חדרים גדולים מאוד האונסן קטן ולאהמתאים לכמות המתרחצים יש מקרר עם ארטיק קרח וארטיק חלב חופשי בערב יש נגנית פסנתר שמנעימה את האווירה חדרים נקיים

ארוחת בוקר שלא מתאימה לצמחוניים ואוכלי חביתות . מחסור גדול בירקות ..כמות קטנה של ביצים או חביתה לחם שמים קצת וכשנגמר מוסיפים . הלחמניות מאוד קטנות והם גם חותכים אותם לשנים . נותן הרגשה ממש לא נעימה הכלים במזנון מתרוקנים במהירות ולוקח להם זמן למלא . הגענו לארוחת בוקר ולא היו ירקות בכלל ולא חביתות אפילו מכונת השוקו חם מוציאה חצי כוס שוקו רגיל . פירות כמעט ואין ומה שיש זה מעט .נגמר מהר ולא מביאים . נראה שבית המלון חוסך במזון וזה מאוד לא נעים חהיות שם בארוחת בוקר חבל שארוחת בוקר מקלקלת כל כך את האירוח .

The bed mattress looked like it was 40 years and was the hardest most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. We tossed and turned all night. We stayed in a Ryokan the night before and even the thin mattress on the floor was more comfortable. The pillows were also lumpy and hard. The hotel needs to replace these or people will not be back The elevators also need to be looked at as they shut quite aggressively and got my wife twice, they also hit another lady that we saw

Absolutely beautiful hotel, large spacious rooms exquisitely decorated. Staff were absolutely marvellous as we asked to forward our large suitcases to the next hotel. They ring the hotel they are going to. Problem was there was a stuff up with our hotel booking for the next hotel as it was our fault with the credit card company had put the wrong name, it was my maiden name. As the language barrier we a little difficult to explain. The wonderful staff sorted it all out for us. Couldn't thank them enough. And their patience with us.

Fastest and most efficient check-in ever - despite having booked 7 rooms for 17 people. The staff is really nice and efficient! In the double rooms, the beds were soooo big, it was really confortable and we could easily sleep with our two kids in the same bed. Location of the hotel is great but there are not many restaurants in the surroundings.

Breakfast was very japanese and not much for our kids (who do not eat fish/japanese food in the morning).

Personale gentile, camera spaziosa e futon comodo.

La struttura è un po’ vecchiotta e avrebbe bisogno di un riammodernamento. Non c’è lo yukata ma solo pigiama. Prezzo un po’ caro. Onsen solo pubblico diviso uomini e donne come da cultura giapponese .

Loved the vibe, the tradition, the hot spring spa. And the breakfast was excellent

立地はとてもいいです。金沢城や兼六園、東茶屋街、近江市場、美術館、工芸品館など見所を全て歩いて回れるところ。飲食店や呑み屋街などの片町エリアも歩いていけます。

外観、部屋のにおい（浴室のダクト清掃がされて無いのか、排水口のにおいが気になった）、窓際の換気設備の音がうるかった（スイッチを切って止めた）

内装と家具が素晴らしい。朝食も良かった。

風呂上がりのアイスクリームサービスがあったり、夜はフロント横のフロアでピアノ演奏があり、自由に集まって聴けました。

夜ピアノの演奏が良かった。サウナも嬉しい設備。 和室でしたがお風呂も広く、バスローブや飲み物の備えつけや、夕刊と朝刊のサービスが良かった

朝食バイキングがラストオーダーの時間を1、2分到着が遅れ品数が少なくなっていたので、朝食は早めが良いと思いました。

予約の時に色々ご相談させていただいたり、滞在中もたくさん寄り添っていただき、安心して泊まることができました。ホテルのスタッフの皆さまの心温まるお世話に感動しました。お部屋も落ち着いた豪華さの中に、とてもとても大きなベッド、ステキな家具、寝巻きの他にもバスローブ、ステンドグラスのような貸出し傘、お風呂用のバスケット、２リットルのお水、その他にもペットボトルのお水やお茶が毎日届けられ、何もかもが感動でした。温泉がとても良くて、湿疹の痒みが治りツルツルになりました。 お手頃価格なのに、ロビーの対象ロマンあふれる豪華さの中に、毎日変わる御花、お出迎え、案内、などなど以前泊まった帝国ホテル、ホテルオークラ、ミラコスタなどなどを彷彿させる心癒されるホテルでした。 家族や友達とまた、訪れたいと思いました。 ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m

