大部屋で皆んなで一緒に寝れた所。 ご飯も美味しかった。

マッサージチェアが夜は人がいっぱいで朝使っていたらは清掃時間になってしまった為ゆっくり使えなかった…。お泊まりの人はもう少し朝の時間に長く使えると嬉しいなと思った。

温泉三昧が目的で行きました。日帰り温泉が使えるので、お昼も外に行かなくていいのでゆっくりできました。到着が2時間も早く着いたのですが、早めにお部屋にいれてくださいました。一回めの朝食に主人が歩行不安定で行けなかったのですが、部屋へ持っていけたので助かりました。お腹はすいているようで完食していました。ありがとうございました。

久しぶりにお邪魔したのですが、物価高かな？朝食のおかずの種類が少なくなってたのが悲しかったかな。

2つの温泉を楽しめる所がよかったです。またリラックスできる空間も多く、とても癒されました。ご飯も美味しかったです！

バスタオルなどが1つだったため、複数回お風呂に入る時に新しいものが欲しくなりました。

部屋のサイズは期待より大きくて窓の景色も素晴らしいです。初めての伝統的な和室体験なので嬉しいです。色々で綺麗な温泉があって温泉所の入り口のマッサージチェアと休憩エリアも快適です。

温泉から上がって帰る時入口のスリッパが消えました。

The onsen was superb. It's open until 23 at night. It offers hot plunge, cold plunge, hydromassage, sauna and all the accessories to carry on the experience. The rooms are accessorised with hairdryer, safe, kettle, coffee and tea, tooth brushes, hair brush, slippers. There are plenty of vending machines for drinks. The view is beautiful. The staff was very kind and, on leaving, when we asked if we could buy the onsen facial towel with the hotel name on it as a souvenir, they gave it to us for free.

The room offer slippers, but they are oversized and old. The hotel offers towels for the onsen, but curiously just 1 basic facial towel for the room. However, they give them to you on request, at reception. There is a shuttle bus to go in town (there is absolutely nothing around. But there is a beautiful landscape), but the last one to return is at 6pm. So you'll have to use a taxi, if you wander around till late (but honestly... taxies are quite cheap and they run till late). Make sure you have a translation app to communicate, if you don't speaks japanese, because not all staff speak other languages. Although we were able to communicate on a basic level.

Bath area, relaxation rooms, room was big, the food was impeccable, staff were very friendly and welcoming, travel to and from was pretty easy and direct, stunning views

The massage chairs were often not working as they should, when you did manage to get on one, it usually had something wrong with it like something sticking up through the foot or it wouldn't align properly and would hurt your head, unfortunately some of the consoles were not working as they should with some buttons broken/not working.

El olsen privado muy pequeño para una familia por lo menos de 4 personas

温泉の種類が豊富であり、脱衣所の洗面台等が概ね清潔であったことがとても良かったです。 徒歩で行くとかなり急な坂道があるため、シャトルバスの利用ができて良かったです。

チェックインのとき、確認のためであっても不特定多数の人がいる中で、住所等の個人情報をスタッフに言うことに抵抗感がありました。

Śniadania dość słabe, hotel położony na wzgórzu co z jednej strony zapewnia dobre widoki, ale z drugiej utrudnia dojście od centrum Hakone z uwagi na strome podejście. Brak transferu do miasta zapewnionego przez hotel. Obsługa słabo mówi po angielsku, szczególnie na stołówce gdzie nie do końca są w stanie wytłumaczyć skład posiłków.

Very spacious rooms, having access to the Onsen was wonderful. The staff are very friendly & the food is lovely.

It's a long walk up the hill & whilst there is a shuttle bus service this isn't easily accessible or as convenient as you would think.

Rooms were ok but you feel that it hasn‘t been refurbished for a while. Easy to hear the neighbors, as walls very light.

Los baños termales están bien. Para una tarde y una noche para descansar de tu viaje a Japón es pasable.

Posizione un po’ stoma da raggiungere

La stanza ristrutturata molto bella, grande e comoda. Ti senti veramente in Giappone con ciabatte e Yukata, oltre a tutto il resto. Onsen molto bella anche d’estate.

Per i servizi offerti, il prezzo sembra un po’ altino. Onsen molto bella, anche se non sapevano della regola della totale nudità, dove sono molto stringenti e potrebbero essere più tolleranti con chi non è abituato.

Room was spacious and clean, onsen was great.

Pool was closed, no information about it's working season etc. Coffee and tea sticks are just undrinkable.

ベットカバーにコーヒーをこぼしたようなあとがしっかり残っていて不快だった。夕食の大人の席の魚に骨は無かったが子供の席の魚にやたらと骨が多かった。朝の味噌汁の具がきれていた。

Zimmer sehr veraltet, Badezimmer für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr marode, kein Hotel zum wohlfühlen. An der Rezeption leider kein zuvorkommender Service.

