Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Gorgeous hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, with outstanding service. Loved the very open lobby and spacious with a beautiful bar. Perfect location. Not too close to Broadway, but close enough to everything. The hotel provided us with a surprise bottle of champagne and charcuterie plate for my birthday, which was unexpected and lovely, plus a fantastic room with a view perfect experience and we will stay there again in the future.
Not a thing. We loved everything about it.
Location
Spa didn’t offer nail service as stated in advertising
Lobby was nice
Very chaotic, not enough check in staff, valet lost my car, had to wait over an hour and took 4 people to find it.
Convenience and that the Country Music Hall of Fame was there
Fabulous time, loved the hotel and will definitely be back!!
Location, restaurants, and amenities
It was clean, close to Broadway
Excellent hotel, wonderful location. Would thoroughly recommend!
So pretty, clean, and the staff were amazing
Nothing at all it was perfect
Hotels is in a great location to all the main bars and singing establishments in Nashville
I’m very happy
Excellent
El hotel es muy bonito, y está muy bien ubicado
No me gustó que el restaurante donde sirven el desayuno y almuerzo del hotel Sierra muy temprano cierra a las dos de la tarde
It's a beautiful hotel, close to the nightlife of Broadway, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was clean, and on a higher floor, so we had a great view. Additionally, the location is adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame, has a chic lobby bar, and an exceptional fitness room. We would absolutely stay again.
Not really a critique, but when we stayed, it was Fourth of July Weekend, in the 90s, so the pool got very crowded.
The hotel is in the perfect location if you are attending a show at Bridgestone, the Ryman, or if you are interested in just visiting Broadway. If you are visiting for a game it would be a walk across the bridge. It would be long but not impossible. The Gulch is about a half mile walk, some of it is uphill, but the way back is downhill. If you are interested in visiting 12 South, you’ll want to drive or get an uber. The staff were super friendly, and we valeted our car and that was so nice. I forgot my toothbrush and housekeeping brought us a toothbrush quickly. We did uber a few times and there is an awning for the carport and that is so nice so that you can get out no matter the weather. It is attached to the Country Hall of Fame, so that is cool. The coffee shop was great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is beautiful! The location is superb as well! We traveled to Nashville with a large group to celebrate a birthday, and this hotel was perfect for us and our friends. It's very clean, comfortable and accessible. We spent a lot of time in the lobby area meeting up with our group and enjoying drinks at the bar. It's very accommodating. All the staff we had interactions with were very kind and helpful. I also really liked the daily text asking if we needed anything in our room since we had our do not disturb sign on the door. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again if given the chance!
Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't enjoy. If anything, if the price was a little less that would make it more appealing, but also I understand the level of the hotel and services provided for the price.
Meravigliosa e confortevole, piena di servizi. Lo staff molto disponibile e le camere belle e spaziose. Posizione perfetta per essere al centro di Nashville!
È stato tutto perfetto
Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Delicious food.
Wish they had an airport shuttle and snacks for guests. Like some places have cookies or fruit.
My stay at the Omni Hotel in Nashville was outstanding from start to finish. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of work and exploring the city. Every employee we encountered was friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and willingness to help made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay at the Omni again on my next trip to Nashville. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend it!
Great location off Broadway! Hotel was very clean, nice staff, and good amenities!
Nothing
Super stay, Pool and Gym, Rooms comfortable, hotel stunning. Walking distance to Broadway.
Some double/extra charges that took a while to sort out.
Location to Broadway and the pool.
The staff at pool bar and restaurants were great.
The price for parking.
Location
Pillows were uncomfortable. Iron didn’t work properly.

The service and location of this property is amazing. We were easily able to access the country music hall of fame without leaving the property and tickets were provided to us at the desk making it an easy item to access check off the list. I feel like so much as done prior to our arrival to accommodate us such as timing our flights so they knew we would have early check in and that made us feel welcome and cared for.
Location, food, staff, aesthetic
The cost of receiving packages that were shipped to the hotel during my stay
Todo
Great location, staff were helpful . Luxury and classy hotel . Love that it was attached to the country music museum
Booked a 2pm check out and at 1.59 was locked out of the room
Property location was excellent and the rooms were clean and nice.
