The location was quiet and beautiful, but a car is needed.

This is a very nice hotel, but not for families. The room is dedicated to romantic vacation with your spouse, shower with no privacy. The breakfast was not so great for a western family.

全部良かった。 フロントのスタッフの方が親切、愛想もよくて説明も丁寧。お部屋もとっても綺麗。お風呂も清掃が行き届いていて綺麗。メイク落としもあるしボディソープがめっちゃいい匂いでした。フロントに電話すればすぐにバスが迎えに来てくて、移動で困ることが一切ない。値段に対してサービスが良すぎる。あと夜ご飯が美味しすぎました。富士山も綺麗に見えて最高。文句が出てこない。 虫が苦手な人は夜の露天風呂はちょっと怖いかも？笑 あと歯ブラシが有料だったのにちょっと驚きましたが、今はそれが普通なのですね。次からはちゃんと持っていきます！

冷蔵庫内部、冷蔵庫下まで中の霜が溶けた分なのかビチョビチョの状態でした。天気が良くなかったので何とも言えないのですが、予約選択で富士山ビューと記載があったが２階建のうち2階ではなく１階で木々がかなり高く天気が良くても本当に見えたのかなと思いました。

お部屋が綺麗でした。(ゴキブリがでたり、ガが入ってきたりしましたが) 部屋からは、鹿の親子が見えて、温泉もとても良かったです。

チェックインの際に、部屋の掃除を希望しなければ1,000円引きだと伝えられたので、部屋の掃除なしを希望しました。しかし、チェックアウトの際に、事前支払いの場合は1,000円引きが適用されないことを知らされました。 研修の人が多かったので仕方ないとは思いますが、指導する人とかはいないのか疑問です。 チェックアウト時だっただけに、最後の最後で嫌な気持ちになりました。

部屋が清潔である。トイレが広い。 森の湯のサウナが良かった。 当日レストランの予約したいと言ったらすぐ予約を取ってくれた。

Belle chambre quoique un peu étroite pour une famille de 4. Le plus : la terrasse donnant sur la forêt et la baignoire sur la terrasse. L'environnement était magnifique (forêt, golf, possibilité de voir le Mont Fuji par temps clair) et très calme.

L'établissement est un peu loin de tout, nécessité d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer sur les lieux d'attraction de la péninsule.

Isolé en campagne, en principe vue sur le Fuji ...mais il n'y avait pas de visibilité pendant notre séjour donc on l'a pas vu. Facile avec parking en face.

C'est du type Resort avec plusieurs bâtiments étalés prés du golf, il faut vraiment une voiture ( notre cas ) sinon c'est galère. Tres déçus par la chambre car c’était du type japonais avec futong dans le salon pour notre fille, rien pour s'assoir a part des coussins par terre. Notre chambre pour 2 avait 2 lits normaux mais chambre petite et sans fenêtre extérieure. Balcon OK censé avoir la vue sur le Fuji mais il y a la rambarde du balcon qui gâche la vue. Baignoire sympa type onsen sur le balcon mais avec un pilier qui cache partiellement la vue donc assez déceptif. Au final c’était une grande chambre avec salon mais oú on se sent toujours serré, inconfortable et sans espace et rien pour s'assoir a part le balcon et sur le lit de la chambre....sans fenêtre.

The location and the vibe of the place is awesome, right in the middle of nature - we were hoping to see Mount Fuji, but she stayed hidden in the clouds! Even without the view, it was amazing. The room layouts are just fantastic, the private onsen was wonderful, and the staff were lovely.

The breakfast could have had a slightly nicer selection and better organisation, but overall it was good enough. The shared facilities seem to be from a different era and are a little outdated - though the architecture is amazing and everything is clean. For people like me who love last-century brutalist vibes combined with nature, it's still a fascinating visual experience - there is so much potential in those buildings, I hope they will get a facelift soon.

