Bathroom smelly, not enough layouts around the pool

Location was great, right on jalan danau. Housekeeping staff is very friendly, and the doctor in house can be very convenient as my children got really sick here.

Resort is not very suitable for families with children. No facilities, not a nice pool area for kids and very cold water. Many eldery people just sunbathing. Rooms very old, paint keeps falling off the railing from the balcony and walls. Children had old paint on their bodies. They keep painting walls to cover the mould which is really bad. Food is not great and expensive.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good and a huge selection. Nice hot shower.

It is a bit dated. The rooms need a refresh. Mine smelt like mould and needed a repaint badly.

Remove glass panel between toilet and shower as toilet section was way to tight.

Central Sanur location, outstanding pool, great breakfast service, a good spread of sun beds with umbrellas at the beach only a short walk or complimentary buggy ride away, incredibly happy and helpful staff.

The property is a little tired around the edges but not a problem for our stay.

Central gelegen hotel in Sanur. Het hotel is heel erg goed! Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en een super ontbijt.

Always a good breakfast.

Although we only stayed 3 nights on this occasion, we were located next to some rooms which were undergoing noisy structural renovations. Any thoughts of quietly reading in our room were quickly dispelled. Other than that, the hotel met expectations and we would return again.

The floor creaked really bad and the bathroom didn’t have a door. Needs a little work on the exterior but think they are starting to do it .

Noise level on one of the nights was a little annoying ..resort guests had no considerstion for other guests (including young children). It was well after 1am and some guests were laughing and chatting and mucking around as if it was lunchtime ..

Great central location and beautiful staff. The pool rooms were ideal for our group and the late check out was fantastic.

The breakfast was busy . It would be great if the bathroom had a door.

If we had anything to mention it was that we felt the sheets had a damp smell or it might’ve come from the air-conditioning

The toilet in our room was in a cubicle that was small. Had to sit on the toilet sideways to fit in. Would hate to be a large person

Pool lounges not available as people booked them and left, leaving them taken a lot of the day. Ordered a pool view and received a view of the top of the restaurant, balcony wall was so high couldn't actually see over it.

The pools were beautiful, the staff were attentive and friendly. The food and service was excellent.

If I had to make a note it would just be the volume of the music at the pool was quite loud and could be heard inside the closed rooms, did not bother me but bothered other travellers.

The huge sparkling pool and pool bar and food options by pool and in restaurant. Friendly staff always helpful. Clean rooms comfortable bed and soft linen. Great location, handy shuttle great too getting to beach or Icon. Loved the musicians playing traditional Rindik instruments and DJ. Fabulous stay.

Nothing much negative to say only maybe some general maintenance needed around pool with decking.

Great pool and breakfast selection is great. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Our room was facing onto neighbouring property which wasnt the most pleasant to look at. there was also a lot of construction noise in our room during the day which was unpleasant. Some maintenance is required to the loose decking around the pool.

The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderful! Staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help you, breakfast is great.

It would be nice if you could get a king size with pool view room. Our room was looking out to a brick wall & with a very small balcony & no table & chairs felt a tad claustrophobic. In saying that we got the room at a real good price, next time I think we will book a Grand deluxe

Not enough sun beds.The bathroom layout was awful there was no door to the bathroom and the size of the toilet area was ridiculous just so small.The balcony was also very small.

Great location, close to shops and beach. The pool was great, fun for the kids while I read a book. Breakfast was excellent!

Beds were a little hard, but other than that, couldn't complain!

Het zwembad was prachtig mooi en de locatie is top.

De schimmel in de kamers. De kamer sowieso is oude meuk. Super vies. We gingen naar het balkon voor de jacuzzi, wilde terug graan naar binnen - deurklink brak af waardoor we vast zaten. Vies bed, vlekken in de badkamer. Ze wilde ons 30% korting geven op het eten maar konden voor de rest niks doen. Hierdoor zijn we weg gegaan want hier wilde we zeker niet verblijven.

Everything was great, loved the spa bath on the balcony. Breakfast was great. Dined there for dinner, it was really good.

Amazing experience, buffet breakfast was delicious with a large variety, service and hospitality was outstanding from the whole team at the Watujimbar.

We loved your Resort. The staff were exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable and on the theme nights it was great having freshly cooked food at reasonable prices.. We never usually eat evening meals at resorts as the food is usually cold on theme nights and it is too expensive. Yours was great freshly cooked food and affordable. We had a great stay. The best Pina Coladas too.

Our only complaints are mattresses on the pool lounges is the water. It was quite uncomfortable and WIFI needs upgrading. We would definitely recommend your Resort to our friends

We loved its proximity to everything including the beachfront, restaurants and shops. The service was impeccable as were the rooms.

The only down side was the boarding around the pool, it has seen better years, otherwise we were very happy with everything else

The pool area needs an upgrade, decking loose in some spots. However, overall the pool was a good size and perfect refreshing temperature.

Pool, restaurant and room where great. Room was clean, large and comfortable. We were given a free dinner on our first night there.

Renovations were being done to the reception area which we were warned of prior to arriving. It was confusing where to go when we arrived. All completed by the time we left. Great stay.

Love the pools, room with pool view was superb. The staff are so friendly, inviting and ready to assist at anytime. Buffet breakfast is on another level, egg station (omelette made to your liking in front of you), waffle station, every type pastry, real coffee, hot foods, cold foods etc there is nothing you could want more.

Wonky floor boards in some areas around pool (but we did see maintenance attending to them). Hopefully all fixed by our next visit.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was spacious and great value. The breakfast was 10/10- the usual buffet but the French toast & omelettes were a favourite! The pool was a great temperature and was no issue getting a lounge. Location was good with a short walk to everything. Had an amazing time & will be back.

The rooms are very beautiful, the staff are wonderfully friendly and always smiling, and the pool and bar are excellent. The hygiene standards are very good, the terraces are spacious, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. The free shuttle to the beach and the excellent beach area provided by the hotel are also a great advantage. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality food. Sanur itself completely charmed us, both with its opportunities for swimming in the sea and with its charming promenade and beautiful streets. Highly recommended!

Hotellet var jättegammal och slitet . Rummet vi bodde i var katastrof . Vi bytte rum men det var också ganska slitet.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, rooms are serviced beautifully daily and spa staff are excellent. Buffet breakfast is good and staff are happy to help.

More day beds would be a great asset as it was difficult to get a day bed most days.
