Mega! Onsen und privaten Onsen die als Hotelgast alle zur Verfügung stehen super. (Die privaten Onsen tattoofreundlich ). Das Personal super aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Essen (hatten Halpension) super … grosse japanische Buffetauswahl . Unser Zimmer war toll und sehr gemütlich 37 qm . Wir sind begeistert. 🤩

Wir haben insbesondere die privaten Onsen genossen. Aber auch sonst war alles hervorragend. Karaoke singen, Tischtennis spielen, Massagesessel - es gibt so viel, was man in diesem Hotel machen kann. Unser Zimmer im japanischen Stil war auch sehr schön. Das Personal war extrem freundlich.

Unsere Kinder hätten lieber dickere Matratzen gehabt.

貸し風呂が近くで分かりやすかった。

スタッフの説明とサービスがありきたりで、サービスなど聞きたいところの説明がこちらから聞かないとない等と不足していた。 車で行くことは事前に伝えていたが、近くの駐車場が少し離れた場所に駐車しないと行けなくなったが、『荷物をお預かり致します』の言葉がこちらから聞かないとなかったなど、気配りの不足を感じた。

朝夕の食事。高級食材ではないけれどメニューが豊富で、これなら連泊しても飽きがこないと思います。人が集中して料理が取りづらいという事も無かったです。 館内も広々としていて、娯楽施設やディスプレイも工夫されていました。

大浴場に比べて貸し切り風呂はアメニティが一部置いてなかった事（メイククレンジング、化粧水等）

清潔で静かなところは大変良い。

大浴場は広くてよいのだが，とにかく浅くてゆっくりするにはあまり適切ではなかった。夕食はこれといった目玉の料理がないので少々寂しかった。

館内がとても綺麗で良かった。 ウェルカムドリンク、湯上がりアイス他のサービルはとても良い。 貸切風呂も予約なしで入れるのが良かった

ベッド2つの部屋でしたが、かべが近いのか隣の声が聞こえ残念だった。

Excellent séjour pour notre voyage de noces ! Le personnel était attentionné, toujours souriant et serviable. Le bol de soba offert du soir était un vrai plus. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bon. Les bains, la chambre et l'intérieur du ryokan nous ont permis de nous évader et de nous reposer !

混雑してても対応できるようにしてて、待ち時間もアメニティみたり浴衣選んだり楽しめました！ 誕生日サプライズで美味しいホールケーキも注文できて、配慮がとても嬉しかったです。 館内も床が気持ちよく、素足で歩けて良いです。 温泉もお食事も満足！！！

We loved this whole experience and would return. We enjoyed the shoe-free environment and kimono robes, as well as the restaurant buffet. The private onsen rooms were incredible and we may have tried them all. Walking in town at night to the bamboo grove was a treat and the sound of the river was soothing. This was a great breather between our Tokyo and Osaka stays and wonderful for families, couples and solo travelers.

Erg leuk en sfeervol dorpje. Ontbijt en diner zeer uitgebreid, lekker en hilarisch. Allemaal in je Yukata of andere hotelkleding en op sokken in de eetzaal. Geweldig om mee te maken. Uitstekende bedden, prima badkamer en alles in het hotel aanwezig. Let op: het is een schoenvrij en slippervrij hotel. Dat betekent dat je bij de receptie je schoenen in een kluisje plaatst en op sokken verder gaat. Dat zorgt wel dat alles goed schoon blijft. Al met al gewoon een fijn verblijf.

Enigszins massaal bij ontbijt en diner. En laatste binnenkomst bij ontbijt is 8.30u. Da’s best vroeg….. Je kunt wel tot 9:30u ontbijten.

Great location near quaint town. The property has great amenities (private onsen, convenience store, etc.). The buffet was tasty. A large property with nice staff. You do need to take off your shoes throughout the property - great as long as you have no issues walking with just socks. I would stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful rooms and great onsen facilities. The surrounding area was a highlight.

