The location and room size

Old furnitures, there is no box for shower and still in an old tube with shower, what is terrible to get in and spread water in the whole bathroom. Overpriced for the facilities that it has.

We stayed for one night. They stay was comfortable, close to the places we wanted to visit and had stunning views of the mountains.

The hot tub was too hot. The rooms were a little dated and run down although it suited the purpose of our stay.😊

The girl at the desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a two room apartment which was a vast improvement over room 108. The location is good but almost everything else was very disappointing considering the price we paid.

Initially, we were put into room 108. It was quite shocking. The overall appearance was shabby and the furniture was very old. The mattress was too soft, the bathtub was rusty and there was hardly any room to move. I really wonder when, if ever, removations have been done on this hotel. The condition of out upgraded room was better but still not value for the $500 per night we spent. The outdoor rugs are badly stained, the mattress there was too soft, the whole place, even reception felt very cheap and shabby - all in all, very disappointing.

We loved the view from our room, the hot tub (great for relaxing sore muscles after hiking), the cleanliness and staff were friendly.

The facilities are a little dated.

A top-notch hotel; the staff were very kind, polite, and attentive. We spent four days here, and everything was excellent. The room was clean, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials—such as shampoo, soap.The view from the room was directly of the mountains, which was very beautiful. The hotel gifted a bottle of wine for my daughter's 21st birthday. There is also a kitchen where you can cook your own meals and store food in the refrigerator.Our family of four really enjoyed everything.

Location in Canmore meant less crowded than Banff, yet close enough to all the hikes and activities we had planned. We enjoyed the kitchenette, larger refrigerator than in a hotel room, living room. We also took advantage of the guest laundry room.

De ligging voor met name een uitstapje naar Calgary maar ook dichterbij naar Banff. We hadden alleen bij de receptie met personeel te maken en dat was goed. Bedden waren redelijk te noemen. Auto direct naast het appartement.

Great location, only 20 minutes into Banff

The room was extremely dirty!! Bed sheets were unclean, the bath tub looked like there was a dog in it and it hadn’t been cleaned. The floors were extremely dirty, covered in a dusty silt! Not nice at all! Also….bugs!! There were multiple small beetles in the room!!

A 50 minuti d'auto da Lake Louise.

Struttura molto vecchia e trasandata. La camera è piccola e datata. La piscina riscaldata è poco più di una vasca da bagno. Clima anch'esso degli anni 70 rumorosissimo (l'abbiamo spento ma sentivamo quello dei vicini). Mi hanno addebitato 100$ di cauzione sulla cc e ancora non me li hanno resi.

L’emplacement et le parking sont des points fort de l’établissement. La personne de l’accueil à l’arrivée s’est montré aimable et disponible. J’ai trouvé appréciable le fait que du café soit à disposition à la réception le matin de mon départ vers 06h00.

Quelques points négatifs sur la décoration un peu trop « vintage » voir « vétuste » à mon goût. Certains éléments sont en mauvais états et un rafraîchissement général serait le bienvenu. Le prix est assez élevé pour mon ressenti.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Hwy1. Ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Trotz Highwaynähe relativ ruhig, wenn man keine Nachbarn oben drüber hat, die noch spät Möbel rücken.

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Die Küchenschränke klebten. Die Kühlgefrierkombintion erschien neu. Die Ränder der alten war noch zu sehen. Die Verkleidung im Bad viel halb ab und war staubig.

We stayed for 3 nights, and it wasn’t bad.

There wan no breakfast included, i cooked my foods. There are cooking utensils. The location in canmore is exellent a lot of tourists attractions and a bit cheaper than banff.

There is a free barbecue but didn’t happen during our 5 days stay. We are hoping for it you know very tired everyday from hiking.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Staff was friendly.

The property is in need of updating and refreshing. The air conditioner located in the bedroom was not enough too keep the whole place cool. It was warm when we were there and we couldn’t keep the windows open due to smoke in the area and being on the first floor. Water kettle needs a good cleaning, it has mineral deposits in it.

Super nice people but you may as well spend the extra money for central air, safe, 2 beds, and 24 hour amenities. The place is as described, but, if you are going to bleed money in Banff, I would upgrade. The room was adequate and probably fairly priced, but I would opt for more modern comforts for a little more money. At the same time, I would stay here again.

Bagno un po' sacrificato rispetto alla dimensione della stanza, cuscini molto morbidi. La sauna andrebbe ristrutturata: la porta non chiude bene e la temperatura massima che ho visto in quattro giorni era 56°

Clean and comfortable with enough room for our group. Housekeeping came every day. The location is easy to get to and there are restaurants and shops close by.

The loft has a ceiling fan and AC in the but nothing in the bedroom. The trains are too loud to leave the window open at night so the bedroom was very hot and stuffy. There was a different coffee pot in the coffee maker which wasn’t tall enough to push the button that releases the liquid from the strainer so the coffee just built up in the strainer. It was disappointing not being able to make tea or coffee in our room. The fridge worked but the liner on the door wasn’t sealed and flapped when you opened the door, and every bar on the door slots was missing so you couldn’t store anything in the door.

Il faudrait changer quelques ustensiles de cuisine (poêle), manque de rideaux pour la chambre en mezzanine, table bancale. Cher pour le confort disponible et comparativement à une autre station de ski réputée l’écart est surprenant.

The property is very old and run down, would need major renovation. It was not very clean either. All in all we felt quite uncomfortable in our room. Zero value for money.

There were only one washing machine and dryer for guests to use so we had to wait for long time and also they aren't really well functioning so we had to use it twice to make sure our clothes are dry

Zimmer und Ausstattung sind sehr abgewohnt, veraltete Küchengeräte und Utensilien, teilweise beschädigte Einrichtung (Heizung im Bad, Klimaanlage)

Etwas älter aber sauber und groß.

