Das man zum Hotel zum Essen gehen musste. Das wird in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt. Zumal das Hotel echt schrecklich ist. Ein riesengroßer Bunker, wie eine einzige Spassburg.. ähnlich CenterPark. Und unfreundlicher Service

Exceptionally kind staff. Private room onsen was lovely, as were the three additional onsen on the premise.

We did food included. It looked incredible but might have been slightly too Japanese for our western palates (and we love Japanese food)

Pretty Japanese style room and the Onsen were lovely. Nice attentive staff. Hakone was pretty and ‘the loop’ was an enjoyable varied day out.

No food was available at the hotel - not even a basic breakfast - and it is a 20 min walk to the centre. There was some confusing mixed messaging - food in the rooms was forbidden, but chopsticks and a large fridge were provided.

Sin duda alguna, un hotel ideal. Nos alojamos en una habitación con onsen privado y, además, nos llovió durante la estancia. Entre la lluvia, el onsen y la habitación, fue uno de los mejores momentos del viaje, un momento de auténtica paz y desconexión. Destacar también la amabilidad del personal.

Primero de todo el personal super amable y atento, especialmente Toad. Pero también la habitación con Onsen, el onsen privado fuera de la habitación y la cena y desayuno que fueron de 5 estrellas, toda una experiencia global de Japón.

We only booked one night

Our night at Yushintei was one of the highlights of our trip - an absolutely perfect Ryokan we would recommend to anyone. The welcome from the staff, the incredible kaiseki dinner and breakfast, the gorgeous private onsens - the list is endless. A truly memorable stay and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce ryokan. Nous avions une chambre avec un onsen privé mais nous pouvions également privatiser celui de l'hôtel. Tou etait super !

Le personnel est très attentif et prévoyant, ils ont pris le temps de s’intéresser à nous et à nos goûts et de nous accompagner tout au long du séjour. Le cadre est magnifique et la chambre traditionnelle permet de voyager d’autant plus.

Wonderful atmosphere and staff

Camera molto spaziosa, ben arredata in stile tradizionale giapponese: i futon erano molto comodi e in stanza c’era una bellissima onsen privata. Molto apprezzate anche le 3 onsen a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti per slot 40 minuti.La struttura è tranquilla, silenziosa e l’atmosfera rilassante. L’host è stato cordiale e accogliente, pur non parlando inglese.

Nonostante su Booking fosse esplicitata la possibilità di fare una cena Kaiseki direttamente in struttura, purtroppo quando diversi giorni prima del mio arrivo ho scritto per prenotarla mi è stato detto che non sarebbe stato possibile con mio rammarico. All’arrivo il proprietario ci ha comunque fornito una lista di ristoranti vicini. Segnalo, inoltre, che nonostante la camera fosse pulita abbiamo trovato un paio di ragni. L’hotel dista una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione, consiglio di prendere un taxi o farsi spedire le valigie se molto grandi.

Environnement proche un peu défiguré par les grand hotels

Room was spacious and with a beautiful private onsen for you inside as well as a great view of the mountains. The staff was really friendly also. All in all a beautiful experience.

Not many restaurants or bars nearby and they close rather early.

El olor a humedad de la habitación era muy fuerte. Las camas no eran muy cómodas y la almohada muy baja, no pudimos descansar bien. Teniendo en cuenta el precio deberían de cuidar esos detalles.

We loved the onsen that could be used just by our family during the allowed time (40’) which was more than enough per day. We loved the food experience that forced us to taste traditional Japanese food for breakfast and for dinner. There is no other option. If you are not open to try Japanese food for breakfast and for dinner then I think this not the place for you. The food experience was amazing though. Truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly particularly with the kids giving them some small gifts throughout the stay.

Très bien rien à redire

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'emplacement est calme, le personnel très gentil et aux petits soins, merci à eux. Le repas est très bon, copieux et nous avons apprécié découvrir de nouvelles saveurs. Le onsen, que l'on peut privatiser, permet de bien se détendre après une longue journée.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What truly made our stay outstanding was the excellence of the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. We also had the opportunity to book both dinner and breakfast, and they were absolutely exceptional. From the flawless service to the outstanding quality of the food, every detail exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this Ryokan and would gladly return in the future

Hotelazo, un ryokan de 10. Fuimos en familia, dormimos en futones, teniamos un pequeño onsen en la habitación y luego el hotel disponia de 3 más privados para familia, uno de ellos espectacular. La atención increible. La cena tipicia muy rica, y el desayuno tipico japones (para esto hay que estar preparado, porque no estamos los occidentales acostumbrados a desayunar sashimi, arroz, sopa... :-) ) Volveriamos sin dudarlo!