We had inklusive dinner. It was ready put on plate, cold, nothing about fixt meal, but som old fish, and slimy dishes. A boy that wery well show us he dident want to work there. Arrogant.

הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד, המלון היה מקסים והחדרים היו גדולים ונוחים.

קצת מבודד מהעיר, אבל הליכה קצרה ואתם מגיע לאן שצריך.

夕食は美味しかったです。予約時に一品追加していた為、食べきれませんでした。ビュッフェ式の朝食も美味しかったです。

宿泊部屋が駐車場側だと、眺望は良くないです。

おにくが食べれない子がいたため、ダメ元でチェックイン時に、ディナーを海鮮に変更できるか頼んだところ、変更できたのでありがたかったです！ 大浴場が近くにあり、朝風呂もできる点！

寝る前にレイトチェックアウトをフロントに伝えたのに朝10時にチェックアウトの電話が来て、連携できてないのかなと少し思ってしまった。 湯の里の女子風呂の洗面器前の椅子が足りなかった。

作りは古いが快適でした 部屋、食事、プール、お風呂 コスパ良し スタッフも親切でした

Hotel fantastico! Onsen di altissimo livello disponibile in struttura, è stata un'esperienza magica! Camera di altissimo pregio, dimensioni grandi rispetto agli standard giapponesi. Colazione buona e abbondante. Possibilità di fare pensione completa o mezza pensione.

Les chambres sont superbes en style tatamis. Nous avons même eu un sauna dans la chambre. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel accueillant. Les bains très agréables.

Le dîner n’est pas dingue. Autant aller en ville le soir et revenir en taxi ! La côte est raide à monter !! Mais très faisable quand même!

El onsen es una maravilla, está abierto hasta tarde y puedes bañarte después de cenar.

La comida, en concreto la cena incluía pescado crudo y el.menu era cerrado, no sé podía elegir.

El hotel está correcto. Para nosotros, que estuviera “apartado” fue un punto positivo. Se llega en taxi en 5 minutos desde la estación, no es ningún drama (los Uber llegaban en 2 minutos). A cambio, disfrutas de unas vistas y tranquilidad desde el medio de la montaña. El hotel es antiguo pero está bien conservado. Tiene piscina al aire libre y una parte de onsen públicos, separados por sexos (ahora que lo sabemos, hubiéramos sido partidarios de reservar uno privado). La relación calidad - precio es bastante peor que en otros sitios de Japón, pero en Hakone la oferta es más limitada y hay bastante turismo. En términos generales, es un lugar óptimo para pasar una noche y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de las montañas en Hakone.

Hi havia una piscina petita d'aigües termals durant el matí. Desdejuni i sopar bé. El postre podria ser millor. Cal avisar de les al·lèrgies, ho respecten bé.

A les 17h buidaven la piscina exterior i tancaven la gran. Feia molta calor i no ens podíem banyar. Molt estrictes amb no portar tatuatges i tapar-te'ls, però després les japoneses que portaven algun tatuatge al cul no passava res (en el onsen es va nu). No ens volgueren donar gel quan la meua parella s'havia marejat , ens cobraven 250Y i sinó res. Es desentenen. No tenien crema hidratant a l'habitació ni els sèrums. La tovallola és la mateixa per a usar a la piscina, a l'onsen i a la dutxa de l'habitació, no em sembla bé. Tampoc es podia apagar l'aire condicionat i l'havíem de graduar perquè tirara aire Fred i després calent, molt irrespectuós amb el medi ambient i amb els clients.

本館なのか、「ホテルおかだ」の大浴場も利用可とのことで利用させてもらいましたが、露天風呂を取り囲む植栽がスカスカで、向かいのホテルが丸見でした おそらく、あちらからも露天風呂が丸見えだろうなと思うと怖かったです

Très confortable. Le onsen est vraiment extraordinaire. Je recommande mille fois le dîner aussi ! c’est excellent et accessible directement depuis l’hôtel.

Carino l’appartamento in stile giapponese, struttura un po’ vecchia, ma funzionale. Onsen piacevole in mezzo alle montagne, divisi uomini e donne, ma è possibile anche prenotare un onsen per famiglia

La cena inclusa come Ryokan un pochino basica. Avendo un’intolleranza ai latticini mi è stato dato pollo e patate. Insomma…

Le onsen était génial, les repas plus que corrects. Et les équipements, très complets.

部屋が改装させていて綺麗でした。

別の棟のお風呂利用をしましたが、近道を選ぶと長い階段を下ったり、エレベーターを選ぶと館内をグルっと回らなきゃいけなかったりと不便を感じました。高齢な方には厳しいと思います。

La ubicación no es lo más cómodo del mundo, hay una cuesta muy pronunciada que tendrás que subir y bajar constantemente para llegar al transporte público. Estaría bien que tuviesen su propio transporte para recoger y dejar a los clientes en la estación de tren

De spa was het enige wat ik goed vond aan dit hotel.