Klima und Ventilator nur im oberen Schlafzimmer. Unten sehr warm zum schlafen. Recht laut durch Hauptstraße und Zug.

We liked the location and having a kitchen in the accommodation.

We didn't like the carpet in the room; it was very dirty. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart. There are no blackout curtains, so in the summer it gets light at 5 am and dark at 10 pm. The train passes very close and is very noisy. The price in July was very expensive for what the hotel offers.

Il y a 3 ans j'étais à coté au Northwinds et pour le même prix la qualité de la chambre était supérieur. Je croyais avoir cela cette année car je n'ai pas été en mesure de réserver le Northwinds. Mais très décevant. Il y avait aussi des fourmis dans la chambre.

Lodge liegt am relativen Stadtrand, gut zu erreichen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unterkunft ist ihren hohen Preis nicht wert. Billigste Holztüren, dadurch sehr hellhörig. Bad scheint seit Jahrzehnten nicht renoviert und in einem schlechten Zustand (Fotos). Verkabelung, speziell zum Fernseher amateurhaft.

Good location , much preferred staying in Canmore and not Banff. It was clean with a spacious kitchen/dinner, bathroom good shower, and good size bedroom. Amazing views of the Rocky’s from all rooms. Kitchen equipped with fridge freezer , oven , microwave , cutlery crockery and basic cooking pots frying pan. Windows and patio doors had mosquito screens, which were needed as lots of bugs around. Easy access to Canmore for shops, provisions and a good selection of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything else. Compared to Banff or other accomodation options in the area it was a bit cheaper. However, I'd absolutely recommend paying a bit more and staying somewhere else. There was literally layers of dust on the carpet on the stairs. And it was tiiiiiiiny. Much smaller than the photos suggest (especially for the living/dining). We stayed in summer and the aircon upstairs was on full blast constantly, so loud and blowing dust out. Unfortunately, it was about a thousand degrees downstairs, and the main bedroom downstairs had zero airflow. Bathroom fixtures are broken and airplane bathrooms are bigger. The beds however, were reasonably comfy! All up, pay the extra money and stay elsewhere.

The bathroom had black mould in the ceiling , event after they replaced the ceiling tile , something was till dripping and making ceiling wet , the pullout bed was so old and the mattress was dirty and had a lot of crumbs and leftover food in it , sleep was ok but the mates was indented in the middle , TV was broken

AC is a big problem, it was heating and cooling intermitently which disturbed our sleep. They should put a new AC.

We enjoyed the views of the mountains and the opening from our room to a small garden. The location was near enough to town without getting the traffic and considering the prices at this time of year, this provided great value for money.

Eigentlich für Größe und Einrichtung zu teuer, für Canmore in der Hauptsaison aber eine vergleichsweise günstige Unterkunft.

The laundry facilities were not in working order.

Great location. The 3 bus to Banff stops across the street. Easy walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Our loft suite was spacious and comfortable

The bathroom smelled like years-old cigarette smoke, like it had permeated the tile grout or the ceiling panels. The loft had no way to reduce light through the windows, which made it tough to sleep past the 5:30 sunrise.

Praktische Unterkunft für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Zentrum ca. 1km entfernt. Zimmer ausreichend groß mit 2 großen Betten und Kühlschrank. Ausreichend Parkplätze im Innenhof sowie Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Rasen. Indoor-Pool vorhanden, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. An der Rezeption bekam man kostenlos Kaffee und Zitronenwasser. Nettes Personal.

Für die einfache Ausstattung sehr teuer (Nähe zu Banff...). Gleich am ersten Abend haben wir es ohne größere Umstände geschafft, dass die Sicherung rausflog. Irgendwas stimmte auch mit der Toilette nicht - das Wasser darin war zeitweise offenbar richtig heiß, denn die WC-Brille war es dann auch und das Wasser kondensierte von innen am WC-Deckel.

I liked the location and daily housekeeping.

Everything- that includes non operational AC, weird smell in the room. We had to keep the windows open all night to get decent sleep since it was always warm in the rooms. Not sure how they run this place in actual summer temperatures. Biggest disappointment is the price I paid for such place.

We had Room 218, which is one of the queen studio rooms. It had a small kitchen, however we opted to go out for dinner. The room in particular was great for not only having a pet but also traveling with a truck and trailer. It had a more private feel, completely detached from the rest of the lodge. We had a separate, spacious area that we could walk our dog and park the trailer. The best part is that it was so secluded that we felt comfortable dropping the trailer to explore a little bit! It was a very scenic and walkable area from the resort which was a benefit. We saw many people walking with luggage around Canmore, so we felt grateful to have parking right at the resort and be able to store it there while we explored the area.

I wish there was breakfast on property. In our room in particular, there was very limited seating. We would have loved a small couch or futon. We were told via message through Booking.com that our dog would have a water bowl, bed, and other supplies available. None of that was provided. Although it was pricy, I would stay there again.

桌子上有一个盒子，我伸手去拿结果上面有虫子，咬了我的手指很疼 房间的被子有一个很大的污点，像血渍 另外洗发水太差了，洗完头发头皮是黏腻的，我不得已又去超市买了新的洗发水。

It was close to everything and we could walk to whatever we needed. The view was amazing to wake up to every morning. And great view while relaxing in hot tub at night!! Couldn’t ask for anything more:)

Great place to chill for 3 nights after arriving in Canada. Clean, quiet and close to town. Enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi. Lovely to see elk and gophers on the grass opposite our room.