Not enough pool seats
Location was great and was a really nice hotel with good facilities.
Pillows were probably the worst I’ve ever had, and room services missed servicing our room twice.
Location was amazing. 2 blocks from Broadway.
Staff was friendly, but we requested daily housekeeping, and that did not happen. I had to request it twice, and they only came the night before we were supposed to leave. Fridge in the room smelled rotten.
very close to all the action on Broadway. Very clean and a great price
Beautiful views/great location.
Over crowded. Couldn’t use the pool, put on a waitlist and then never got a call. Way over priced for what there is to actually offer.
Lovely hotel with exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Location and the pool
This property is right in the middle of Downtown Nashville so it was an easy walk to everything. The staff was very professional and prompt to take care of all our needs. I would recommend the Omni Nashville Hotel 100%
Nothing
Great hotel, central location, great amenities (amazing restaurants) and warm, friendly and professional services. Rooms are clean and comfortable - we’d stay again in a heartbeat!
Walkable distance to everything Nashville! Hotel staff helpful and friendly; clean and modern room; and great restaurants and shops on-site.
Noise from street was very loud.
My over all experience was pretty good here. The property is really pretty. I was pleasantly surprised with all the shops/restaurants attached to the hotel. It was all connected, I also wasn't expecting the Country Music Hall of Fame to be connected that was a great perk as well. The hotel was extremely clean. The food and drinks were great. The only issue I had was the check in process. I had to wait for the appropriate check in time, which is fine. However, I never received a text or email confirmation that I had a room ready even at check in time. In fact, I waited about 50 minutes past the check in time and had to engage another front desk person to find out why I did not have a room ready. The front desk guy Cash was very helpful and he was able to get a room for us right away. I'd stay here again for sure. Great location to all the excitement downtown nashville has to offer!
Overall a good stay at Omni Nashville. I think it is a little pricy for the level of service. Took a long time to get good at Barlines prior to the Alan Jackson concert - this could have been communicated to us when ordering. Ignored my wife when offering loyalty benefits. Clean room and comfortable. Definitely a good central location.
Everything Location and pool were the best thing.
Nothing was bad.
The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Checkin took FOREVER and getting the room keys when they were ready required me to wait in the checkin line which was SO SLOW. Everyone was very nice. The coffee shop was good and the people at the bar were efficient and friendly. We switched hotels for our last night to the Hilton and checkin took less than a minute (literally) as did the retrieval of the key to our room. The price was 1/3 if the Omni and just as nice if not nicer. The Omni would not be my first choice ever again in Nashville.
Amazing location and facility, you cannot fault this hotel, the staff are amazing
The constant honking of horns at the intersection and lack of sound proofing on the glazing was the real let down, absolutely amazing hotel apart from this! Would definitely return but would ask for a different room!
I am not one to usually complain about hotel stays. Im not to fussy when it comes to minor room maintenance issues. My BIG concern and complaint is the price markup of the items in the hotel's coffee shop. I went into the Omni Hotel's Coffee Shop, Bongo Java, to grab a few energy drinks for the next few days. I only got two (2) Celsius energy drinks (12oz can). The total for the two (2) 12oz Celsius energy drinks was $17.64! I was anticipating a slight markup for the convenience of having the beverage sold within the hotel. HOWEVER, when the average price (on the high end) of a 12oz Celsius energy drink is $3 each, and Bongo Java is selling them for $8 each, that is a markup of 166%! The next morning I walked up the road to the Walgreens and the exact same 12oz Celsius energy drink were two (2) for $5. I don't know if the insane markup is because of the FIFA World Cup, but a markup of 166% is CRAZY! This is higher markup than at the airport.
Excellent staff , immaculate facility , location perfect. The Country Hall of Fame attached to hotel is makes it so easy to see the venue.
We enjoyed our stay at the Omni in Nashville. Our room was very clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Drink and dining options within the hotel campus were plentiful and had a decent variety with reasonable pricing. Our room did face the main street, which resulted in emergency vehicles all hours of the day, so I would recommend requesting a room not facing the street if possible. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would look to stay at an Omni Hotel for my next travel.