We had an amazing, relaxing stay! We had just spent a very busy week in Kyoto so this felt like a pampered, relaxing break for my teen daughter and I. We didn’t use the Onsen (my daughter wasn’t keen), but we took advantage of the rest of the facilities (table tennis, free drinks at certain times of the day, massage chairs, free bathroom amenities etc). We enjoyed exploring the different areas. Our twin Japanese style room was beautiful and we loved waking up to the birds singing. We fell in love with the town nearby - particularly the hot water Onsen footbaths on either side of the river. We opted for half board and loved walking around the buffets trying the different Japanese food (as well as the western offerings), for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, we picked up food from the 711 nearby. To get there we caught the Shinkensen from Kyoto to Mishima, a local train to Shuzenji Onsen (no Suica allowed so use the machines to pay in cash), then the C10 bus to close to the hotel. It is a wonderful, quiet place for tourists to visit, off the usual routes. This hotel and town was a highlight of our whole trip - can recommend staying 2 nights to really relax.

Rooms are large and spacious, the private onsens were a delightful facility and easy to navigate. Location was amazing, only a small walk to the shujenzi temple and town centre.

Tv is a little small and outdated.

The ambiance of this ryokan is really nice. Aside from the entrance area, the entire hotel floor is tatami mats, so you walk around the hotel in your socks (or slippers). There is a little bridge you go over to access the elevators. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The public bath (onsen) is really nice. There is an outdoor and indoor portion. They also have private onsen available to use, separate from the public onsen area. We booked the room with the outdoor private bath, which was also really nice for when I wanted to soak but didn't want to go all the way to the public bath. The breakfast and dinner are good but not spectacular.

The buffet for breakfast and lunch could have been better for what you pay. Also, at dinner, you have to pay for alcohol separately. The children's play area was okay, but it didn't have too much to keep our child occupied.

Es gibt 7 sehr schöne private Onsen, für die man keine Reservierung benötigt. Außerdem gibt es noch 2 öffentliche Onsen, getrennt nach Geschlechtern. Yukata und Hausanzüge werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. In dieser Kleidung kann man sich im Haus auch zu den Mahlzeiten bewegen. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Eine gute Wahl, da wir im Ort nur wenige Restaurants gesehen haben. Beide Mahlzeiten japanisch. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

ホテル内が裸足か靴下での利用に感嘆👍 クッションの効いた敷物を裸足で歩くのは最高でした😊 スタッフの人数も多く対応も非常に良かった! 館内は清掃も行き届き、アロマが漂いとてもいい!! 7つの貸切り風呂も混む事も無くほとんど利用でき無料で最高でした✨ 無料のサービスも多く(ウェルカムドリンク、お風呂上がりのアイス、デザイン浴衣、作務衣、夜泣そば等) 料理も申し分ない。

Great facilities on-site including multiple rentable private onsen, karaoke room, convenience store, and other activities for kids. Nice yukata rental options and spacious public baths. The rooms were also bigger than we expected.

We visited as a large group to celebrate a wedding and the staff would not help us to reserve tables so we could sit together for breakfast and dinner.

Staff were friendly, courteous, and generous. They had an English speaking check-in staff ready. Very clean, had a variety of private baths. Food was fantastic and plentiful

The shiatsu massage was excellent! The therapist was very skillful, kind, and put us at ease. I only wish they had more than one therapist on staff so my wife and I could get massage at the same time. We both enjoyed the massage very much.

Both Breakfast and Dinner are very good. Besides meals, it have 7 free private natural hot springs provide all hotel guests.

修善寺站出来乘巴士6分钟到御幸桥，下车步行3分钟即到，酒店干净，工作人员都热情专业，早晚餐丰盛，免费饮品、冰淇淋和乳酸菌饮料都很好吃，4楼7个私汤、9楼大汤池和二个露天汤池都非常棒，酒店离景点很近，下次有机会去一定多住一晚！

Beautiful rooms, great hot spring experience with different options, nice food. Overall extremely relaxing and worthwhile.

The private Olsens were lovely. The buffets for breakfast and dinner had a great variety to choose from. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

Exceptional, stayed for three nights and will definitely return some day. The hotel/Onsen is lovely and very clean throughout. We only used the private spa baths but all were differently themed and totally relaxing. The food at both breakfast and dinner was superb, really good quality, plenty of choice and variety. What most impressed and made our stay very special was the staff, from the greetings and help from the all the gentleman at the front of the hotel, the receptionists, waiting staff, housekeeping, chefs at mealtime and all encountered, always polite, friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel/ Onsen. Thank you all. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights while we visited the Izu Peninsula. It was a beautiful place to stay, room, meals, onsen and other facilities all great.

Location was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. English speaking staff were always available from greeting at the front door to the dining room.

The food in the dining room was just OK. It was plentiful and the staff was helpful and friendly.
