الفندق قديم جداً لم يتم صبغ الغرفة بعد ازالة ورق الجدران بحيث تنظر الى المادة اللاصقة على الجدران اثاث قديم جدا في الغرفة و كذلك دورة المياه اثناء اقامتي كان يوم ممطر فحدث خرير من السقف في غرفتي و تم حل المشكلة لاحقاً

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026I didn’t book the room with breakfast but the included evening happy hour with appetizers, cocktails, beer and wine was a real treat. The room, bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable.The airport shuttle is not a dedicated bus but one that picks up at the hotel along with other stops. It no longer runs all day but stops only at 9:35 and 10:35 and takes 1.5 hours to get to the airport.
Adjust hours for evening happy hour and shuttle in the description when they change.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Nice view from our room and it was spacious. Staff helpful and when we moved rooms kindly took our bags up to the new room. The afternoon and evening drinks free of charge in the restaurant area is a real bonus. Walkable from the station and more central areas of Sapporo.
The room was quite dated in terms of furnishings and bathroom. For a hotel this size felt like it lacked facilities like a gym.

LIVEで宿泊でしたが０時頃のチェックインの手続きだったので、結構待たされました。 荷物を預けに15時前に立ち寄りましたのでその時手続きだけでもしてくれたら、待たずにお部屋に入れたかも。

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026ホテルが大きく造りもゴージャス。部屋はキングベットの部屋で一人にはとても広く、日常を忘れてゆったりと過ごすことが出来た。 レストランの朝食は素晴らしかった。 毎朝いただいたのはデトックスウォーターととても立派な大きさのスモークサーモン(流石北海道)そしてご飯が美味しくいただけた肉豆腐、連日はなかったが熱々のちまき、デザートでは季節メニューのいちごのタルト、コーヒーも毎朝二杯いただいた。夜には無料でアルコールなどがいただける場所にもなっていて、お子さんから年配者、お酒が飲めない方にも楽しめるラインナップになっていて とても良いなぁと思った。とにかく天井が高くガラス窓もあいまって閉塞感が皆無。気持ち良い空間での飲食は毎回楽しみであった。 忘れてはいけないのは１階のショップ。ホテル内で必要な飲み物やおつまみ、お菓子、アイスもあり、北海道の作家さんの品物が沢山置いてあったり。とても広い店内でワクワク感が止まらなかった。スタッフの方のとても丁寧で温かな接客には心から感謝。 フロントのスタッフ皆さんも親しみやすく品があってとても好感が持てた。 三泊四日の一人旅、大変お世話になりました。
中心部から離れているので静かではあるが、周りにお店が少なかった事くらい。 コンビニ(ファミマ)が歩いてすぐの所に一軒あり。

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Great location in central Sapporo and easy walk or taxi ride to the station. We appreciated the amazing views from our room. As a family of 4, the room was very tight with four beds and one bathroom, and would recommend booking separate rooms if available. The staff were so helpful, including giving us great local restaurant recommendations, and assisting by calling the local bus company after we had to change our travel plans due to the earthquake. Thank you for a lovely stay, Sapporo was fantastic and we will be back.
Recommend separate rooms for family stays.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Service is very good! Whenever we called for extra tissue papers or tea spoon we will get it within 5 mins. They have free drinks and snacks at 3 pm and 9 pm. The folding bed is very comfortable too. Bus to New Chitose only served in the morning (last ride at 10.30 am).
Restaurant only serves breakfast. During lunch and dinner the restaurant is closed.

The room was very hot and we found it cooler in the hall way. When I spoke to them they said it was central heating. I tried to adjust the thermostat in the room but it did not work.

最初の部屋は朝から お風呂のお湯でないで 修理にかなりかかり 結局治らず お風呂だけ隣 無駄な時間と 間に合うかドキドキでした。 お値段高いのに最悪 2回目はスタッフの対応最低 ペイペイなので どうしてほしいかと強いの発現 こちらは 紙がないのできいているのに お客様に向って切れる態度 お値段高いわりには粗末なスタッフでした。 もう二度と泊まりたくないです。

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025以日本來說，這飯店的房間超級大，價格也很便宜，每天還有兩個時段的點心時間，提供點心飲料跟酒類飲品暢飲，週邊距離路面電車跟地鐵約2~300公尺而已！就算是從札幌車站搭車到飯店也大概是1000yen上下，週邊也有全家、Lawson、7-11。

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025朝食 満遍なく、品数がありました。なんでも普通に美味しかったです。パンケーキ、エッグベネディクトはとても美味しかったです。 夜のラウンジでの飲み物、おつまみが無料で楽しめるのもよかったです。
やはり古い。ただそれだけにつきます。カーペットも綺麗に掃除してあるのでしょうが、古いのでなんとなく気持ちが悪い。
