Les draps de la chambre avait des taches sous les oreilles. On entend énormément le bruit dehors. J’avais pris l’option petit déjeuner mais je n’ai pas pu y aller car il n’ouvrait qu’à 7h30. J’avais donc convenu de descendre tout de même et de faire un café avant mais lorsque je suis descendue la salle n’était même pas ouverte donc j’ai payé un petit déjeuner pour rien.

Fantasztikus helyen van, közel az óceánparthoz. Mindenhol éttermek, üzletek. Pakolótól 5 percre van gyalog. A szoba designosan van berendezve, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. A fürdő tágas. Nagyon tetszett.

Die Lage ist perfekt an einer kleinen Fußgängerzone und ganz nah am Strand du Vieille Port. Das Aloha-Thema wird konsequent überall realisiert.

In unserem Zimmer gab es nur einen winzigen Schrank. Es wäre Platz für einen zweiten gewesen.

Hôtel très bien situé, l’accueil très chaleureux du personnel, disponibilité parfaite et service de très grande qualité Literie très confortable J’avais besoin d’un défroisseur mais l’hôtel n’en ayant pas, la jeune fille de l’accueil m’a très gentiment proposé de me repasser mon vêtement ! Un geste adorable Le petit déjeuner était très correct avec jus d’orange et de pamplemousse frais , c’est assez rare pour être souligné Il n’y avait plus d’œufs brouillés ni de ventrèche à l’heure où nous sommes arrivés mais spontanément la même jeune fille nous en refait Des attentions qui font nous sentir choyés

La chambre 10 est un peu sombre car elle donne sur un patio L’insonorisation est faible

Hôtel hyper bien placé à la fois centre ville et proche de la plage . On passe la porte de l’hôtel et on se sent comme à la maison , avec une équipe jeune et réactive , qui chouchoute ses clients ( mention spéciale pour le granola et gâteau de Mathilde au petit déjeuner ) Je recommande vivement cet établissement .

Perfect location! Room was on the smaller side but was nice. Requested a quiet room and got a nice room on a quieter side street.

We had check-in from 15:00 but when I arrived at 17:00 the room still wasn't ready, however I only had to wait 15 minutes or so. No big issue.

Really well styled, good space and great value for money. Couldn’t have wished for a better location.

As I knew when booking, no extra amenities in terms of a gym or spa or bar. Only negative really was whenever we were at reception there was never anyone around so took extra time to check in and out.

Værelset virkede lidt beskidt. Der var affald fra tidligere beboere på værelset. Der var hvad der lignede skimmelsvamp i loftet på badeværelset. Træ-knagerækken på badeværelset var så fuld af mug, at man ikke havde lyst til at hænge ting der. Hårtørreren virkede ikke. Vi spurgte om råd ift parkering og blev anvist et p-hus. Viste sig umuligt at komme til i et bestemt tidsrum pga lukkede gader. ALLE p-huse var fulde. Tog 1.5 time af finde parkering. Det havde været rart at være forberedt på.

Due to the fires in France my train was cancelled but rather than helping me rebook they gave me false information and then proceeded to cancel my stay and charge a cancellation fee on top of it. Please be aware of their lack of consideration and policies when you book.

We loved the relaxing atmosphere and great central location. Rooms and beds where clean and comfy. It was always super to come back from the beach to an air conditioned and clean room. Hotel staff were always helpful and cheerful. And the hotel restaurant was our favorite, we went there every day (in addition to eating elsewhere too!). Hotel, location and Biarritz in total was super convenient and relaxing for a family with teenage kids. I already booked my next stay at the Palmito.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war einfach sensationell.

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel und klein. Gerade bei der großen Hitze wäre ein etwas helleres schön gewesen, aber es war schön ruhig.

We really enjoyed this hotel and the location. The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot & powerful and it has air conditioning! We were in Biarritz during a hot spell and it was a relief to come back to a cool room. The beach is so close we loved having a morning swim each day. It is close to so many restaurants and cafes, it was so easy to walk everywhere! The staff are responsive and allowed us to store our luggage until our afternoon train departure.

