Its a great place for a one or two night stay. Pub downstairs good. Personnel very friendly. Secure car park across the road very handy. Rooms arent the biggest but they are clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities. Was there on a Friday night and a live Band was playing in the Pub. They were excellent. Hastings is nice. Fish and Chips at the Kingfisher chippy in town absolutely lush. Pub does good food also and a cracking breakfast. Value for money is top.

The constant smell of weed, the incredibly noisy road and car park, one of the bedside lights was faulty, the toilet sounded like a jet engine every time you flushed, the bed needed more pillows and wasn't particularly comfortable, the curtains needed to be a lot better as it was very light in the room even at 3am due to lights outside.

Good size room, very comfortable bed. Great shower. Friendly helpful staff. Although, not included in the stay, we had a meal downstairs in Pisarros which was very nice and large portions. Excellent location for town and seafront. Everything is walking distance. Car park is right opposite and not too expensive for an overnight stay.

Excellent value for money. Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from train and main shopping precinct Room as described. Very clean and very comfortable The bar had warm ambience with live music the night I stayed which I enjoyed. Finished about 1100. Although room overlooking busy road and loading bay noise not disturbing for me and seemed quiet overnight.

My only concern was the stairs to my room were quite steep and narrow. No problem for me to manage but they are in need of a hand rail as a safety measure. It would be easy to trip and fall coming down particularly with luggage.

L’hôtel est proche de la gare ce qui est très pratique à l’arrivée à Hastings, le personnel était charmant.

Le matelas était terrible et la douche était compliquée à gérer (c’était très difficile de tourner la poignée et l’eau était sous très haute pression donc pas très chaude).

Staff really friendly and welcoming. Good food downstairs. Reasonably priced bar.

Despite being above a bar the hotel was incredibly quiet. We only heard movement from the room above as you would expect, we didn’t hear any of the other guests. Room was spacious and bathroom adequate. Good shower and the Scottish Soap Company toiletries were lovely.

We were woken by deliveries to the shopping centre before 7am, not the hotels fault but would recommend ear plugs. Cars also seem to drive fast on the road so was quite loud. We tried to close the window but it was too stiff. One bedside lamp didn’t work.

Room was clean and comfortable for a single night stay. Bed was very big. Shower was good.

Noise! Next to shopping centre delivery depot so 6am deliveries. Room is also too warm to keep window closed so it’s a lose lose but is what it is. Fan weren’t much help. Shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so had to hold the shower head to wash.

Very close to the train station and also within short walk to the beach and old Town. St Lennards also short walk away. Only stayed for 1 night during the week though. On certain evenings they have life music next door but this did not coincide with our 1 night stay so can't comment regarding the noise from that. I don't drive but I did notice a multi storey car park pretty much opposite the guesthouse Would definitely stay there again!

The room was a bit on the small side

Nice friendly people. The room was exactly as described - lovely comfortable bed - excellent shower. Lovely food in the restaurant downstairs. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, close to everything.

The tiny sink in the toilet made it very difficult to wash your face and brush your teeth without water going all over the floor, and also having the toilet in a different location than the shower. Would book a different room next time, otherwise everything was fantastic.

Very affordable, central location, friendly staff

The road at the front is extremely noisy, with slowing cars and trucks thundering past right through the night. Not the hotel’s fault, but on a (very) hot night it was impossible to have the window shut, so was woken many times. The desk fan in the room didn’t actually move any air around. A hot and relatively sleepless night. But the staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable.

One of the rooms didn’t have an integrated toilet but it’s a small point as there was one on the landing

L’emplacement proche du centre et de la gare, literie propre et confortable, tv nickel, douche très bien, thé et café fournis (théière). Rue étonnamment calme la nuit et pas de bruit du pub (on était dimanche et lundi) Les gens du pub sont très accueillants tout comme les habitants d’Hastings, une ville qui mérite plus d’attention !!!

L’odeur de la chambre sentait un peu le renfermé (j ai laissé un flacon de febreze), la vue un peu lugubre sur l’entrée arrière du centre commercial. La chambre est au 1er étage donc tout le monde nous voit. Le ventilo est moyennement efficace.

Stanza molto ampia con grandi finestre, molto pulito, bellissimo bagno con doccia molto ampio. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di custodire le nostre biciclette al sicuro in una stanza nel pub sottostante. Tutto perfetto.

Nice central Hasting location and a very comfortable room above an excellent pub. Our room was a great size, quirky separated shower room and toilet room, but very good layout in an older building. Huge bed and nice stay for two people with a short walk to the beach. Recommend!

Bellissima camera, funzionale, comoda e pulita. staff gentilissimo, posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione. Per noi la musica proveniente dal pub non è stato un problema, forse se hai bambini piccoli può dare un pò di fastidio; Comunque termina in orari civili. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora. Consigliato!

All great. A lovely bar with really great blues musicians on the evening we stayed but nothing intrusive or annoying from our room where we couldn't hear the band though we were high up. Assisted us greatly with a very late check in which was appreciated. Great location with 24 hours multi storey secure parking 2 mins walk Lovely friendly staff and comfortable room, and good value too. Thanks

I didn't get Breakfast but I did get Brunch it was nice. The location is very good its near the shopping centre, close to the beach and town centre.

The overall cleanliness of the room. It had of dust and cobwebs. I noticed one spider on ceiling as soon as I arrived, Although I initially thought it was dead and it was the high ceiling so it couldn't affect me directly, I do not like spiders at all. When I returned to my room later after going out, That same spider had moved which left me know it was dead and there was web in the middle of room where I had seen it. There were webs by the bed and by the window and little spiders too. Alot of the dust was in high places which I understand can be clean but there were some dust webs in lower areas of the window and bed too. That and the spiders did make for the most comfortable stay which is a shame because the size of the room along with ensuite bathroom are really value for money.

Road noise was terrible, If we stayed again would upgrade to a room on the other side of the building. But ya get what you pay for when your budget travellers with a terrible exchange rate.

The room was very spacious and well cleaned. The only two thing that didn't work well was the wifi and the check out too early, at 10am. But for the rest it was amazing 👏

Great Location and friendly staff

Room could have been a bit more comfortable but that was mostly down to the heat. Bathroom was quite small

Once we arrived was welcomed to place & explained a few thinks about the place. Once we get to room was took back with the size. And with it being during the heat wave, they already had a fan on & windows open cooling the room down perfect. So not only a bed we had two chairs table to sit on to watch the tv and kettle cup tea & coffee. Nice size bathroom with a bath & over bath shower, sink & toilet. Enjoyed our stay couldn't off asked for more

Bardzo miła obsługa ale niestety prysznic zepsuty,spłuczka słabo działa w toalecie Pokój 2 osobowy a tylko jedno krzesło poza tym głośna muzyka w pubie na dole do 23 co przeszkadzało nam w odpoczynku.W hotelu 3 *nie ma recepcji a klucze wydawane są w pubie.Duzym plusem był wiatrak w pokoju co przy dużych upałach było bardzo korzystne
