お部屋がとっても綺麗だった。 観光地も目の前で駅から近いので便利

ドライヤーが古く止まってしまったので受付に行くと嫌そうに対応された。結局ドライヤーのオーバーヒートで壊れていないと突き返されてしまった。 また、個人的に英語があまり得意ではないので昔ながらの受付や朝食会場でなにも案内がないことにかなり困った。

Kristianne at the front desk was lovely. She helped us navigate the trains and gave us great tips for shopping.She also let us know we would receive 15% off dinner in the hotel restaurant , so we ate there two nights and the food and service was excellent. The room was spacious and we had a great balcony . It was across from a construction site, but we still had a view of the Matterhorn and relaxed on the balcony with breakfast. The WiFi was excellent, location close to the train station on a main shopping/ dining street, beds were comfortable and bathroom was larger than most of the European hotel baths. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices.

It would be good to have a fan or a/c because it was hot overnight, but the balcony door tipped in for some fresh air.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, and from the exterior it looks nice

but to say our room was a disappointment would be an understatement. It was a bizarre in that the room in sq meters was probably fine, but it was long and narrow. Other than the bed, the only furniture was an old desk and chair that Ikea would have been ashamed of, plus a old wardrobe pushed sideways into a corner. To top it off, the room did have a balcony, but it looked straight out at the back of the neighbouring building, less than a meter or two away. In fact, I could step down off the balcony onto the roof of the neighbouring garage. It has to be the only room in Zermat with absolutely no view! It should have been used as a storage room rather than given to paying guests. We are not sure what we did wrong to get this room, rather then the pleasant ones they show in the photos. Especially since we were not in peak season. fortunately most of the other hotel rooms we had in Switzerland were brilliant - but not this one.

チェックインの時間に行ったら受付に人がおらず、電話したら出てきてくれました。もし英語が全く話せない方だと、とても困りそうだなと思いました。

Praticamente niente da criticare, avrei gradito la presenza di un bollitore con qualche bustina di caffè

Il est proche de la gare et les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est variié

Location was perfect, good value for money, room and amenities are new and fresh. Room can see Matterhorn. Near to Gornegrat bahn station. Convenient to get food and shopping. Love the balcony. Love the decor and ambience. Kind staff to allow us to check in early and check out slightly late. Breakfast croissants were crispy and freshly baked.

Water pressure rated 8 out of 10. But still ok to shower. Prefer the bathroom window to be tinted or semi blur for privacy. Otherwise all is good.

C'est un hôtel très agréable avec de belles chambres qui sentent bon l'Arolle. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain moderne, ce sont des belles chambres. Bon petit-déjeuner. Possibilité d'y manger à midi et le soir. A 5 quelques minutes à pied depuis la gare. C'est très agréable. On est directement dans la rue principale.

Breakfast was not good. When we were there, there wad hardly anything laid out, the dishes were dirty.

All good but the staff didnt ask me to pay the city tax in cash but after I paid with my card, she was being sarcastic about paying the amount with card. And it wasn’t a great experience.

Klima im Zimmer war sehr warm und trocken. Temperaturregulierung funktionierte nur bedingt. Das Hotel bietet relativ wenig im Vergleich zum Preis.

Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig im hinteren Wohntrakt. Freundliches Personal. Unerwartetes Upgrade auf ein Studio.

Vieles war ok. Aber wir mussten beim Frühstücksbuffet mehrmals nachfragen für Eierbecher, dunkles Brot etc.

Die Zimmer Sind super Modern und Toll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Lage ist zentral und zum Ski Fahren / Gronegrat Bahn super nah!

Waren im hinteren Teil Bellevue. Sehr ringhörig, altes Zimmer. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unterirdisch.

Lovely comfortable rooms that looked newly renovated. The hotel was excellently located just a three minute walk from the main railway station.

The rooms might appear a bit small for some people, but for a ski resort, they were fine.

Had diner. 15 discount for hotel guests . Nice gesture. But breakfast ( included in price) was sub par . Very limited choice and cold scrambled eggs.

Cosy, clean perfect location friendly staff amazing restaurant

The Derby Hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, perfect for skiers. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and we were particularly grateful to Constantos, who patiently answered all our random questions about the slopes and the lifts, and gave lots of good advice.

La struttura è in una posizione comodissima e molto centrale, soprattutto arrivando dalla stazione. Eravamo nello stabile dietro separato dalla struttura: molto tranquillo e non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore. La signora alla reception molto simpatica ed accogliente, colazione buona!

Moquette non il massimo, stanza parecchio calda.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - schade, dass das Rührei nicht warm gehalten wird.

Good breakfast, central location and comfortable room

This was my favorite hotel of the trip. Spacious, cute balcony, decor was so cozy. I WILL 100% stay again in this hotel when I go back to zermatt. I would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything. The train to the slopes is right there.

Breakfast was ok, only one server and a few things ran out quick. Pretty packed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great convenient location, next to shops, 5 minute walk from train station. near to mountain cable car and local ice rink. Comfortable beds in clean rooms. (we had 3). Would recommend.

Some the lights in the room wasn’t working and no slippers on offer at all.

The receptionist was very helpful, the rooms were amazing.

The location was perfect, a short stroll from the train station. Room was comfy, nice balcony but the lack of a kettle to make a cup of tea or even a small fridge would have been ideal. The breakfast was just what we needed. The restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent, as well as the younger girl on reception - attentive, friendly.

As mentioned the lack of a kettle to make a cup of tea was disappointing, especially for the cost of the accommodation. The mature woman who greeted us and appeared to be the manager was informative, yet displayed a rather unpleasant tone almost as if our general enquiries were an inconvenience to her. We are kind and very polite, and didn't appreciate her dismissive demeanor. If you are literally front facing customer service, best you remember this as the experience is not merely the glorious Mattherhorn and ambiance of Zermatt - it is those individuals you interract with.

On the main street. Very short walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was included. While not a lot of choices, it’s certainly a convenient start to the morning. Most positively, they allowed me to change the booking dates without any problem, even though the Booking.com said no refund and no change allowed.
