the apartment was small. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. I guess that was because of poor ventilation. The location was a bit far from center and historical parts of the town.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The breakfast was good and cappuccino from the coffee machine was the best you could get in the city. Room was clean, location was really good. Staff was nice and helpful. I think this hotel is really good value for money.
There is no air conditioning, can be a problem in hot summer.

El desayuno estaba muy completo, el personal del hotel siempre estuvo a nuestra disposición, fueron muy amables, cada vez que volvíamos al hotel después de un día largo nos regalaban una botella de agua. Lo recomendamos sin dudarlo y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The staff were extremely nice, polite, and helpful — definitely a 10/10 in that regard. The rooms were clean and relatively well-equipped. Overall, a nice and comfortable place for a short stay.
The only downside is that the rooms lack air conditioning. During the summer, especially since the rooms are quite small, it can get very stuffy and uncomfortably hot. :(

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, a 2 cuadras esta la estación del metro con la linea qué conecta con casi todos los sitios turísticos y el personal es muy muy amable.
La habitación es pequeña y no tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que mi estadia en pleno verano es un poco calurosa (nota: en la noche no tuve problemas con eso).

Le stanze sono piccole ma hanno tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Unica nota mancava l’aria condizionata e in questi giorni di grande caldo si soffriva un po’. Ci hanno comunque fornito un ventilatore che dava un minimo di piacere

Pokój jest czysty i ma wystarczające wyposażenie, jedynie łazienka mogłaby być nieco większa. Ładna przestrzeń jadalniana i smaczne śniadania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – blisko do metra, w pobliżu są sklepy i kawiarnie/restauracje, można się też przespacerować do centrum.
Przy wysokich temperaturach w pokoju bywa gorąco, ale wiatrak nieco ratuje sytuację.

Ottime la pulizia e la centralità. Comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il check out.
L'ascensore che non arriva al livello delle camere.

Malgré la canicule, notre séjour est resté très confortable (bouteilles d'eau gratuites, ventilateur puissant et silencieux dans la chambre). Très bon petit déjeuner. L'emplacement près du métro de la Place d'Italie permet de se déplacer facilement dans Paris et de rejoindre les gares et les aéroports.
Il manquerait juste un mini frigo dans la chambre.

En général me gustó todo, sólo un detalle que en estas olas de calor se echa en falta, no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque había ventilador en la habitación. Van a hacer obras y lo van a renovar, así que supongo que luego ya lo tendrá. Pero es sólo un comentario, porque el ventilador se agradecía. Aún así, el hotel me gustó mucho y en mi próximo viaje a París repetiré.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Frühstück war gut. Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst, Die Lage war sehr gut. Nahe der Metro. Das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt war das Zimmer für 2 Personen schon sehr eng. Insbesondere der Platz im Badezimmer zwischen Toilette und Dusche ist viel zu eng. Des Weiteren fehlt ein Fenster bzw. eine Klimaanlage im Bad. Wir hatten teilweise über 30 grad Hitze an den Tagen.

Es war sehr laut und hellhörig, die Tür hatte unten einen Spalt sodass man um egal welche Uhrzeit alles mitgekriegt hat, Licht im Flur, Gäste gekommen gegangen, alles. Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen warum man die Tür nicht bis zum Boden hat.

Reinigungspersonal etwas Katastrophe Musste einmal in der Rezeption Handtücher holen alte hatte Reinicung mitgenommen aber keine neuen hinterlassen. 2 mal zur Rezeption um Toilettenpapier zu holen Ersatzrolle hinstellen erfordert wohl zuviel Arbeit.

The only downside is if you are tall the toilet is quite close to the shower but it’s not a huge issue for most people.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen da es in der Nähe einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt,viele Restaurants und vorallem mehrere Bus und Metrolinien, von wo aus man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
Der Aufzug war sehr klein und er hält zwischen den Etagen. Mit Koffer passt nur eine Person rein.

Il se trouve a 300 mètres depuis place d'Italie, ou vous retrouverez la ligne 7 de la metro. Merci! Perfetto. Pulito. Staff accogliente colazione ricca. Si trova a 300 MT da Place d'italie, dove c'è la linea 7 della metro

La chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos présentées sur Booking : elle était beaucoup plus petite que ce à quoi nous nous attendions et assez sobre dans son aménagement. Nous avons également été gênés par l’isolation phonique, les murs étant très fins et laissant passer les bruits des chambres voisines ainsi que du couloir. Enfin, lors de notre arrivée tardive (après minuit), le réceptionniste était très bavard. Bien que la conversation soit restée cordiale, nous étions fatigués par le voyage et aurions préféré pouvoir rejoindre notre chambre plus rapidement.

Les équipements sont bien conçus, le lit est confortable. Petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct dans la salle du bas. Dans l'ensemble, un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour Paris.
C'est Paris, c'est (très) petit... Chambres pas idéalement isolées phoniquement du couloir, donc le confort dépend aussi des voisins et de leur savoir-vivre (dont l'hôtel n'est pas entièrement responsable.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mit einer guten Metro Anbindung. Das Hotelpersonal ist super lieb und spricht auch Englisch. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe, sind sauber und man hat die Möglichkeit sich Tee/Kaffee zuzubereiten. Und aufgrund der heißen Temperaturen wurde sogar ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. Das Frühstück fand ich auch super. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

備え付けのタオルが大きすぎた、フェイスタオルサイズの小さめのを持参した方が良かった。

Reviewed May 19, 2026Gostamos muito do hotel, viajei com minha esposa. Recepção muito prestativa e o melhor, hotel fica a 200 metros das linhas de metrô, então embora não esteja ao lado das estações turísticas vc consegue chegar em melhor de 30 min em diversos locais. Na proximidade do hotel encontramos muitos restaurantes, cafés e bares Recomendo!

Reviewed May 18, 2026Pokój przytulny, niewielki, ale było w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Hotel bardzo blisko metra. W pobliżu wiele knajpek, Mc Donalds, KFC, sklep. Naprawdę bardzo fajna lokalizacja.
Ubogie śniadania, w tej cenie mógłby być ciut większy wybór. Ale no głodnym się nie wychodzi.

Biancheria da letto non del tutto pulita, stanza molto piccola con la moquette, colazione basica.
