Clean , comfortable and host Tracy was so welcoming friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful all freshly cooked. Nice and close to local amenities ten minute walk away.

Lovely massive clean room and bathroom, was like an apartment with sofa and chair in the tv area. Cumfy beds, one double and one single. Plenty of storage. Air con was a must when hot. Great location, gorgeous views and a lovely sunrise each morning. Breakfast room tastefully decorated, nice and cosy and a great choice of superbly cooks food. Tracey was and is a fantastic host with nothing too much trouble. Had some lovely friends staying that knew all the great places to go. Really enjoyed the stay and have even booked to go back next year.

Shower didn't work properly, asked to be looked at and wasn't luckily weather was good so not to much of a problem for me. Room could of done with a window that actually opened just to get some fresh air in

We needed a place in Looe where we could park. This one had a space right outside our room! I was rather concerned when we drove to the place and saw it was not as near the town as we thought. However, with the pleasant coastal route to the town, this was fine. You will also need to walk off the amazing breakfast! We were warmly greeted by Tracey, who could not do enough for us throughout our 2-day stay. A lovely room overlooking the sea.

The cooked breakfast was excellent.our host was very helpful and friendly.the view from our room was perfect as it looked out over the sea plus you had a little area to sit outside with table and chairs so you could enjoy it even more.the location was good too.

There was no changing of our towels over our three night stay

The room 5 we have had before, sea view car right outside. Breakfast is cooked fresh by Tracey, its lovely everybody loves it. It is 3 star but very comfy double and single in this one.furniture is old but ok, theres a kettle and tea coffee milk there to use, bathroom is very clean.with shower. large mirror on wall settee tv aswell as bedside tables lamps of course.its what we call comfy and l drive down to Looe carpark and then walk over the bridge into Looe, bit of a way by foot but many do it

This is a lovely b and b. The room was spacious and very clean. The power shower was great. The large fan, and small bedside fans were most welcome as it was very warm weather during our stay. The b and b has a lovely position with a nice sea view. Tracey, the host, is lovely. She is so welcoming and made us feel very much at home. She also did a lovely breakfast, cooked fresh for us. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Location was great, took less than 10 minutes to walk into Looe. The free parking is a fantastic bonus and the view is amazing!

My one moan is there was no type of shower gel/body wash provided, only hand wash and silly me didn’t pack anything incase!

The location is excellent. Our room was brilliant. Tracy really looked after us. The food and hospitality was exceptional.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and cooks a lovely breakfast. The room was large so we had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable so we both slept well. We had a great view over the sea, so even with the weather turning for the worse at times, we could still enjoy the view in the comfort of our room.

Room was very spacious, lovely sea view, comfortable and cosy . Plenty of refreshments supplied i.e. tea and coffee. A short walking distance to the town on the east side of the river mouth. Great breakfast, cooked fresh with a range of cereal, fruit juice and teas and coffee. Host polite and friendly, and came outside to greet us as we were arriving late evening, Thank would definitely return.

Tracey at Sawyers is just lovely. I booked this room for my mum as our house in Looe has LOTS of steps up to it from the road and my elderly mum cannot manage them. I therefore needed her close by but somewhere on the flat. I really hit gold with Sawyers. Not only is the whole property on the flat, so my mum could get around OK, but Tracey is just lovely, really going out of her way to help my mum. She put a seat in the walk-in shower for her as well as a grab rail and extra floor mats. The room has lovely views out to Hannafore Beach (as do they all) and was warm and comfortable, Tracey had even put the heater on before we arrived. It has a comfy sofa, tea & coffee station and mum said the bed was really comfy. Mum also raved about the breakfast, it kept her going all day.

Little bit of a walk to town but that was known prior to stay. Only issue if you have children is there is a short stretch of road with no foot path

Tracy was so friendly and a great host , the room was very comfortable and peaceful. Not too far to walk into Looe. Breakfast was very tasty and you can choose what you'd like daily. You can see the sea from your bed and park your car right outside your room, just perfect, we booked to go back next year.

The welcome and service from Tracey was exceptional.We felt that nothing was too much trouble and will definitely recommend her to others.

Something that she couldn’t change which was the road noise but the sea view from across the road was lovely

A wonderful view over the sea, easy access (10 min walk to town albeit uphill coming back) and parking. Not brand new but loved and homely atmosphere. Breakfast was great; juice, cereal then choose what you would like from a full English (a tick sheet supplied each morning). Hairdryer supplied. Parking right outside. Hostess, Tracey, was very welcoming, helpful and was able to fulfill all our requests. Would definitely come back and my husband would say I am fussy!

Aircon for heat was a little noisy but turned it off at night anyway so didn’t bother us (-2 outside and still bearable), would advise taking slippers as floor tiled. No toiletries supplied but that was probably our fault for not reading the description properly. We had 2 rooms; the back room/unit that is for sale was a little musty, we would not have been able to stay in there due to health reasons.

The location was great, beautiful sea views which constantly change with the tides going out and coming back in. Only a short walk into Looe to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Our lovely friendly host Tracey cooked a fabulous breakfast each morning which kept us going until dinner time.

Its position was stunning, bit concerned about walk down to Looe, but in fact it was easy and very pleasant. Our welcome was very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast just perfect, cooked fresh by Tracey who is a great host and very nice lady too

Room was spacious, as was the shower room, not all cramped up like some B & Bs. The owner was so friendly it was like we had known each other for some time, although we did live in that area for a few years and became nearly locals, we were able to relate to quite a few people that we knew. . the whole set up is so different to how it was when we lived there, and the current owner has made a very good job of making it like home from home.

Location is stunning. On the cliff top looking out to sea and less than ten minutes walk to town. The car was parked right by our room so easy unloading too.

Had a lovely 7 days in looe. Sawyers b&b made our stay perfect & that was due to lovely friendly staff especially Tracey the owner. The location was perfect for us fantastic sea views, short walk down into town (could be problem for people with walking difficulties).Lovely accommodation equipped with everything you would need spotless clean. Quiet location (had the best sleep which I usually struggle with when away). The cooked breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice cooked by the wonderful Tracey & plenty of it which sets you up for the day. Should you need lunch (which we didn't) there is lovely hotel next door which serves food to the public also short walk in other direction a cafe, & cafe bar serving food. We enjoyed looe so much we've booked again for next year & of course stopping at sawyers b&b as we loved it so much it made our holiday the perfect get away & can't wait to go back.

Only gripe was the light from the bathroom lit up the room when someone went to use the toilet during the night, would like to see a small blind or some black out material over th glass pane.
