikal eingerichtet aber sehr gemütlich. Alkes war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Uns hat die abgelegene und ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen.

Es gab auf den Terrassen leider keinen Sonnenschutz. Bei fast 30 Grad und praller Sonne war es dort leider unerträglich heiß.

The house and the environment are very charming. The resort has many entertainment options for families, such as game room, swimming pool, outdoor park… there is also a coin laundry which is greatly appreciated. The receptionist in the evenings was very nice.

The barbecue of the house was quite dirty. The common spaces such as the game room, close quite soon. The nearest supermarket or coffee shop was 5 min drive away. But other than that, we loved the place and we would definitively stay there again.

Friendly staff, who accomodated earlier check in.. The many things we could do at the resort ,swimming pool , hot tub, games room, video rentals etc.

The pullout sofa in the living room could use a thicker mattress if possible.

It was a very nice and peaceful stay.

Malgré le prêt de ventilateurs, en cas de forte chaleurs la température monte fortement dans la maison et cela devient très inconfortable. Un besoin de réfection...

Está a las afueras de canmore lo que nosotros valoramos mucho para estar cerca pero en un lugar idílico. Unas vistas muy bonitas, en plena naturaleza. Casa equipada y destaco la limpieza de la casa. Además con piscina y actividades de juegos para niños.

We loved the location (about 10 mins outside Canmore) but others may find that being at one end of the Rockies corridor results in a lot of driving.

Un beau chalet avec de beaux espaces. Cuisine parfaitement équipée. Nous avons eu une belle vue sur la montagne sans trop de vis-à-vis. Le calme des lieux. Facilité du check in et out. Espace piscine / jacuzzi sympa.

Emplacement légèrement en retrait du coeur du parc de Banff. Certains chalets peuvent avoir une vue bouchée. Comptez environ 85€ la nuitée par personne, donc un budget conséquent.

L'emplacement dans la montagne, la grande taille du logement, la qualité de la literie, la terrasse privative avec notre propre barbecue et la piscine!

Good location, very clean, big bedrooms, floor fans (no a/c), full kitchen, laundry building nearby, quiet, cedar wood smell, parking spot, big patio and bbq. Pool, outside games, movie/book/game library and game room - but we did not use.

Property is and looks old. It is in need of updating and fresh paint. So much potential here! Because it was so clean I would consider staying in the off season when prices are much lower. The sliding door didn't lock at all and a gust of wind blew down a sheet of wood from the roof's underside.

The chalet was very spacious. There’s a scenic atmosphere with great views of the mountains.

For the price we paid the shallots are not modern and maintain enough. Also, the pool which is relatively large is pretty dated if maternity is not critical for you then you love it. We like modern places so it wasn’t great but it was decent.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage, etwas abseits der sonst sehr lebendigen Gegend. Canmore ist mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet.

Nichts. Das nächste Mal würden wir länger bleiben.

Schöne Hütte mit guter Zimmeraufteilung und sehr guter Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Ein Resort mit ganz vielen Möglichkeiten (wir waren zu kurz dort, um alles nutzen zu können). Lagerfeuerplatz hat meine Kinder sehr glücklich gemacht. Würstchen und Smores. Danke! Kamin auf Kmopfdruck ist auch was Feines :-)

Ich fände es besser, Autos nicht permanent vor den Hütten zu parken. Das Auto des Nachbarn vor der Terrasse ist nicht so toll. Und mir fehlte eine Liege oä auf dem.sonst sehr großzügigen Balkon.

It was slightly uncomfortable for a party of 3+3, because there are only two bedrooms. But they helped as they could providing an extra bedspread.

Coming from Europe it's unusual to have to have all kitchenware like breakfast bowls etc clean and put away and to check bout by 10am

Great property but my computer was stolen . Makes me upset that a great old rustic facility that touched out hearts to the years of living our childhood ended so badly

Amazing hotel, I recommend it 100% if you can afford it!

The property was located close enough to Canmore that it was easy to order food or just grab quick stuff. It was close to trails and had amazing views. The cottage was of good size for 4 adults and two kids. The kitchen had all appliances and was clean.

The indoor hot tub/jacuzzi was not as clean as expected.

The location, view, and staff were amazing! Our cabin had everything we needed.

Everything was great. The outdoor hot tub area could use some TLC. It looks like that process may be already starting though.

Hele mooie grote complete huisjes, groot genoeg, alles erop en eraan, comfortabel , interieur verouderd maar schoon en alles doet het gewoon, buitenwerk heeft wel aandacht nodig, jammer dat het achterstallig is want het is een schitterende lokatie en park.

Locatie heel rustig, wel wat verder van "de bewoonde wereld", dus voor het bezoeken van de high-lites in deze regio rij je vaak hetzelfde stuk. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien.

- It’s very clean and it’s a wooden cabin which is very unique. - The Mountain View was amazing and at a perfect angle. - It also has a spacious public area in the main lodge where I can walk my baby indoor. - It’s located at an isolated place that is close to the nature - we saw two deers walking in front of us and we also did star gazing. - I also like that it offers lots of kitchenware and equipments which is super family friendly and convenient. - It has a sofa bed in the living room which can hold two people. - The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

- It doesn’t have an effective cooling system and can be very hot on the second floor, just like many old houses. - The furniture isn’t maintained very well but in an ok condition. The second floor faucet was broken on the cap but still usable. - It can be hard to ask for assistance after-hour. We came at around midnight and it took us a while to find where the main lodge was as we were surrounded by cabins. Also, we requested a crib but it wasn’t there. The main lodge was closed and no one was there to help us. The crib was brought to us the next morning.

I feel like it wasn’t properly advertised, the outdoor hot tub was dirty, we didn’t use it, and we weren’t able to use our own jet tub because the jets weren’t working

The view of the mountains was spectacular! The location was perfect in the forest with wildlife around. the king size bed was very comfortable, LOVED the loft!! With spectacular mountain views evert where you looked. The fire added warm coziness on the chilly times of the day

I loved how peaceful and quiet the cabin was, also the view of the mountains were beautiful. We ended up seeing a black bear beside the cabin next to us, which was a bonus!

I wish the pool and outdoor hot tub was open later and also the faucet in one of the bathrooms kept falling off.

That was awesome. We spent an amazing 14 days. Quiet and scenic place. The accommodation was quiet and warm despite the fact that there was -28C outside. Even though there was a short hot-water supply issue that was resolved urgently. To be honest, I was really surprised when I had not made it from reception to the cottage when the facility manager arrived to sort out the problem. The inconvenience was sorted in two hours - commendable service. I would definitely recommend that place.

We stayed for two weeks. I would highly appreciate it if there were a provision for additional midstay cottage cleaning (for an additional charge, for example) or if that option could be proposed during the booking stage.

Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Great view of the mountains, Swimming pool which was a big deal for the kids, I highly recommend it.

Everything, it is our family’s favourite place and they have excellent service and beautiful accommodations and great amenities!

Old buildings need some maintenance, an annoying smoke alarm was came on infrequently, two of the four oven burners did not work, carpet had big wrinkles to trip over.

I liked the location, the nature is very beautiful, everything you need is in the kitchen, it's clean!

While the beds and bedding were super comfortable, the upstairs mattress was a bit sunken in/leaning down from middle to head, could do with a rotate to level out the mattress. Did not affect the comfort or our sleep.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time at these cabins. We had stunning mountain views. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a few days' stay. The pool and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi were a great bonus. We are very happy to have visited here and will return to this amazing place again and again!