The location was incredible. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and bright. Very comfortable bed. Small bathroom, but great shower. We were offered a free breakfast for my Partners birthday which was delicious. many great places to eat and drink right beside the hotel. A beautiful beach at the end of the road. Convenient to the airport. Didn't want to go home.....

Supertrevlig personal med servicekänsla och många tips att bjuda på. Läget var helt otroligt och hotellet fint med härlig surfvibe. Effektiv AC vilket verkligen behövdes under vår vistelse. Bra frukost, supersköna sängar och kuddar!

Det enda som saknades var fler krokar att hänga upp kläder och handdukar på. Ett torkrum hade inte varit fel heller!

La ubicación era lo mejor de todo. Teníamos un suite y era bastante espacio para todos, las camas cómodas y limpias, Para dos días era genial.

El alojamiento es aún mejor que en las fotos. Ubicación perfecta y la suite es fantástica. Muy amplio, camas grandes y cómodas y 3 baños! La terraza es un espacio genial para pasar un rato agradable.

Lo que nos sorprendió dado el precio y los estándares del sitio fue encontrar varios platos sucios, no había copas para vino/champagne solamente 3 “copas” pequeñas cada una diferente y alguna de plástico. Tampoco encontramos saca corchos o estropajo/esponja para los platos. Creo que son detalles a tener en cuenta.

It was quite hard to rest at night as the room was full of mosquitoes (early June).

Apart from the fact that the ocean is only 100 meters away and, if you are lucky, you may find a free parking space nearby, there are no other positive aspects to this accommodation. I cannot call it a hotel; it is simply a lodging house. It is impossible to identify any advantages, even if you genuinely try to do so.

To begin with, we were checked in two hours later than the time specified in our reservation. There was no staff on site except for a cleaner, who openly told us that it was her first time standing behind the computer and managing the reception desk and bar area. In addition, she initially attempted to charge us €29,000 instead of €290, then €2,900. Eventually, she managed to enter the correct amount of €290 for the two rooms. After that, she tried once again to charge us an additional €290 because she clearly did not understand what she was doing and repeatedly stated herself that she was a cleaner. The room was not ready upon arrival. There were shards of glass, stones, dirt, and debris all over the floor. The bathroom was in a dreadful condition. The rooms were being cleaned by a sixteen-year-old girl. The management and staff simply do not care because they appear to have no understanding of what hospitality or guest service means. This is not merely a lodging house—it is a lodging house from hell. Absolutely dreadful. Do not waste your money and do not stay at this property. There are far more comfortable places where you can enjoy your time in this magnificent city. This place is truly awful. Take it from someone who travels very frequently and has extensive experience staying in hotels around the world.

Breakfast room is reached by a strange stairway. Breakfast was good but we were hoping for some eggs. Then after we had been there quite a while the staff showed up with an 'egg boiler' and we waited for it to finally get warm ... eggs were ready just before we needed to leave.

Fabulous small hotel in a great location. Very convenient for beach, shops and attractions. Our room had a juliet balcony to the street but we closed the doors at night to tale advantage of the excellent air conditioning which made the room very quiet. The decor is relaxing and tasteful and added to the sense of calm. Very comfortable bed and linen Altogether a lovely experience!

Great location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, really comfy stay with much needed aircon, a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Everything was super clean & they came in each day to clean up for us.

Room was expensive and apparently their second biggest. No additional single bed (as requested/advertised) - just a sofa bed with no bedding. Looked out onto a wall so absolutely no view. No soap in WC. Water on room had not been replaced and brown mould was growing the bottom. Dangerous. Breakfast room - bakery goods left out all day uncovered.

We visited 4 years ago and were impressed but was disappointed to see decline from before. Waited 3 hours to get our room at 6pm as 'only one cleaner'. Broken furniture and one towel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A clean big room with a comfy mattress. Good value for money. Quiet at night. We would go again.
