We stayed three nights at this well situated hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the second floor restaurant is great - good local food that isn’t tasting commercial! Rooftop bar is terrific rooms are comfortable and service throughout quick and efficient. Staff speak or at least understand English. Would recommend 👏👏

Lovely hotel, about a 15mins walk to old Town and the market. The breakfast was wonderful!! Our room was clean and had everything that we needed, but were able to hear all of the road noise, and other guests coming and going. On our 2nd stay though it was much better, as room was not road facing (we stayed 1 night, then went to Lan Ha Bay overnight sailing) then checked back again for 1 night). The hotel did accommodate an earlier check in, and kept some of our luggage when we went on the Lan Ha Bay sailing. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the check in staff was very friendly. I however was not able to get much suggestions from the staff regarding places to go to eat or directions etc., due to language barrier (guesd that's what Google translate is for 😅). This hotel does not have a pool, which we knew ahead of time, but just a note in case you do need that amenity. The restaurant in the hotel (Spice Viet) is rather expensive, but a convenient meal if you don't wish to venture out. Lots of spas and eating places around, so location is a 9/10 for us. All in all, a very nice hotel!

Nice hotel in a built up location. Rooms were clean and contained a safe and a refrigerator, Dressing gowns were available in room, but no iron. Not great views from the room windows. Sound quality in rooms was fairly good. Wi-Fi connection was a challenge, as was finding English speaking channels on the tv. The rooftop bar offered excellent views of river. Breakfast consisted of a buffet of eastern and western cuisine.The bathroom was small but adequate Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Back after time of busy at work. It's beautiful hotel, very luxurious, very clean, the room was very nice and comfortable, I experienced the old quater and crowded street around. The staff were always ready to help and very coustesy, check in was very quick, I love the Rooftop bar on 14th floor, it's great to relax and enjoy a drink and admire the city view. We stayed here in February for part of our honeymoon. One of the rooms we had was pretty spacious, the other on the smaller side. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Plenty of options- pastries, fruit, noodles, soups, bread and spreads etc in a beautiful loft style restaurant which overlooked the hotel foyer ☺️ Location okay, not in walking distance of many key things and the roads/footpaths were tight but easy to get a Grab. Overall a nice experience 👍 bar upstairs a bit on the pricey side but lovely service up there and good views.

A Romantic Gem in the Old Quarter. My partner and I stayed here for three nights and fell in love with the hotel and Hanoi itself. The location is ideal for exploring on foot. So many quaint shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby! The rooftop bar was absolutely magical—especially at night. We enjoyed cocktails with a panoramic view of Hanoi’s lights. Breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. We especially loved the pho and fresh spring rolls. The restaurant also served some of the best bun cha we had in Vietnam! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hanoi! I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is unbeatable—right in the Old Quarter, surrounded by history, culture, and delicious street food. It was so easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Night Market, and all the main attractions. The rooftop bar was a highlight! Stunning views of the city skyline at sunset, plus great cocktails. The on-site restaurant served an amazing breakfast buffet every morning, with both Western and local options. I also had dinner there twice and the Vietnamese dishes were incredibly flavorful and authentic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Hanoi in comfort and style.

Super clean, great location - easy to walk to so many attractions. Turn right out of hotel to go to Westlake and roam around the lake and many cool cafes and bars. Staff are super friendly and have lots of recommendations. The gym was well equipped with awesome views. Sky bar is a great spot for sunset drinks. Would highly recommend a good tour as well.

Stayed at this hotel with my daughter for 4 nights. The hotel is very well located with lots of restaurants and bars around including a KFC close by walking distance. The breakfast was very good with a large spread to choose from. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities. Taxi's are available on the App easily.

This was the nicest hotel of our Vietnam adventures. The rooms are very well sized and amenities are very good. The breakfast on offer is a little crowded when there are tours there but if your happy to split up you can make do. The staff were all lovely and the location is reasonable if your happy to walk around.

I visited the Flower Garden Hotel together with a group of people and everyone was very satisfied with the hotel and not least the extremely service minded staff. A modern hotel with very clean rooms, good beds and an overwhelming breakfast. Within walking distance from the Old Quarter of the city.

My room was comfortable and well appoointed. I didn't partake of the amenities, but other people in my party did and reported a pleasurable experience. The staff wereall very courteous and helpful. You can't go wrong by booking the Flower Garden hotel.

From our arrival to check out the staff at Flower Garden were attentive, kind and very helpful. Khoa, one of the managers, was particularly supportive as she went out of her way to provide critical help to one of our traveling companions. We checked out believing that we had made some good friends among the staff. Our room and private bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was quite good as both Vietnamese and international cuisine were available. The rooftop bar offers a complete selection of cocktails as well as a fine view of the city We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Flower Garden Hanoi.

The best service ever! The staff at Flower Garden really go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. Although the hotel is located outside of the Old Quarter, it is still walking distance to it. There are a good variety of food options close by, and staff have very good recommendations for food and activities as well. Rooms are clean, and breakfast is really good!

Everything about our stay was great. We arrived for breakfast at 09:20 and didn't know that it closed at 09:30. The staff looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble.

We found this place via TikTok it has a rooftop bar they opened at 3 pm when we were there. We weren’t staying but anyone can go in as far as I know. Plenty of drink choices happy hours. We went twice between 3 and 6 a lovely young man serving us didn’t catch his name but he was so polite and would do anything to make your experience a pleasant one. English excellent too. We were there 28/29th of January.

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt and all the other equipments are so great at the hotel and we had a television and mini fridge closet and the room is excellent and it’s a lovely room we will definitely choose to stay next time also..

Not a four star standard, deluxe room was very compact. Shower no pressure and water temperature not regulated. Lacking a choice of international tv channels. The rooms were clean. The complimentary room upgrade was much appreciated. The water bottles were chargeable apart from the glass ones. Breakfast minimal spread, lack of fruits, juices and cereals.

This is a nice hotel with an elegant design that will promise you a nice stay in Ha Noi Capital. The location is so convenient to have a walk around the ancient town. The thing I love the most here is the friendliness of the staffs. Flover garden hotel is the best

We paid for upgrade and we're not told that they were installing a staircase right next to our room, banging and noise constantly we complained several times a day only to be told finish today, it didn't and we had to put up with it for 4 days did not offer refund for upgrade or change room, also the beds are like bricks very hard and uncomfortable, really not a great location far from old quarters and decent restaurants, also no pool won't be staying her again better place for the money we spent

What a great stay till yesterday. Did a big group with Tripadeal. Love the rooftop bar. Walk to laundromat $3 Bah mee on second corner cart a must. Just so central to everything. Even provide umbrellas when it rains. And the guy opens the door. Breaky was fine. What a great town to be in so close