Very expensive for what you get. Room smelled dirty, sheets were wrinkled, pillows smelled funny, bathroom shower had mold around it Someone tried to get in our room at 7:00am and again at 8:00am. Oh and the parking was outrageous. Will not be back.
Location was perfect. Rooms were spacious.
This is a very tired hotel. I thought it would be in the IHG chain but is not and is privately owned. The couch in my king room is filthy and well-worn. the desk chair has the vinyl finish worn off. Lamps were unplugged the room smells very musty. There are many other choices in hotels next door so avoid this one.
Room was great
At the time of my check in there were only 2 people at the desk and it took 15 minutes for us to finally start checking in
One of the best places I stayed at! The staff were kind and welcoming. The entire hotel was clean and had many food options. I will definitely be returning after this wonderful experience!
Property had great amenities and everyone was very helpful.
It’s not very modern with the USB-C chargers outlets not available and the hair dryer in the room was extremely old.
Location, restaurants and bars in hotel. Room and bed was super comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly
The Omni Nashville has hospitality like you used to be able to find in all high class hotels. The staff is wonderful, they aim to go above and beyond. And the location is perfect to walk everywhere. Stay here if you are in Nashville!
This property never fails to deliver. It is always perfect. The staff, restaurants, and bars are great. Can’t recommend enough!
The staff is extremely friendly. The place is beautiful. The pool was so nice, the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was perfect.I gotta say, one of the nicest experiences. We've had, and i've stayed in nashville, five times always been good. This one was exceptional. The location is two blocks from bridgestone. We love that... Even worked out in the gym twice, one of the better gyms of hotels that i've previously stayed at this one was great
Really don't have any constructive criticism.
Absolutely beautiful hotels and rooms with amazing restaurants, bars, spa and room service. Everything you could want in one place and the country music hall of fame museum is on the other end of hotel. SO MUCH FUN
Location, gym, security -liked card access for elevator / loved the view of downtown Nashville from my room. Very clean too!
Vending machine wouldn't take cash nor credit card. I wanted to get bottled water or soda. They should sell drinks and snacks during festival. They only do it late at night
Excellent experience overall. The property is exceptionally well-managed—everything is easy to navigate, from check-in to amenities, and the facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to key areas of Nashville. Most importantly, the staff stands out—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.
Great location in Nashville. Close to entertainment areas, but great conference facilities, very good fitness center, amazing staff.
When I arrived the room had random laundry strewed across the desk, I found a beetle in my bed, and there was SO much hair in the shower, also the shower handle was broken so we couldn't control the water temp. Additionally we went to the pool one day and there was a screw at the bottom of the pool that I stepped on. That's such a safety hazard! We were supposed to receive special treatment during this stay but instead we received issues and carelessness.
I purchased the Omni with Love package. I did not receive a phone call from a concierge to help plan our stay (which is supposed to come with the package). I did not receive the guaranteed late check out. I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website.
Location, Atmosphere, room cleanliness, Amazing restaurants- Bobs Steak and Chop house was absolutely fantastic, with the best waiter I've ever had ZACH K , Fantastic check-in and check-out process, valet crew was great. We will be back!!
Perfect location, beautiful Hotel, only backdraw to us was room service for food ended at 12:00 am, but had I explored more, there was a bar there that was open and served food.
Central Location, Friendly Staff, Clean & Comfy Room, Great Coffee Shop On Property!
Only complaint would be water in the tub/shower was not very hot.
Everything
Nothing
Nothing they robbed me of my money after canceling my room because they said we couldn't check in at that time. Someone should have called and said something about check in time. I paid 933.00 for one night to celebrate my one year anniversary with my wife and they wouldn't let us check in. Thing thing about it is they knew when i was arriving at 1 am in the morning. Still stole my money.. because they said we couldn't check in at that time. Someone should have called and said something about check in time. Easily accessible, good value for money and in the right place for the entertainment in Nashville
No hot water to have shave / wash
As soon as we drove up to the hotel, the valets helped us immediately. As soon as we walked into the hotel to check in, we were met with a friendly smile and were helped quickly & efficiently. I liked that we received a text to check out and asked if we had any questions. My question was answered immediately. It was about luggage storage after check out until our plane left. The instructions I received were easily followed. And I appreciate the free service for this. I also loved the location. It was so close to everything so we were able to walk to all of the places we chose to visit during this stay.