- not super adapted to visitors without a car. There is a shuttle service but not very frequent. Maybe a dedicated service for luggage only could be useful. Otherwise, walking is feasible

素泊まり計画でした。とにかく安かったです！ またチェックアウト後もお風呂を利用出来たのでまた帰りに寄って利用させて頂きました。

全体的に古かった、特に廊下がずっとカビ臭かった。（部屋は大丈夫）

The faculty is really spread out. You need a car. The BBQ restaurant was average and very overpriced. We had to make up our own futon beds in the room which I thought was a bit much for the price we paid for the room

No wifi in rooms, basic things like brush paste will not be provided for free we need to pay if needed. Hair dryer was too old and slow. There is no separate explanation for different stays inside resort . They say all facilities like pool etc in website but is only at particular type of stay .

子ども連れの家族などが居ましたが 施設内はとても静かで家族で来る方も 安心してお泊まりできるなぁと思いました。

夏場は虫がいるので、蚊帳みたいなのがあると いあなぁと思いました。

自然に囲まれて、良い環境。 施設自体は古いけど、キレイでしたし、スタッフさんも優しかったし、温泉が最高でした。 朝ご飯もおいしかったです。

Le personnel a été très compréhensif et nous avons pu trouver une meilleure option pour loger notre famille. Il y a plusieurs gammes de chambres dans ce complexe hôtelier. Cela n’était pas clair pour nous au moment de la réservation.

Chambre proposée très très datée, années 70-80 et jamais rénovées. Confort très basique pour le prix élevé en haute saison.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Es gab zwei Fernseher und ein Tablet mit Hotelinfos etc.. Der private Onsen mit Balkon war ein Traum. Unsere Betten waren sehr groß und sehr bequem. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen sehr, sehr gut. Ein Kompliment an die Küche. Das Servicepersonal war außerordentlich freundlich. Es machte uns großen Spaß beim Abendessen.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise mehr oder weniger stark abgenutzt. Die beiden Fernseher waren nicht internetfähig. Es hatte insgesamt den Charme der 80er.

お風呂が掛け流しの露天で一人でじっくり楽しむことができた 目の前は森でしたがひぐらし蝉の声が響いていてとても情緒が感じられる空間でした。 布団もとても気持ちよかったですし、部屋にテレビがあるのも子連れとしては助かりました。

アメニティが少ないので持ち合わせが少ない人は苦労していました。 ブッフェの野菜がもう少し地域のものがあるといいなと思いました。レタスとトマトしかなかったので野菜好きとしては残念でした… とうもろこしの冷製スープとチョコレートのデザートは本格的で美味しかったです。 食事に地域の良さやここならではが感じられると最高でした。

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la chambre, la climatisation et les grands lits confortables. En plus, nous avons aimé le petit-déjeuner varié et l'accès à la piscine. Nous avons même pu utiliser facilement la laverie. Bien sûr, c'est un peu cher mais ça le vaut vraiment.

お部屋がかなり古いけれども、清潔だったので子供達がレトロ感を楽しんでいたし、夜も広々眠れて良かったです。お風呂も広くて気持ち良かった！ 海に行った後ご飯を食べて行きお風呂に入り眠るには充分でした。

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering it was the most expensive hotel of my entire trip. The quality simply did not match the price. Even before reaching my room, the hallway was unpleasant — insects were flying around, including a dragonfly, the carpet was dirty, and the air smelled musty. The room itself was slightly cleaner, but still below basic expectations. There was no Wi‑Fi, which is a standard feature in modern hotels. The kitchen lacked essential items such as cutlery, and there was no microwave in the room — only one available at reception, which was highly inconvenient. The hotel felt outdated, with furniture and equipment that looked like they were from the 1970s or 1980s. Based on the level of cleanliness and maintenance, the property clearly needs a thorough renovation or at least urgent repairs. I want to highlight that the reception staff were friendly and not at fault. The issue seems to be poor organization and management from higher levels. At one point I saw seven receptionists at the front desk, yet throughout my stay I never saw a single maintenance worker or cleaner. Housekeeping did come daily, but on the last day they left our room unlocked, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, despite the kind reception staff, the hotel did not meet basic standards and was by far the worst value for money on my trip. I cannot recommend it in its current condition.