Staff was amazing! The room with the private bath was stunning. Food was an unforgettable experience. The room with the shared bath was a bit older and with a bit of a strong smell maybe because it was closer to the kitchen area. If you book, definitely go for the room with the private bath which is very specious and beautiful. Private shared baths were also absolutely perfect. Staff really pampered us and we didn't want to leave.

This was such an amazing experience! The staff were so lovely and accommodating and tried so hard despite the language barrier. The onsen and facilities were beautiful. Bit of a walk from the station with our bags but it was a lovely walk. Loved our stay here :)

Tutto incredibile. Piccolo gioiellino tra le colline verdi di hakone. Sì arriva con il bus K con un piccolo pezzetto a piedi. Struttura piccola ma super accogliente. 3 onsen a disposizione degli ospiti, con possibilità di renderle private per 40min alla volta. Nessun problema per le persone tatuate. La cena era strepitosa, un super percorso di 7 portate buonissime e spiegate dal ragazzo troppo simpatico e gentile. Colazione tradizionale molto buona, sicuramente diversa dai nostri standard ma da provare. Camera pulita, con tatami e un bel futon. Noi abbiamo dormito benissimo. Staff davvero squisito e gentile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Questa struttura la raccomando fortemente.

O alojamento era incrível. Ficamos num quarto com onsen privativo, o que foi maravilhoso, mas o hotel tem mais 3 onsens que podes usar de maneira privada sem estar ligado ao quarto. Os atendentes era impecáveis. Foi uma experiência ótima.

Quiet, intimate and feels very welcoming and warm. The room was amazing, spacious and so many amenities. The staff was incredible everyone we encountered went above and beyond.

A beautiful location away from the city centre. The walk from the station ( ~20min )was pleasant and scenic, and there was no need for a taxi or shuttle unless you carry heavy luggage. The food was exquisite, and the owners were exceptionally attentive, welcoming, and friendly.

Par contre la literie doit être revue, les matelas à ressorts sur les tatamis sont vraiment pas confortables. Au prix de la chambre, la literie doit être irréprochable.

The lady that showed us our rooms was so kind and went above and beyond for us. She had a very bubbly demeanour and her smile lit up the room. She gave us a very thorough tour of the building, which was absolutely beautiful. She also gave us free umbrellas when we left during the typhoon. The room itself was exactly what we wanted, so beautifully decorated, with a lovely onsen outside.

Amazing experience, great food and hospitality

L'une de nos meilleures expériences au Japon ! Le ryokan est magnifique et les onsen sont un vrai plus après une journée de visite à Hakone. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.

Un peu éloigné de la gare et il n'était pas possible de dîner sur place ce jour-là.

This was one of the most if not the most memorable and wonderful stay of our Japan trip. The japanese roms, tatami floors, beds... everything was just right. The staff is very friendly, polite and acommodating. And the onsen inside is great. They have 3 onsens, each one you can use privately for about an hour. We loved it, could not recommend enough.

The only "negative" is the location, it is a bit uphill battle to come here :) but the scenery along the way is great, along the river with cherry blossoms 🌸

The staff was amazing. They were polite and very helpful.

No breakfast or evening meals available due to kitchen closed. ( This should have been mention Booking .com website, as I had expected breakfast at thd minimum to be available. This was poor! Nice Accommodation. But felt only the very basics were supplied. Poor selection and quantity of teas and coffee/ creamer/sugar. ( could be more generous). Two sets of bath towels would be nice as using the Onsen uses up a towel. I don’t think you should have to pay extra per person to use the Public Onsen. Upon arrival, Greeted by a rather fussy and difficult to understand cleaning lady. Who confused us with all of the rules and regulations in a rather hyperactive manner. I thought this accommodation was expensive for what was provided. And I would not return if I visited Hakone again.

No breakfast and evening meals available. This was bad service.More generous tea/coffee and creamers would have been nice. Extra towels. Thought the establishment was a little tired/ run down and run by minimum of staff.

J'ai adoré le lieu qui est au milieu des montagnes et proche de la rivière, le cadre est magnifique. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la chambre traditionnelle qui sent le bois. Le onsen est vraiment très agréable. Il est possible de privatiser des petits onsen ce qui permet de profiter des bienfaits de l'eau sans gêne. A noter aussi que le personnel est vraiment adorable et très serviable (malgré des difficultés avec l'anglais).