Hadden blijkbaar een kamer met 2 bedden geboekt. 2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 12 jaar. Ik moest dus met kind in 1 bed slapen. Ze hadden geen opklapbed oid terwijl er wel ruimte voor in de kamer was.

Breakfast choices and quality was excellent. Rooms were nicely appointed and the onsen was great.

Bed was a little stiff but nice otherwise.

離金澤城跟兼六園非常近，澡堂是少見的鐵質溫泉，泡起來肥腸舒服，還有可桑拿跟冷水浴可以使用，另外有免費飲料跟冰棒可以吃，晚上還有演奏會，是非常復古歐式風格的好飯店的！其中早餐用的餐具都是九谷燒的製品，對陶器控來說簡直就是天堂！

宿泊費から想像していたより、朝食が金沢らしさがあって、とても満足でした。家族がお風呂好きなので、直でお風呂に行けるのがすごくいいと言っていました。

早餐非常好，很多日式传统食物，味道非常好。位置也很好，离近江町市场不远，离金泽城公园也不远。工作人员服务态度很好，还有往返金泽站的免费巴士。

温泉平时只有早上有，只有周日下午到晚上有，我们入住期间不太会早上去泡温泉，所以只有晚上泡了一次

It was comfortable staying at that hotel and the service was excellent. There was a wide spread of tasty local dishes for breakfast and the bath was large enough to comfortably accommodate many guests. Though the hotel was obviously old, the rooms were clean and the facilities were in good condition.

There was a bad smell in the lift at times.

大正浪漫漂う素敵なホテル。浪漫ルームに3泊したが兼六園・金沢城公園等に歩いて行ける地の利は◎。歩き回って疲れた身体は、とろりとした温泉と、アメニティの足スッキリシートと、エアウィーヴのベッドで癒された。夜はラウンジでピアノの生演奏も楽しめた。部屋の掃除を無しにしたら入浴剤をプレゼントしてくれた。冷蔵庫にはステンドグラスのオリジナルデザインの水・加賀棒茶・オレンジジュース・缶ビールがサービスで入っており、お願いすると無料で補充して貰えた。テーブルの上には九谷焼の花瓶に生花が飾られており、ステンドグラスのオリジナルデザインの栞のシートも、プレゼントに添えてあった。金箔を使ったグラスや、部屋の湯飲み・カップ・照明器具とバイキング会場のお茶碗やコーヒーカップに至るまで九谷焼を使ってあり、どこにいても金沢の魅力に触れることができた。食事もとても美味しく郷土色豊かなメニューで満足！随所に細やかな配慮がなされている素敵なホテルだった。

ホームページで見るよりは部屋が狭かった。ベッドが短かった。 まほろばで食事をしたが、日本酒（吟醸酒）の値段が銀座より高い。

Very friendly staff, lovely hotel. The onsen was clean and well accommodated. The location was so close to the castle and park with easily walkable restaurants and 7-11/Foodmart.

Definitely, the beds could have been much better. The run-down quality of the mattresses needs to be replaced! Everything else was "very good", but the poor quality of the mattresses leaves a bad taste.Excellent staaff and service. Only the quality of the beds was a dissapointment.

Location was perfect for visiting the Kanazawa attractions - no more than a 15 min walk to everything. Hot springs were amazing way to end each day. Staff was so kind, friendly and helpful.