部屋に檜風呂があり、家族で入れる上に24時間入浴可能でとても素晴らしかった。 部屋がしっかりした作りで防音がよいのか他の部屋から全く音が聞こえなかった。

蛾がいた。 フロントがどこか予約時にわからなかったのでちょっと悩んだ。大きな敷地でチェックイン場所が宿泊施設により異なるため難しい。山紫水明はゲストハウスフロントで敷地の1番奥にあり一度そこの駐車場に停めてチェックイン後に山紫水明の棟に向かいそこで再び車を停める必要がある。

部屋が広くて快適でした。 体育館やプールが無料で使えて、たくさん楽しめました。

住宿前說明不足，去了才知道範圍是整座山，連check in的地點都找好久，留言詢問也都沒人回覆。 吃飯或去大浴池都要開車，非常不方便。 訂購時明明有寫清楚是2大2小，飯店說找不到其中一位小孩的餐食資料，現場又多付錢

Le domaine de l’hôtel est énorme mais ils ont une navette qui passe par Shuzenji et ensuite s’arrête à plusieurs endroits. La vue est éblouissante, nous sommes arrivés à 15h et le mont Fuji se cachait mais le le lendemain matin nous avons pu l’apercevoir directement depuis le bain sur le balcon: c’était exceptionnel! La chambre était très jolie, j’ai rarement vu des lits aussi grands !

Natural environment.

The room was very old and stained sofas. No wifi in the room even though wifi availability mentioned in booking.com. We need to buy tooth brush and paste separately. Every tourists locations are very far from the hotel.

La habitación presentaba un grave problema de humedad. Había grandes manchas de humedad en las paredes e incluso moho visible en la pared junto a la cama. La moqueta estaba húmeda al caminar, dando la sensación de que la humedad afectaba a toda la habitación. En la bañera también había marcas negras de humedad. Además, el fuerte olor a humedad intentaba disimularse con un ambientador de menta muy intenso. Para rematar, la lámpara del techo del baño estaba llena de arañas y otros insectos muertos en su interior, algo impropio de un establecimiento de esta categoría. Dormir en una habitación en estas condiciones resulta muy desagradable y no es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

部屋が大変広くて、ゆったり過ごせました。

温泉の露天風呂まで、一端外にでなくてはいけませんでした。

予約日時を間違えていたらしく丁寧な連絡があった。 早目に着いたので、温泉施設を案内してもらい、サウナやプールで時間を漫喫できた。 孫のお土産で欲しがっていた商品がある即購入できた。

一階の通路が少しかび臭かった。

The onsen was incredible!! I used it multiple times in my one night stay. The bed was comfy, the forest view was amazing - it felt very secluded, and the staff were very helpful. She even helped me make a reservation for dinner, I was a bit nervous to do as I don’t speak Japanese. I 100% recommend staying here after exploring Shuzenji during the day :) I went to the grill & bar for dinner - the buffet had a variety of options and the wine selection was amazing!

スタッフの対応が非常に悪い。 富士山ビューで予約したのに、掲載されている写真と全く異なっており、目を凝らしてようやく富士山が見えるか見えないかレベル。スタッフに申し付けたところ、少しキレ気味で、お客さんが想像してる富士山は冬の富士山とか訳の分からないことを言われた。冬とか関係なく、そもそも山自体が見えない。詐欺だと思う。実際の写真も載せるべき。期待して予約したのに、散々でした。正直ガッカリしました。スタッフの対応が丁寧で謝罪の一言もあれば、こちらの憤りも和らいだと思うのですが、火に油を注がれた気分です。返金して欲しいレベルで酷かったです。