I don't have anything negative to say.
Great location! Walking distance to all of the downtown Nashville restaurants and bars.
Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. Close to everything.
The rooftop whirlpool and pool were amazing!
We decided to stay here for my birthday weekend. We stayed here when the Omni was just built back in 2013. Not many hotels in Nashville back then. We ubered and were met with a traffic jam at the entrance and a long line to check in. We had an expensive suite which was very nice. When we booked we were told we would have the coffee delivery service, but upon check in we were told no. They did give us coupons to use downstairs. They brought us a bottle of Cava and a cheese and cracker plate for my birthday. Our room looked and felt like it had recently been redone. New chairs and a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The pool had opened just a day or so before and had limited service. The server from Barlines was tending to it. Full service was to open soon they said. No umbrellas which are really needed in the hot temps. Not sure if they have them but I don’t think so. One of our favorite restaurant Bab’s is downstairs which was convenient for my birthday dinner. We paid for an early check in which was $ 50.00. The destination fee is $30.00 which I believe everyone pays. Lots of tax in Nashville, almost 9.75% sales tax and more. It really adds up for sure. We spent over 1,000 a night for our room. Not sure how much parking is. Since we live here and it was a special occasion we felt it was worth it.
Great hotel and conference center located in a prime location just an easy walk away to Broadway. Excellent conference experience and conveniently connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Highly recommended for any business event.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. Perfect location. Amazing staff and amenities. We will definitely be returning. I wouldn’t look anywhere else when returning to Nashville.
It is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location with all you could possibly need. Staff was super accommodating as well. Coffee shop downstairs is key.
Super friendly.
I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Omni Hotel and Resort from the time that I checked in until the time I checked out. The staff were so welcoming. Great Hotel worth every dime.
Nice large room which was clean and had all the amenities needed. Lots of facilities at the hotel - restaurants, spa, shops, gym etc. Friendly valets and bell hops. An hour long late check out was offered for free which was helpful.
Shower curtain in the bathroom - bit outdated for a four star hotel - as well as polystyrene cups for coffee in the room. Pillows in the bedroom were SO uncomfortable! Stocked mini bar would’ve been a good touch as opposed to an empty fridge. Valet parking extortionately priced! We told the hotel we were on honeymoon yet they didn’t do anything extra to make our stay more special which was a little disappointing.
Everything was as expected. No disappointments whatsoever.
After reading the reviews for the Omni Nashville Hotel, I called the Hotel and spoke to the Front Desk Manager Danielle. I asked her about the Hotel and the negative reviews that were posted. She assured me that the issues in the reviews had been taken care of and that she would see to make sure that my stay would be enjoyable. When I arrived at the Hotel Danielle made sure that we were given a nice room and had a welcome basket with some of the local treats included. The room was not dated as expressed in reviews. During the stay Danielle checked to make sure that everything was fine with the room and told me to call her if I needed anything to make our stay enjoyable. Contrary to reviews, housekeeping was excellent. Shawna, who made up our room, was friendly and did whatever she could to accommodate us. As we always wipe down our entire room with wipes and Lysol the entire room, Shawna according to our instructions just changed the sheets, empty our rubbish cans and left fresh towels on the counter. I spoke to Danielle several times during our stay and she was always friendly and professional and provided service beyond our expectations. Danielle provided information as to what to do and see and gave recommendations for dining. Don’t ever lose this employee as she is definitely an asset to your Establishment. I have been to Nashville over TEN (10) times and have never enjoyed Nashville. I normally cringe when I hear that the site location is Nashville. My conventions normally book the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. I really enjoyed this trip and if I am ever back in Nashville, I will definitely book the Omni Nashville Hotel.
I can not recommend the Omni Nashville Hotel enough. This was my 2nd time staying here and both times did not disappoint. Staff is excellent at this hotel. Food on site is great, lots of choices, Rooms were very comfortable. Hotel is in great location, you can walk to everything!
The gentleman checking us in had 0 sense of humor and next to no personality.
FABULOUS! The views are beautiful, the room was fantastic, clean property with many anemities, friendly and helpful staff, great location with easy walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping, short drive to 12 South, Franklin and more. Highly recommend!