Attention, il est cependant mentionné sur Booking que les repas du soir sont compris dans certaines offres sans préciser lesquelles. Il est aussi ajouté qu'il est possible de prendre le repas sur place même si cela n'est pas compris dans la formule en payant un supplément. C'est ce que je voulais faire, mais sur place il m'a été indiqué que je ne pouvais pas avoir de repas, et le personnel m'a indiqué qu'il serait nécessaire de manger en extérieur. Le problème est que le lieu est un peu isolé et il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre des restaurants. Je recommande donc d'écrire au ryokan avant pour vérifier si le repas est compris ou non. Cela permet de prendre ses dispositions si besoin.

Le logement était exceptionnel, avec un Onsen privatif qui fait vraiment du bien après plus de 10 jours de déplacement dans tout le Japon !

Le logement est vraiment très loin de la gare. La route pour y accéder est en pente. C’est le prix à payer pour passer une très belle nuit !

My partner struggled sleeping on her bed. Maybe a thicker mattress would have made her more comfortable.

In room onsen and lovely staff

Absolutely loved our stay here for one night and wish we had stayed longer! Staff were extremely friendly and this felt like such an authentic ryokan experience. We loved the private onsens!

Talk about light under a bushel. The onsen (one decent sized with both an inside and outside onsens), one with a square which was too hot, and one the size of a bath - are all lockable from the inside so it's "public" but actually private because no one will see you nude. The "shared bathroom", was irrelevant because you have a toilet in your room and you're already washed from onsen. We felt like the only guests there as only bumped into someone at the end.

We agreed 8.30 for breakfast but was chased to eat it at 8.10?

En un Ryokan precioso. Todo muy cuidado, con mucha atención al detalle, gente amable y muy cordial. La habitación con onsen privado era excepcional. Un auténtico lujo. Me arrepiento de haberme quedado más tiempo.

This was a great way to have a ‘traditional Japanese’ experience. Room was clean and staff were exceptional. The outdoor onsens were clean however as you would expect slightly water marked from the obvious water exposure. This did not impact cleanliness! We had the dinner and once again staff were amazing! The food isn’t what I’d usually eat but I enjoyed the experience. If you don’t love raw fish I still encourage this experience as something fun to do and try but I packed some extra snacks.

Partiamo dal presupposto che è una struttura che si propone come autentica e dormire sul tatami è sicuramente un'esperienza autentica, però c'è una sottile differenza tra autentica e vecchia e la struttura è vecchia. Ci sono dei chiari segni di usura nella doccia, nella vasca esterna, nella maniglia che dalla doccia da verso la vasca e nella maniglia che dall'esterno va verso l'interno dell'unità. Il personale è davvero fantastico in pieno stile giapponese, molto gentile e professionale, nulla da dire per questo aspetto.

La struttura è un po' approssimativa su tanti aspetti: maniglie scrostate, futon usurati, frigo vecchio e rumoroso, doccia con mattoni consumati, vasca esterna con mattoni incrostati. La struttura è autentica ma anche vecchia. Abbiamo pagato davvero troppo per una camera vecchia e non curata

Il faut penser à réserver le petit déjeuner en avance ! Dommage pour nous Les bains sont privés mais on ne peut pas réserver de créneau donc parfois on doit juste attendre que le bain se libère sans trop savoir quand il sera dispo

On ne nous a pas prévenu qu’il n’y avait pas de chef ni de petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre. Nous avons dû dormir avec un bruit de générateur malgré les fenêtres fermées.

住的房间里有私汤，即便住没有私汤的房间也没关系，因为有共用的私汤可以泡。不比能容纳几百人的大酒店，这里的旅馆可以完全不用担心周围其他旅客的行动，按照自己的节奏享受温泉体验，非常棒！值得推荐！

Foi uma experiência inesquecível! Fomos tratados com gentileza e um carinho imensos! O Onsen privativo interno e externo é maravilhoso, assim como os yukatas lindos e chinelinhos.Um hotel tradicional bem cuidado nos mínimos detalhes! O café da manhã privativo japonês tradicional foi maravilhoso e o jantar foi uma das melhores experiências em vivenciar a gastronomia tradicional japonesa, acompanhado da simpática tradução cultural do nosso hostess, que nos tratou como se fôssemos da família real. Recomendo altamente esta estadia e o jantar no hotel!

Apenas o transporte que precisa saber o horário , mas passa a cada 15 ou 20 minutos .