利用した日が金曜日だったのか静かに過ごせました。 従業員はプロ意識が徹底しており教育レベルの高さは感じました。 最後は従業員個人の人柄が出ますが問題ないように思いました 　素人が余分な事を言ったらスミマセン

宿泊施設が何ヵ所もあり間違ってチェックインしようとした 従業員の気配りが良くて事なきを得ましたが　初めて利用する者には少しあれ？と言う感じでした。 ホテルの風呂はゴルフブレーヤ－が利用するからか少し温めでした。特に朝は39.8°近辺でゆっくり浸かるのが好きな方には良かったかな　と言う感じでした 全体的にラフォーレ全体の施設を把握するまでは少し不便さを持ちました。 次回はもう少しうまく利用できると思います

La chambre vue sur Mont Fuji est fabuleuse. Elle est très spacieuse et le bain sur la terrasse est plus qu'appréciable. Nous avons passé un super moment détente dans cet hôtel. Les lits étaient aussi très confortables. Il y a aussi une navette qui vous emmène jusqu'à votre chambre, mais la voiture reste quand même obligatoire pour se déplacer dans la péninsule.

Je suis arrivée en taxi vers 19h30 et malheureusement, le restaurant était déjà complet... Ce qui est embêtant puisqu'il n'y a aucun autre moyen de se restaurer sans véhicule. Ca pourrait être pas mal de garder quelques tables "au cas où".

Its far away from everything, if you don’t have a car it’s not relevant. It took about 2 hours to get to sky Mishima in public transportation. And the same for everything else.

駐車場が少ない。建物の前が空いていないと少し離れたところに止めないといけない。食事をとるのに車で（もしくは10分ほど歩かなければ）行かなければいけない。バスもあるが、面倒。

Great welcome from the reception, agreed to change our rooms to accomodate us for an extra night. Beautiful soroundings and facilities. The use of spa was a bonus really well welcomed by my son after our long nature walks

I really liked the attention to detail with regards to the kaiseki dinners we got. We paid for three nights and each night was something different. If it was not different we would have been disappointed. We were very pleased with the food.

For the cost of staying, I would have appreciated free laundry machine access.

High and lows. The room with private bath and Fujisan view is absolutely fantastic. The bed was ultra comfortable. But...

Power went away 4am, and security lights went on, even the floodlights over the bed, and could turn them off. No info whatsoever and you need a long walk to get to reception, with phone, toilet and open bath NOT working with out power. At 8am, less than average breakfast, still with no power in the property, you had to use shared toilet and baths. We were offered no refunds.

The food at the Marriott restaurant (part of the Laforet resort) was really disappointing for the price The overall resorts feels abandoned, with some parts really deteriorated due to lack of maintenance/renovations

We unfortunately only stayed for one night at this hotel as it was a transit hotel for us but what I can say is that it exceeded all of our expectations. We only wanted to have an outdoor batch and to relax but we didn't expect it to be this nice. I feel like this is one of the rare occasions where the photos don't do the hotel justice, as the room was much nicer than we thought it would be. + The hotel is located in a remote-ish area, in the forest and it feels really calming. I don't know how feasible it is to come here if you don't have a car, because even something as simple as going from the front desk to your room requires a pretty long walk. If you come with your car, pay attention to the road, especially at night since there's deer around. We had one almost jump in front of us. + The staff spoke good English and they were very polite and helpful. The check in was quick and easy. + The room was incredible. Super spacious, modern and clean. The beds were big and comfortable. You have pretty much all the amenities that you could need. - The open air bath is the star of the show and it really was an amazing experience.

This is not a "negative" in the sense that the hotel has no control over this, however, I'm including it here for awareness. Keep in mind that being in the forest comes with its own advantages and disadvantages. While relaxing in the open air bath at night we had the "pleasure" of sharing the balcony with 2 huge spiders (I'm assuming they were huntsman spiders). If you're scared by them, make sure to check the floor, walls and ceiling of the balcony before you jump into the bath. And even afterwards, you might want to be on the lookout as they can crawl up around the place pretty fast.
