THE 1O1 Bali Oasis Sanur

Breakfast was great, so many options. Loved the pool and room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Rooms not sound proof, a little noisy going to sleep at night.

The breakfast and servicing of room was on point.

The lagoon pool needed another few ladders to access the pools more safely. Havign to step down quite far, can cuase injuried to older customers.

Our room had direct access to the pool. This was the best part Location is central though not beachfront they have a designated space by the beach with chairs towels etc. Close to stores n many restaurants nearby to choose from

Not very clean. The staff clean the rooms everyday but they don’t really scrub the nooks and crannies esp in the bathroom /showwr area

Although we didn’t use the lagoon pool, it looked clean. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were comfortable.

The noise by our room was very loud and disturbing. I think we were by a bike park.

De locatie in het centrum is prima. Op loopafstand van het strand met eigen strandbedden. Zwembad grenzend aan het terras van de kamer. Het uitgebreide ontbijt.

De aico op onze kamer werkte niet goed.

Veel trappen lopen. Als je niet zo mobiel bent dan is dit toch wel vermoeiend. Er is een lift aanwezig en ook pad voor rolstoel, kinderwagens. Bij het boeken was dit niet duidelijk vermeld.

Wir hatten ein Pool Access Zimmer. 1105. Es lag in einer Ecke an 2 hohen Wänden. Es war sehr dunkel und wir hatten nie Sonne. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man Barfuß durch das Zimmer läuft hat man anschließend schwarze Füße. Das Bett sowie die Klamotten im Zimmer waren immer feucht. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes sodass wir trotz Buchung außerhalb gefrühstückt haben.

We had a room with a bed that made noises every time you turned and it was right next to the alley with early noises that woke us up! It was for my husbands 70th birthday so we were disappointed.

I expected a nice and more modern room and also a different part of the hotel.

Loved Ivan the terrible at reception very very awesome guy nothing was a problem managed to organise an extra bed for us to have my sister stay with us which was very lovely. Also said she could have free breakfast . He is a true asset to this hotel by far one of the best staff I’ve ever dealt with in Bali . Loved him 5 stars out of 5 for sure

Didn’t like that the hotel wouldn’t let me change a note of staying due to flight cancellation. But them the breaks I guess.

The location is excellent, an easy walk to the beach and restaurants Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is nice would differently stay here again.

Our room was beautifully maintained, felt like a home away from home. The staff were unbelievable- treated us as royalty!

No downsides to this property!

This was our 3rd time staying here as a family of 3 with a 7 year old. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful you have a great experience as soon as you get there, Uma and Gede greet you with the warmest welcome. Everyday they help you with anything you need. At the pool Bagus is warm and welcoming he helps you with any food or drinks, cocktails you need! along with the towels, with a great sense of humour making your time more fun. Ayu is always at breakfast helping with any of your needs especially coffee. She is fabulous at remembering your order. Overall all of the staff we saw and met gave an exceptional service above and beyond. From security to housekeeping everyone made an effort to make you feel warm and welcome. The rooms this time have drawers added which was a much needed addition to the rooms, there are also cushions on the balcony to sit more comfortably which was a new addition from the last time we stayed. One thing we noticed this time is there could be more sun lounges added on both sides of the pools as they tend to get taken very fast with many people leaving towels there so they don’t get used by others.

The hot selection of food at the buffet breakfast needs a bit of improvement. Possibly a bigger selection.

de locatie in Sanur was fijn. Wel aan de drukke weg maar alle voorzieningen zoals winkels en restaurantjes dichtbij. het strand was op 5 a 10 minuten afstand (en niet heuvel op).

Mijn vrouw en ik zijn beiden ziek geworden van, waarschijnlijk, een niet goed gegaarde omelet bij het ontbijt in het hotel (onze kinderen had deze niet gehad en ook niet ziek geworden). Dat heeft toch beetje die laatste avond verpest (en de volgende dag onderweg naar onze nieuwe locatie).

Établissement extrêmement bruyant, surtout la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Difficile de dormir. Prix relativement cher.

Nice looking pools, great breakfast, staff very friendly & helpful & dining area substantial. Hotel in a good area of Sanur.

First night we had 2 singles joined together which were uncomfortable & old with mold on the numerous mattress protectors. Room was very musty. Moved rooms for the next night which was even more musty. Woken at 11:30 pm by the noise from the aircon & was spitting out water. Maintenance came to fix it. Next night, same time, same thing but this time it was spitting out ice. Moved rooms late but woken later with water pouring out of aircon & it stoppes. Moved back to original room with no aircon & had to sleep with doors open. Spoke to staff after a sleepless night but couldnt give a refund for that night. I feel the management & owners are more concerned about profit than the care & safety of patrons. The staff were very appologetic but this ruined the last few days of our 1 month Bali holiday. Dissappointing end especially as it wasnt cheap.

Great location, close to a vibrant street, nearby the beach and only 10mn away from icon mall by foot. The pools are big and the breakfast delicious.

This is not the most recent building, so the bedroom was a bit outdated.

We didn’t stay long unfortunately but rooms were great, pool looked amazing, breaky was delicious

Удобное расположение. Не далеко от пляжа. Есть собственная зона до которой от силы 7 минут пешком. Большой бассейн с удобными лежаками. Исключительно приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки, по вечерам в ресторане иногда играла живая музыка. В номере чисто и все работало отлично. Нам очень понравилось

Если постараться, то можно придраться к не очень удобному положению окон на первом этаже. Лежаки, если они не ваши, всегда смотрят в окна поэтому если хочется приватности, надо закрываться. Все остальное было на высшем уровне

Location is close to shops with many food options. Food at the hotel is delicious. The staff at the hotel is fabulous!

The towels are old and at times looks dirty. It’s more suited for rags. We stayed 4 nights and 2 nights we had cool showers. We asked to fix the first night so we can have a warm shower and the night after same issue. We were very disappointed with this.

Great hotel in super location

The property was very well positioned. Short walk to beach. 101 Oasis had its own section of beach but unfortunately no wifi. The room was comfortable. The only negative was noise from rooms next door and out in corridors