Our Japanese style room had a distinct odor.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen was lovely and well stocked and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic just at the edge of the castle grounds and a short walk to Kenrokuen Garden. We got a small present each day for deciding not to have our room cleaned even though fresh towels were available whenever you wanted. A good initiative to decrease greenhouse gas emissions.

I gather the pillows were a traditional Japanese style but not comfy for us. Filled with what seemed a sort of large chickpeas. Maybe a choice of pillows would be good. Some wholemeal and or wholegrain bread would have been great.

Jako ugodno osoblje koje se trudi. Hotel je na izvrsnoj poziciji. Doručak ima puno izbora. Kreveti su jako udobni. Kupke su lijepe, ima i sauna. Navečer imaju pijanista za zabavu i otvoren bar. U svakom slučaju dobar izbor koji bi ponovila.

Naplaćuju early check in 1000 yen po osobi - po satu a soba je već bila spremna. To nije prevelika cijena ali svakako nas je iznenadilo i prvi puta smo se susreli s takvim pravilima ali i prvi puta smo u Japanu… možda samo nije dijelom naše kulture.

The staff were amazing, really helpful and accommodating. The hot springs baths were lovely after a day of walking. The location is great for all the tourists hotspots.

温泉は利用時間も長く快適。脱衣所に烏龍茶、果物ジュースがありサウナ利用時は良い。部屋の飲み物も充実しており温泉利用後にアイスのサービスなどあり。朝食はメニュー豊富で美味しいものばかり。

流石に古さを感じる。ルームキーは江戸時代の鍵かと思う。

La amabilidad de los trabajadores. El hotel era bonito, y la habitación, asumiendo su estética clásica, era justo lo que esperábamos. Su ubicación es inmejorable y tiene su encanto.

Habían obras justo al lado de nuestra habitación. Eran obras de mejora del aire acondicionado, por lo que es entendible. Los trabajadores hicieron lo posible por ayudarnos, pero en este caso no había mucha solución. Solo nos molestó el primer día, durante la tarde. Quizás ofrecernos una bebida o algún detalle de compensación hubiera sido bueno, pero la buena disposición de los trabajadores se agradece.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional especially a young woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with the language barrier. She was exceptionally kind throughout our stay, even offering to help us with our luggage on our last day. The ryokan is clean, unique, and full of charm, and the onsen are a real added value. The hotel feels authentic and is well located, close to the gardens and the city center. The only minor downside was a slight smell in the hallway.

位置方便，就在金泽城旁边，10-15分钟走路到兼六园。走路十来分钟可到各个景点。酒店早餐种类繁多。温泉设施齐全。

厕所灯从入住那天就是坏的，不亮了。

The room was comfortable, the shower hot.

Breakfast was average, the coffee machine slow and only made a half a cup at a time. The blackout curtains were pretty much useless allowing the sun to come in at five o'clock in the morning past the edges. The staff did not tell us when we checked in that we would need a reservation at the hotel restaurant that evening since many restaurants were closed on Sundays, and the restaurant was closed to me when I came down to have dinner. That was a huge disappointment.

Onsen gayet guzeldi. Gerek onsendeki içecek ikramlari, gerek çıkışta dondurma dahi ikram etmeleri hoş bir ayrıntı. Odalar geniş ve rahatti, 4 yasindaki cocugumuzla rahat ettik.Otel çocuk dostuydu. Kahvalti cok cesitliydi, geneli bizim damak tadimiza uygun olmasa da guzel alternatifler bulabildik. Aksam piyanistin olmasi hoştu. konum olarak postansiyel gezilebilecek yerler icin mükemmel bir lokasyon. istasyondan transfer otobüsü de var, otele giderken normal sehir otobüsünü kullanmistik ama dönüşte otelin otobüsünü kullandık, ararsanız anıtın olduğu çıkışta otobüslerin alani mevcut. Oda temizliği de gayet iyiydi. Cok memnun kaldik.