Het hotel in zijn geheel. Zeer verouderd, muffe kamer en muffe geur in het hotel. Het hotel was tevens ver gelegen van winkeltjes in het dorp en van het station.

Lovely traditional spacious and spotless room with very comfortable beds and incredible views of the valley below. Staff were very friendly and the outdoor onsen is an absolute must for anyone staying here.

Walking to this property involves traversing a very steep incline, regardless of your fitness levels most would find this difficult. Eating in the building opposite this hotel in the evening is not great, staff are friendly in the restaurant but the food and choices of dishes are very limited.

Price and some of the facility's location. It took us a quite long time to get other hot spring. We also needed to leave outside to go to the other building. Also, on the 2nd floor, l smelled cigarette whole time. Adding to that, I wish hot spring was bit better condition and more enjoyable. l didn't enjoy the design of it, and it's very outdated.

Location is absolutely stunning. Great staff at the diner. Onsen is great. The Yukata's were a great surprise and made for excellent photos of the family in a Ryokan. We loved the hair brushes :)

There's no shuttle service from the station. The bus stop to the property is a long walk which is okay if you're not carrying luggage. You can see the ageing outside but inside our specific Ryokan everything look pretty good.

Tout le reste. L’emplacement est super loin de la gare Hakone Yumoto et il faut marcher 20 min ou prendre un taxi, aucun bus passe assez proche. La chambre laisse à désirer pour un 4 étoille. Elle était spacieuse mais la clim ne fonctionnait pas et les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas. Les instructions sont tous en japonais sauf pour l’utilisation de l’onsen.

Гарна природа навколо готелю! Чистий гарний номер, уважний та ввічливий персонал, смачні сніданки та вишукані вечері. Я зовсім не знаю традицій японської кухні але мене вразила подача і смаки страв - ДЯКУЮ.

Дивно, коли є чайник і можливість взяти напої (чай та кава), а горнята відсутні! Шкода, що басейн ще не працював

que le transport moyennant un supplement jusqu'a la gare d'Odawara ne soit pas propose.

夕食はグレードアップしたので食べきれないほどの量で美味しかったです。漫画本も読めて楽しかったです。 スタッフの方達はみんなよかったです。 お客さんもスタッフさんも外人さん結構いました。

施設が若干古く、ロビー、廊下、客室となんとも言えない匂いがして慣れるまで辛かった。 特に客室は窓を開けて換気しないとくしゃみが出た。

女性の仲間７名で利用致しました。 露天風呂のロケーションの素晴らしさと、変化に飛んだ露天風呂に感動しました。毎年、この時期に温泉ホテルに泊まるのですが、温泉の設備は、いままてのなかで最高の順位んだね〜と仲間とも話していました。食事は、宿泊費が箱根としたら、かなり手ごろの金額なのでこのくらいだと思います。私たち、高齢者には適量かと思います。 とにかく、温泉は、最高でした。

朝食のバイキングは、もう少し種類ご多くてもいいかと思いました。納豆が欲しかった。 和洋室の畳の部屋で寝た人の布団が、薄くて体が痛くなったという事です。

部屋がとにかく綺麗で豪華で値段もすごく安くて助かりました！ しかも車で行ったのですが高速から降りてそんなに遠くもなく駐車場もあるので車でも安心して行けました！ 自分たちは結構遅くチェックインしてしまいましたがとても心良く承知して頂いてとても助かりました！！ また東京方面に行く時はここにしようと思ったぐらい良かったです！！

El hotel tenia Onsen publico incluido lo cual recomiendo encarecidamente hacer ya que es una experiencia unica

El hotel esta en mitad de la montaña con carreteras muy empinadas y con ningun restaurante/ tienda de convenencia cerca, así que si vais a ir recomiendo mucho ir con coche propio o tener en cuenta que teneis que coger un taxi si quereis salir o volver al hotel

Hotel naprawdę świetny! Tak sobie wyobrażaliśmy właśnie klimat ryokanu. Czysto i zadbanie. Onsen cudownie relaksujący. Śniadanie może nie jakieś wykwintne, ale bylo okej :) Jedyne co to kołdry puchowe w lecie nieco utrudniały sen. Poza tym bardzo dobre wrażenia.

El hotel en general muy bien, habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas con muchos servicios para los huéspedes.

Para llegar hasta el hotel haces pierna, el shuttle lo cogimos y nos mandaron al hotel de más abajo, y como todos los transportes, llenos de gente sin hueco para moverse. Cobran un plus por el baño (onsen) aunque no lo utilices.
